le camere sono un po' piccole ma tutto il resto fa dell'htel d'inghilterra un grande hotel Ottimo il ristorante

consiglio di provare il ristorante...direi semplicemente eccezzionale.

Great location but the standard rooms are very disappointing and doesn’t fit 5 stars hotel

it was very nice holidays.

Overall, was expecting a lot more from the hotel and would not recommend to others. Needs updating and is more of a cheap 3 star hotel standard than what is advertised. I liked everything about this hotel but the room! It was tiny and musty with dirty carpets. Housekeeping did not clean the bathrooms well. I refused the first room that was depressing with a view of the shaft. After a long journey, I settled into the second room they showed me but it was just too small. Also there is renovation going on at the restaurant […] outside now so it's noisy in the dining room. It looks like construction will be finished soon. First we were not informed by Hotels.com that there was construction outside the hotel... no warning! This hotel smells as it has smoking rooms and it lacked cleaning; our room was extreamely small and it seemed the room was inclined due to settlement; this hotel was the worst in our 18 day trip... how this hotel is rated a 5 star hotel beats me? This hotel was recommended by a colleague for our stay in Rome. The location was great, but it was overpriced for the service. The other hotels we stayed at in Italy included breakfast, internet and VAT through the hotels.com booking - this hotel did not, everything was extra extra extra money. We often had to wait at the front desk for the staff to […] get us our room key and the concierge was not helpful in booking museums and activities. I felt that I was troubling them by even asking for anything. The hotel itself was well maintained, but being an older building the walls were very thin and I often could hear the maids loudly chatting in the halls outside our room which was by the service elevator. I would recommend it but with qualifications. I thought that the prices for breakfast were ridiculous.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You're steps away from the best shopping in Rome. The lobby and sitting rooms are very charming and quaint. But the room was a huge disappointment; old bathroom, dirty looking carpeting, air conditioner that blew warm air, and not at all what I expected. The hotel is in an excellent location. Although it is very close to the Spanish Steps, it's located on a quiet side street. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The mini bar prices are very expensive ( £11.00 for a bottled of beer or a can of red bull). Bring your own corkscrew and bring in your own wine.

初めてのローマでわずか２日間の滞在であったので、ブランドショップを見て回る時間がなかったので、このホテル立地を生かしきることができませんでしたが、買い物好きには最高のロケーションではないでしょうか。朝食付き？だったようですが、その案内がホテルからなかったので、３星とさせてもらいました。

Vi fikk et rom som hadde defekt minibar, div lamper og air condition. Vi fikk bytte rom etter mye styr og altfor lang tid, og måtte krangle for å få det til. Lørdag skulle vi feire en stor dag, kom hjem etter en lang dag med sight seeing, og da var det ikke vann på hele hotellet. Fikk derfor ikke tatt en dusj før vi skulle ut på fancy restaurant. Dette […] var et 5 stjerners hotell.. Dagen etter var det vann, men så lite trykk at det ikke var mulig å vaske håret. Vi sjekket ut, og sa at vi ikke ville betale for vannet vi hadde tatt fra minibaren, fordi vi brukte det til å vaske oss. Damen i resepsjonen hadde ikke blitt informert om at vannet var borte hele lørdagen. Elendig service og informasjon. Gode senger og rengjøring. Continua a leggere

Les chambres sont minuscules et la literie déplorable. En revanche, l'hotel est parfaitement situé et le personnel très courtois.

Ligger fantastiskt till nära Spanska Trappan och shopping kvarteren. Fick ett rum först där det luktade mögel men fick byta direkt till ett bra, luktfritt rum när vi klagade. Mycket snabb och bra service. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Hotellet ligger fantastisk og lige hvor jeg gerne vil bo. Det bærer dog præg af manglende vedligeholdelse i forhold til at 5-stjernet. Mit værelse var ikke 5 stjernet standard

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas ses étoiles. Il est cher, les chambres du cinquième étage sont minuscules et les plafonds très bas. Sensation d'étouffement. Les salles de bains sont minuscules, petit conseil : ne pas peser de 60 kg pour y entrer. Vous trouverez des bouteilles à moitié vides dans votre mini bar qui n'a ni été rempli ni contrôlé. De plus il y […] a actuellement des travaux dans la ruelle jouxtant l'hôtel : réveil à 7:30 avec la marche arrière des camions et les pavés qui sont lancés dans la benne. Il y a également des travaux dans le bâtiment. Niveau confort de vie : à décommander. Le personnel de l'hôtel est assez prétentieux et n'apprécie pas les critiques ou demandes diverses. Hotel bom, bem localizado. Um pouco complicado pra chegar de carro. O pessoal do hotel sao gentis, mas no meu quarto estava com problema no ar, que nao estava gelando direito. E a iluminacao do banheiro tbm apresentou problema. Reclamei por duas vezes, fiz o check-out e nao foram ver o problema.

Personnel agréable. hôtel classique bien situé Choisir de préférence les chambres aux niveaux supérieures
