Service and staff were professional and courtious very satisfied in that respect . The only thing was the room service meal was not very good and lacking in flavor.

The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in the Bayfront Tower on the 15th floor with a BEAUTIFUL view of the water. The room could have been cleaner and we had to wait about an hour to check in.

Great service...loved the friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was a good location with nice remodeled rooms. Front desk was very helpful but the concierge service was a little lacking..... Very nice property.

Everything was perfect! except for the cars racing right down the block!

Loved our short vacation stay at the Omni... Everyone was very helpful and nice. Upgraded the room for free with a better view. Gave us ideas on what to do while we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay. We had a room that overlooked the marina which was very nice. If you want a refigerator you need to stay at the other Omni (Bayside). No continental breakfast. Elevator wait time was about 5 minutes. We informed hotel about our Tub not draining properly and a note was left that it was taken care of, but next morning we were still […] showering with about 1-2 inches water not draining fast enough (yuck). The Hotel and grounds were very good great for the price only thing we did not like was the balconey door was locked and we found out they were locked in all rooms. Note we stayed extra night and when we returned to room we found out that our room was being taken offline and we were schould have moved. we picked the hotel room for the location. And, the hotel touted itself as kid-friendly with kids pool, movie & dinner right and others. My major beef with the hotel: 1. No microwave facility. For someone with kids, microwaves are a must. I called earlier to find out and the rep said they have a service for it. Turns out not. 2. Room-service food […] quality: I thought OMNI would stand for something. Burger wasn't a burger and the fries were cold. Money paid was very good. 3. Movie & night: This was July 4th weekend so they had a 'movie & night' special. The video screen was bad, sounds atrocious. And, it was too noisy in the pool to even make any sense of what was going on. I am sure there are people who would love to stay at this hotel. Nothing wrong with that. We stayed here for a girl's weekend get-away and it was perfect! All the local eateries were within walking distance. We recommend Dos Comales outside with K, the best bartender!! All the great night spots (thanks K) were within walking home distance. The marina was directly across the street. I was disappointed in the location of the room I received. I was expecting to be able to see more of the ocean from my balcony, but instead I was looking at the parking garage across from me and more of the ships from the marina around an obstruction of the building. When inquiring about a different room, I was informed that most of the rooms were being […] remodeled and limited the choice offered to me. I was also told that they would try to move me to a better location with better view, and it never occurred. Also after accepting the room given to us I returning to my room on Friday, I observed that housecleaning did not wipe down the counter near coffee area there was dried coffee residue left on the counter. I would not down talk the hotel, but I also would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone either. The food and appearance at The Glass Pavilion Omni Hotel was excellent but the cleanliness of the floor was unacceptable and this was during breakfast time. Continua a leggere

My wife and i were very satisfied with the room and its location over looking the Portland bridge and the USS Lexington. It was our very first time staying at the Omni and will be returning in the future to stay again.

The air conditioner was broken. The bathroom was not clean. The room was small. The bathroom was small. No refrigerator or microwave. No roomservice save breakfast. Wildly overpriced for what you get. Never again.

Not worth the money you pay for this hotel. I was expecting the hotel to be more fancy and include breakfeast at least. At Drury Inn less expensive and it include breakfeast and happy hour in the evening. For the price I paid I should at least have a 2 queen bed.

The omni marina is an excellent place to stay to experience Corpus Christi.

I wasn't sure which tower to stay in, and I didn't see much of a difference online so I picked this one. Sadly, it was the older tower and we felt like it needed some definite renovations. Thought we were booked at the newer Omni but got placed at the Marina. Too much money for an average room.

The hotel is in a great location. Best one in Corpus. Downtown area is a bit scarey, most businesses were closed or out of business. Staff was great. Hotel was clean. I would stay again.

Looked out over Corpus Christi bay and harbor. Beautiful view. Room was clean and nice.

Don't waste your time or money on the in hotel breakfast: it was rather expensive and not very good.

