Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 29 giu 2012Purtroppo sono arrivato in Hotel nel tardo pomeriggio e dovendo ripartire il giorno dopo ho avuto poco tempo da trascorrere dentro la struttura. Lo staff e' molto disponibile e gentile, la camera e' dotata dei principali ed essenziali confort, accogliente, pulita. La posizione dell'hotel mi e' parsa un po' defilata e quindi e' necessario possedere un'auto per potersi muovere verso le attrazioni della citta'.

Staff cordiale, stanza spaziosa e pulita,colazione discreta. Economico rispetto ad altri alberghi con gli stessi servizi e pertanto davvero consigliato. La zona circostante offre ristoranti ,supermercati ed altri servizi; insomma è una scelta azzeccata.

"Cheap and Convenient"

had booked for one night, and the room was non smoking, it was very clean and most of the fitments looked like new. This hotel was just a few minutes away from the Nashville Convention Center. Owner is very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and VERY quiet. My husband quickly booked this room after reading a few reviews and we figured for 1-2 nights on the end of our honeymoon we would be able to get by... the reviews were not correct... there was a hole in the wall i felt someone was looking at us through, the shower didn't work we had to wash out hair in the bath tub, we left for the morning and came […] back and our key had been shut off and had to be recoded, and the staff which was a two person staff was not friendly and very hard to understand.... not to mention the "continental breakfast" that was offered was the biggest joke of the entire think.... I would not reccomend staying here to anyone...even just for nite... spend 10-15 more dollars and look for somewhere else to stay you won't regret it... We were less than excited when we entered our room. The vinyl floor in front of sink/counter area was yucky sticky -- we were afraid to walk on it in bare feet. Complimentary breakfast consisted of a choice of cold cereal or a small pre-packaged pastry. "It was okay...."
I came into town with my kids for the Titans game. I chose it for price and easy access to the main highway (I-65). Shady area once I arrived...a definate negative. The room was alright; good water pressure, decent beds and, most importantly, no bed bugs. Yes I did look! "Great Hotel for a week or a weekend."
We were concerned with with booking our vacation after we read several of the negative reviews for this Hotel. The entire experience was most enjoyable and we plan on returning next year. One comment we read was how small the lobby was and yes it is small but, we did not book a room because of the size of the lobby. We found the staff very pleasant, […] engaging and personable too. The staff asked us frequently during our stay if there was anything we needed from them just ask. The room size was just perfect for our family. The continental breakfast featured a nice selection of food items to choose from and once again the staff worked hard to please the guests. One staff member was sick during our stay and she did not let that affect her level of customer service.
