I would never take the time to do this, but the service at this hotel is so friendly, attentive and efficient that I am passing this on to everyone. Wonderful drivers took me everywhere, the food was good, the price was right. I wondered if all the staff had been trained in Switzerland. First rate.

"Best in Little Rock, one of best in US"
This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we have had. The rooms were spacious, clean, & well maintained. All of the staff was very professional, competent, efficient & pleasant. We have stayed in hotels in 48 states, this was among the top stays. (St. Regis in Atlanta was perfect too)

"Good intentions"
The front desk personnel an concierge were great! Ou luggage was taken to the wrong room, and the wait staff accidentally delivered the wrong order for breakfast. Subsequently, our breakfast was delivered cold and was not very good. All around, I expected a little better organization for the high price of this hotel.

They treated us like royalty! Toffee, holiday cookies and Santa hats on our turned down bed. Fresh towels before we asked. Wonderful place!

We wish that we had a reason to go back as we have stayed in many hotels across the nation and cannot remember ever having better service. We ate in the hotel grill and the food was excellent.
