Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in quanto vicino allo stadio San Siro dove ero diretta. Il personale è stato sin dal primo momento tanto gentile e disponibile. La camera era grande e pulita con tv e mediaset premium, la colazione è inclusa a buffet, con cornetti confezionati ma di ottima marca, come tutto il resto delle cose per la colazione! ottimo il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati da loro al momento... Per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione: difronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus 69 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro, oppure alle spalle dell'hotel vi è la fermata del tram 14 che di ferma fuori al duomo! In generale quindi posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta di questa esperienza, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti e non mancherò di ritornarci io personalmente in future occasioni!

ho preso questo albergo per via di un prezzo scontato ... così è stato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L'insonorizzazione tra le stanze non è perfetta ... se quello a fianco russa, ti svegli. La camera è carina moderna nuovo arredamento come del resto tutto l'albergo.... solo un pò piccolo il bagno. Per il resto, colazione compresa tutto molto bene. Comunque lo suggerisco..

Loved the visit to the Villa Flori...especially the staff, and the incredible views. The restaurant left a bit to be desired, and the shower was dumb. The tiniest i have ever seen, and i have stayed in small european hotels all over, with an overhead 'rainfall' type shower head, and a curtain that would not even close. Water everywhere. "Beautiful hotel, location not so great with no car"
This was a very nice hotel with an absolutely beautiful lakefront location. However, if you don't have a car you need to take a (very expensive) taxi. The water taxi does stop nearby, but the bus does not. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic view from all rooms but you have to request a room with a balcony. they gave us a room without a balcony and refused to change it although we booked 4 months in advance.

Beautiful hotel, only complaint there is a pot hole on the road outside hotel so as cars drove over it the was a constant thud, a bit like chinese torture after a while but not let this put me off staying there again

Hotel has a simple but classy & elegant entrance and easily accessible by taxi. Its waterfront location means we had an open view of Como, esp nice when we sat outside our spacious balcony to admire the serenity of it all. However there're lots of spider webs (with spiders) along the balcony railing which was offputting. Food ( dinner ) at their only […] restaurant was good & fresh--friendly service with nice bread basket. The entire hotel's very clean ---starck clean sheets ; clean windows and fluffy carpet, however, the bathroom's small narrow strip of glass panel attached to the bath tub meant a 'flooded' floor after each shower. Wi-fi wasn't for free. It's close to the roads so the constant traffic acts as a good juxtaposition with the calmness of it all. It's walking distance to the ferry to the city centre and it's a nice short ride to admire the prettiness. Very nice hotel with ample parking and lake front rooms that are nicely furnished. But the day-time staff at reception needs some training on helping customers better. If you do not have reservation at the restaurant than you do not have any other option to eat at the premises. Hotel located perfectly. Our only comment is to question why in this day and age do they charge for parking and "WI FI" we are traveling around Europe & very few hotels have these charges.

We were surprised by the hotel. We picked it on the internet not knowing what to expect. The location was great. It was a 10 min taxi ride to downtown Como. I stay here when attending trade show in Cernobbio - a 10 - 15 minute walk. Without a car you'll need taxi to get into Como (city) which is only 10 minutes. But the location is world class with unsurpassed views of lake with seaplanes landing right out you window, the boats going past and likely better views than that famous ER star who has a Lake Como […] Villa. Entire property has been completely renovated in 2009 - 2010 opening in March 2011. Rooms are small but have veranda, plasma TV, marble bath (all new). Restaurant is fabulous - dining in or out. "Excelente Hotel pero el servicio debe mejorar"
El hotel es precioso y con una excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones son amplias y con balcon al lago de Como. La infraestructura muy bien pero el corazón y alma del hotel, el servicio muy deficiente. Lástima el servicio y el modo y trato cortante de la recepcionista. Na hotelu jsme byli maximálně spokojeni, byl sice trošičku dál pěšky do města, ale za ten nádherný výhled na jezero to stálo! Jakmile pojedeme k Jezeru Como, určitě zvolíme opět tento hotel!

"Wunderschöne Lage des Hotels am Comersee"
Der Empfang abends war freundlich und professionell. Leider war der check-out morgens alles andere als fachkundig. Nervige 30 Minute, weil die Person am Schalter keine Ahnung mit der Bedienung des PCs vorwies. Die Strasse hinter dem Hotel ist sehr laut. Morgenessen war nicht möglich. "Séjour au lac de Come"
La sonorisation est mal faite , le bruit de la route et la plaque D'egout résonne sans cesse dans la chambre.C'est très désagréable pour un hôtel si bien situe et un 4 etoiles ! Très décevant! Personnel très froid, pas accueillant ni commercial! On ne reviendra pas dans cet hôtel.

"Schönes Hotel am See"
Sehr freundliches Personal an der Reception. Herrliche Seesicht mit Blick auf Como. Nur die Strasse ist ein bisschen laut.
Πολυ ωραιο ξενοδοχειο, ανετο, πλουσιο πρωινο, απο τα λιγα που ειναι πραγματικα πανω στη λιμνη! Η περιοχη παρολο που ειναι 5' μακρια με το αυτοκινητο απο το κεντρο της πολης ειναι πολυ γραφικη και αξιζει να μενει κανεις εκει.

Nous avons été très déçus de constater que ni le sauna, ni le hammam n'étaient en ordre de fonctionnement. Quant au prix du parking pour la nuit... il est affiché sur le site à 22 € , annoncé à 24 € à notre arrivée et finallement facturé à 25 € ! Point positif : le restaurant.
