L'hotel non ha un particolare fascino per quanto concerne la struttura architettonica e gli arredi. Le camere non brillano in pulizia (aprendo il divano letto abbiamo trovato monetine e un accendino). Wi-fi a pagamento (peccato!). Disponibilità di numerosi parcheggi vicini (con possibilità di risparmiare qualche dollaro rispetto alla tariffa dell'hotel). […] La posizione è buona a pochi passi dalla rue Saint-Catherine, la zona dello shopping. La fermata della metro più vicina dista 15 min. a piedi. Consiglio agli amanti della vita notturna di scegliere un albergo nella zona del Vieux Port, particolarmente affascinante e animata la sera. Praticamente in centro.Ottima la pulizia buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il parcheggio per la macchina non è incluso ma nelle vicinanze ci sono alcuni parcheggi che applicano una tariffa di 20 dollari canadesi circa. Consigliamo questo hotel anche alle famiglie!

I like this hotel because it's close to Bell Center , and they have a good family Plan, i stayed here for a recent concert trip, and it was in walking distance of the Bell Center ,good access to shopping, and close to Cresent Street for late night entertainment and dining.

Stayed there for a girls weekend and was very happy. Hotel was very nice beds were comfy and was a couple min walk to shopping and clubs!

Fun to be right in the middle of the city- comfortable and a great view too. I just loved the staff, they are proud of their Hotel and their beautiful city!

We loved the location of the Novotel. It was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There were many good restaurants within a 5 minute walk and of course, it was right by the Bell Centre! I would recommend this..a hot tub/pool would have been nice! It was fairly quiet except for the Sunday night.

Great hotel and good atmosphere in a fantastic location. The entire hotel lobby was under construction during my stay, so it was like walking through a reno project (workers everywhere, unfinusged drywall, dust everywhere, etc.). The room was nice, but most of the the furniture had trim pieces missing and was generally bumped up. The overall comfort […] of the room was great and I'm sure the hotel will be excellent once the renos are done. It would have been nice to know about the construction before I booked instead of finding out when I arrived, so I could have at least had a choice. Great location for a great price, with very friendly staff. Construction as take too long and management should work harder in making the lobby area more accessible while the work is being completed to avoid simple disruption with check- out.

We had a really great time staying at Novotel. Maintenance was being done in the reception area when we were there, but everything else was stunning. I'm sure once they are done it will look lovely.

Its the worse hotel I had ever stay. The lobby of the hotel was being renovated when we got there and it did not announce this anywhere on their website. The room had black lines of dirt on the bathroom. We went day on our first anniversary/christmas and they did not have any attentions with the guess. The restaurant was closed. first off, we arrive and find out that the lobby is under contstruction, secondly we are told that we have to check in on the 2nd floor at some sort of make shift deskt, Thridly at 7 am we would hear loud drilling noises coming from upstairs and downstairs, forthly the fridge had sensors in it that would charge you automatically once an item was removed […] from it. Over all, on check out the lady at the make shift desk was very rude, she had nothing nice to say to us and just looked like she had a pickle up her bottom. my advice, Stay at Le Sheraton, it costs more but it is worth it. The hotel enterance/foyer was under renovation and obviously looked very poor.I'm sure once the work is completed it will look good.

Would not go back ..beds where hard and the cobstruction was too loud

With renovations in the lobby of the hotel; it was noisy during the day (specifically early morning) as we were on the 2nd floor. There were 4 couples travelling and it was requested upon booking and check-in that we wanted to be all on the same floor; this didn't happen. Due to the construction, we were given a free breakfast buffet (which was delicious). […] The 2nd day we had breakfast, it took us forever to get our bill (after asking 4 servers); at which time we just told them to put it on our room. Not the same place Iused to use...staff not quite a friendly, hotel not quite as clean. Lobby being remodeled.

This Hotel was convenient if you want to shop, I would stay closer to Old Montreal if I had it to do over again, the area is nicer and not as crowded. We had Crescent street behind us and not the nice part. When we checked in I thought I should ask for another room but the first two nights being Tues & Wed. it was quiet, but Thursday night we heard […] roddy kids until 4 am. We live in Chicago and St. Catherine area is not like Michigan Ave. it's like State Street and that's a 1/2 block from our hotel. Live and learn, I wanted to stay in this hotel so I could see what this chain is like since I think these are the hotels we will be staying on a trip next year to France and italy, and they are fine. location was central to anything on St. Catherines or Crescent. very safe and well lit. parking below for $20/day, only complaint was the slow draining of the bath tub after a shower

Comfortable, modern, spacious and good value. Really appreciated the blackout curtains. We were on 9th floor so it was very quiet.

had good experience regarding stay. excellent location being at the center of downtown. Service/reception was very good. they changed our room to the nonsmoking one after we expressed the concerns first night stay. Room size is fair as the hotel is located in the downtown.

the neibourghood was very lively and not very far from the old Montreal. The novotel de montreal was outstanding

Hotel is situated close to the main shopping street and is a short walk from the airport-city bus route. Great buffet breakfast spread. The hotel is clean and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Spacious and modern room.

All in all a good experience. Not all front desk staff was as nice as they could have been, but the ones that were made up for the grumpy ones. They can pay atteniom to the cabs that hang out in front of the hotel. Both times I had dirty cabs that smelled of smoke and then I smelled like smoke. Drivers also had seats all the way back because they were […] sleeping.... Not so reassuring when your cab driver just wakes up from a nap to drive you somewhere. Continua a leggere

We were going to a concert at the Bell Centre which is RIGHT ACROSS the street. So this hotel was a GREAT location for Bell Centre events. Also - it's a block down from St. Catherine's Street with all the shopping and wonderful restaurants. The hotel staff was very helpful. I look forward to going back to Montreal and staying at Novotel again!

Perfect location in downtown Montreal. Adjacent to excellent Italian, Med., Greek, and other ethnic eateries...and the hotel restrurant is very good too. Very convenient (walking) to shopping, the centres of the arts, museums, and McGill University.
