We arrived late, about 2200/10PM - and the CSA at the reception was ready for us as advised by Beth/Hotels.com! Room #208 was fortunately away from the noisy side of the street but only barely. Hotel is located in area much like a bazaar, very lively and therefore noisy. It was party time till 0430!!!! Breakfast was listed at 12.5Euro per person but […] we were only charged 16.66Euro for 2. Staff was very friendly but the single lady waitress in the dinning room can use some extra help! However, she made our poached eggs just right! Nh has a wonderfully simple system for their mini bar offerings - everything is priced the same: 2Euros (subject to change of course!). Found hotel to be clean, well run, and fairly modern. Location couldn't be beat and cost was very reasonable. The staff is excellent too.Only two things negative about this hotel- It is surrounded by bars, and the Spanish like to sit outside and talk at the top of their lungs until past two a.m. The biggest drawback for me was the fact that you only […] got 30 min. of internet access and only in the lobby! Ideally placed in the heart of the old city of Granada. Very close the the Grand Via with the shops and cathedral. Behind the hotel there is a myriad of small street with many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.

Great location, right in the centre of the tapas bars and restaurants. Our room was overlooking the Alhambra which was a bonus. Nice comfortable room. Downside was that it was a nightmare to find!

Only thing is that the door don't block the sound. So you can hear the childeren in the hallway playing early in the morning.

This is a charming hotel in a wonderful location that provides access to all areas of Granada.Two of us had a very pleasant stay here. We had a room overlooking the front corner of the hotel and therefore had large balcony doors opening up to small (unusable) terraces). It was great to have the fresh air come into the room but being on the 1st floor, […] and as there was a festival in Granada that weekend, it was of course loud when we had the doors open. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The front staff was very helpful and accommodating and speaks English. It is in a great location in the center of the city and provides easy access to the major sights that the city has to offer. We even had a view of the Alhambra from our window - great. Would definitely stay here again if we return.

Cómoda, agradable y placentera.

Très bonne impression. Un hôtel très bien tenu, proche de tous les monuments, dans un quartier animé. Bref très bon emplacement. Seul bémol y aller en voiture n'est pas très aisé. L'hotel est situé dans les ruelles et les sens uniques ne facilitent pas l'approche.

Hotel viellot qui aurait besoin d'etre mis au gout du jour. Petits dejeuners fantastiques ! Dommage que la salle n'ait pas de fenetre.

Hyggeligt meget centralt beliggende mellemklassehotel. Vi kom lige fra et tilsvarende prisleje hotel i sevilla. Dette her værelse var mindre og dobbeltsengen var to senge på hjul, der gled fra hinanden når man nærmede sig revnen. Ikke i orden. Bortset fra det var service og rengøring OK

Me parece muy bueno el emplazamiento y lo bien comunicado, así como el desayuno y el trato. La próxima vez prefiero la planta 5ª.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Innenstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.

El hotel esta muy centrico, el problema es llegar en coche hasta el. El letrero con el nombre del hotel no esta en un lugar visible. Dimos infinitas vueltas hasta encontrarlo, y eso que estabamos pasando una y otra vez al lado. El problema es acceder con el coche. El hotel tiene parking en un edificio enfrente. El problema es que cada vez que entras […] y sacas el coche te tiene que acompañar un empleado del hotel, porque el parking es de varias plantas y el coche tiene que subir y bajar en un ascensor y por eso te tienen que acompañar ellos. Por lo demas, la situacion esta genial, cerca de la zona monumental y de la zona de marcha de Granada, si quieres ir de tapas tienes justo detras la famosa calle Elvira, plaza nueva, etc. En cuanto a las instalaciones, se nota que tiene unos años y pero esta muy limpio. Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour les activités touristiques. Dans une ruelle qui donne sur Gran via de Colon où se trouvent la cathédrale, les grands magasins et les bus pour toutes les directions dont l'Alhambra et la station d'autobus. À côté de la plaza Nueva et de multiples restos. C'est un hôtel de qualité supérieure dont le prix est assez élevé […] compte tenu de la saison. Lorsque réservé le jour précédent, le petit-déjeuner buffet est offert à un meilleur tarif que celui annoncé. Seul l'accueil est un peu froid. Continua a leggere