Corpus Christi needs an additutude adjustment. Service everywhere we went was horrible. Long lines and no friendly faces. The hotel had a line at check in and an even longer line to go up the elevator. Horrible experience. Will not be returning.

Previously living in Corpus Christi, I new the this hotel was known to be one of the best in the city. I have to say, the lower levels of staff were what make me wanna go back!!!They were EXTREMELY nice and the hotel was very nice as well. Hotel was nice and people were friendly. The complaints are: paying for daily parking, paying for internet use, paying for children, no stairs to the lobby and room was not cleaned by our return at 4:30pm. All these things should be included in the price of our stay. Unfortunately, we will not recommended the hotel to our friends and family.

The hotel was decent. It was not new. The location was great. The attendants were courteous. I have one real complaint. My wife and I are non-smokers. I paid for a non-smoking room but we received a smoking room. We had to buy some candles to remove the smell. I was very dissatisfied with my stay.

Great view, very nice room, and the pool area and deck is really great. Have stayed there before and will stay again,

The water pressure in shower was terrible as well as the temperature...Next time we will book at the newer Omni next door(BAYVIEW)

Have stayed at this property numerous times in years past and always considered it to be first class. However, I can tell that the economy has impacted the hotel. Carpet worn, toilet seat aged, tub not draining properly, nightly treats eliminated.

Hotel was nice, a little on the steep side for what you get. The hotel charged an additional fee not included with the room rate to park in their own facility. They do not tell you this until check out. Rooms were clean, I personally did not like all the feather pillows, my wife had to go buy her own pillow. The hotel room was very comfortable & clean. Check in was easy. The staff was very accomodating & friendly. I will recommend this hotel to others.

When checking-in I ask for a room on the same floor as my son, Phil the manager said they didn't have a room like I booked near him but he would upgrade my room for me to be close to him. The room was outstanding and the care of their services is great. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is the absolute worst run and managed hotel I have ever stayed in. What got to me most was the management inability to take care of displeased guests.

Not sure if it was due to overbooking or what but our room never got cleaned. Had to ask the cleaning lady for extra towels since it was after 6 pm and the room still had not gotten cleaned.

I was very impressed at how nice and kid-friendly this hotel was. There was someone always there to greet you at the hotel lobby doors. The cleaning staff would all say "Hello" and ask how your day was going as you walked up and down the hallways. I was very impressed! Very Clean and Very Comfy! I had requested a non-smoking room, but did not get one. When I asked the next morning, they said they had run out of non-smoking rooms. The grout in the bathroom had mold/mildew.

The hotel was fantastic. We had a problem the first night with noisy neighbors next door, but the hotel management was quick to send security to the room both times that we called the front desk. After that we had no problems. They even gave us a complimentary movie and 2 complimentary appetizers because of the noise, but we never found the time to […] use them. The front desk gave my 6-year-old daughter a cardboard backpack at check-in with little toys in it. She played with the kaleidoscope the whole time we were there. Each night when we came home from dinner/beach/pool, the beds were turned down and cookies and milk were left for my daughter. They also have a suitcase of games that we could check out for the kids, but we never found the time for that, either. Apparently the suits from corporate came through the hotel on Wednesday, so the poolside bar was open on Wednesday. It's usually only open Friday-Sunday. I took advantage of it Wednesday AND Friday! On Friday, a hotel employee came down to the pool and played games with all the kids in the indoor side of the indoor/outdoor pool. The kids had a great time and we got to stay indoors at the pool with our sunburns from the beach the day before! The rooms were clean and smelled nice (not musty), we had a nice view of the marina, the beds were comfortable and clean. The patio doors don't open, but it didn't inhibit the view. TV channels are limited to HBO, very basic cable, and local channels. They didn't even have Comedy Central. The workout room is small, but it had a bench, free weights, and treadmills, and if you have that, you don't need much else. Decent towels everywhere (pool, rooms, gym). Wi-Fi in the lobby was easy to connect to with my MacBook Pro. We had a great little vacation for the money and will probably do it again next time we need a quick getaway. Continua a leggere
