La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

A New York, in zona Wall Street - Quartiere finanziario, Eurostars Wall Street si trova a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: Vietnam Veterans Plaza, Federal Reserve Bank of New York e New York Stock Exchange. Nella stessa area sono inoltre presenti: Battery Park e Ponte di Brooklyn.
Caratteristiche dell'hotel

For the price you would think this hotel offers duvet covers. No they don't. When I asked for a blanket as the room was cold, I was told each room only gets one blanket, no exception. The manager on duty did not want to help, did not care either.
It's a good place to stay as you consider a location for fun and tour howeve, if you need a quite place to study or hve some important morning meeting i totally don't recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Euro Stars Hotel. The room met my expectations, it was all I needed, nothing too upscale but in keeping with the room rate as good value. I would stay again, thank you.
Amenities of the hotel such as free wi-fi were very good as was the location of the hotel. However the rooms were what you would expect from a two star motel- not a four star hotel. Our one bedroom suite did not have a door between the sitting area and the bedroom. If you opened the closet, you couldn't open the door. The pull out couch opened up to […] a cot, not a bed. "we had a bad stay"
The lights didn't work, the outlets didn't work, the refrigerator stopped working on day three and we had to ask three time in order for them to do something about it. Then they charged me for a coke at check out, really after all that I could have the coke?

The only thing I have with the my Hotel stay was the room was never clean for the 2 days I stay.

I had to downgrade the comfort rating of the room, only because the mattress was like a concrete slab. I also gave a middling mark to the "surrounding neighborhood" question because the Financial District is pretty limited in its dining selections. But otherwise, I'd recommend the hotel. It's clean, the water pressure is there in the shower, and most […] of the furnishings, like the bureau and the desk, are inset, maximizing the space available to move around in. "Accommodating but not worth the price"
They were renovating the rooms when I was a guest of this hotel. The first room had a hard bed so they we were able to relocate to me a smoking room that was roomier. I was happy to receive a change in such short notice but the rooms were very filthy, with many appliances that were broken. After requesting room service over the weekend I came back an […] hour later with no room service done. I spoke with the Manager and they were able to upgrade my room again to a much nicer room and gave us complimentary breakfast. Although the stay in that room was brief it was nice to finally enjoy peace and quiet. The staff were accommodating, but for the price I paid I would have gladly spent more money next time to go somewhere I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle I encountered. Continua a leggere

I have stayed at this hotel before, however for the hotel.com low price i ended up in a closet room with no chair.
"Very Satisfied"
Arrived to a friendly staff and was upgraded to a suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent for me in lower Manhattan. It got a bit load at 5am as Manhattan came alive with trucks buses etc. My soundwave machine was a sleepsaver. I don't travel to urban hotels without it. Overall I had an excellent stay.
Hotel room was great! Very nice deco, the tv was very small and the hallway smelled wierd.

"Eurostars in New York - Wall St. and historic area"
Location, location, and location. Euorstars is about five blocks SOUTH of the Brooklyn Bridge in the financial district with lots and lots of funky shops, restaurants, and bars. HINT be sure to use subway exit on Wall street which connects with more trains than other exits and is closer to hotel. Generally was very pleased with hotel. The price was great and once we figured out the subway it made our weekend a bit better. While the front desk staff were personable and attempted to provide assistance, I think they could be a bit more knowledgable about local happenings.

Not as nice as looked in pictures but not bad. Weird carpet, not comfortable really, but not a deal breaker. Good staff, gave me a cell phone charger to borrow for my stay, I had forgotten mine. Housekeeping did not leave all bathroom toiletries, replenish coffee, and did not clean counters as should. I had to talk to the staff about 5 or 6 times […] until they finally had me speak with the housekeeping manager. "Hotel Eurostars"
Arrived on Saturday around 12 for a one night stay - disappointed room not ready right away - also bed did not have night stand right next to it - however maid service was very good
"For the price... what a deal!"
The only complaint any of us had (two couples, two different rooms) was that the bed was very low for those over my height of only 5'3, the bed and pillows were not the softest. Also the housekeeper was pretty loud while in the hallway, speaking to people and their walkie talkie. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the Eurostar/Exchange Hotel on Front Street. The rooms were spacious with a minibar. The price was very good for the time of visit and area and the staff was very nice. The beds were very firm and some may not like that. "Great Location for Older Hotel"
The room was great as far as hotel staff, complimentary breakfast and location to Wall Street, WTC, and the Seaport areas. However, the hotel needs some sprucing up such as wallpaper in halls and the carpet in the room, which seemed to be some type of felt material - it was quite odd. The room smelled musty when we arrived but we kept the windows open […] and this helped immensely. Cleanliness of the room left something to be desired and needs more attention. "Stayed before, will stay again...however"
The hotel is nice with a pleasant staff but the tub backed up and had to repaired, the a/c was VERY loud, the bed was hard as a rock as were the pillows. The towels were like sandpaper and the $15.00 breakfast was no more than a continental breakfast given for free at most other hotels. The desk clerk seemed uninterested in any complaints just wanted […] us to fill out their comment card. I will ask to view the room for the above mentioned items before I stay again. I found the hotel clean, unobtrusive, and the staff, both desk and maid service, quite responsive in a positive manner. There were maintenance issues, however. In the bathroom, the tub stopper was non functional (broken) and so on the second day the staff supplied a rubber stopper. The sink stopper was likewise non functional, and the house plumber […] also could not figure out how to make it work. FInally, the toilet needed adjusting and that was fixed by the beginning of the second day of the 2 day stay. As well, the AC unit, which was to supply heat and cool air, supplied both simultaneously and so was not of any help to cool of an otherwise overly warm room. "HOtel Eurostar in NYC"
I am a very experienced business traveler and this is a dump. The bed is a glorified futon, the carpet is glued on carpet squares as thin as FHA housing, the A/C is loud, the non-smoking room smells like it just became non-smoking the week before and the 8th floor has a skylight so its like twilight in the room at night. I actually really love this little hotel for business trips to Wall Street. You can't beat the convenience to all things lower Manhattan. The only real complaint I have is that the beds and pillows are horrible. I mean first class rock hard, can't sleep on them horrible. I usually doubleup some of the pillows to make it work but you all need to put […] in some softer beds. Otherwise, the staff are absolutely wonderful and I like that some folks have longevity. "Definitely NOT a 4-Star Hotel"
FOUR STARS! You've gotta be kidding! This hotel was like an 8-story Motel 6. Dingy entry. No bellman. Tiny lobby. Linoleum floor in the elevator. Five steps between the elevator and our room. "Eurostars Wall Street - Great place to stay!"
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The 2 queen bed room was spacious! Surprising for New York. Transportation is easy, walks to MTA or cabs, or just plain walking. Thanks to Franklyn at the front desk for helping me out! Also thanks to Eurostars for accommodating us during our stay since we were unable to come during Hurricane Irene. "Dark and uncomfortable"
I have stayed at this hotel before and was dissappointed and never thought I would stay again. Because business required me to stay in the area and no other hotel was reasonably available, so I thought I would give it another chance. Again, the room was dark with no natural light. The bed is on a platform approximately 1 foot off the floor making it […] extremely difficult (unless, of course, you are three feet tall). There was not even a chair in the room, so if I wanted to sit, I had to sit on the bed on the floor. Even the fixtures in the bathroom are low to the floor. Very tiring and uncomfortable. "Eurostars - Good deal and easy to get around"
Overall a very good deal. We booked a Queen but got upgraded to two doubles with a loveseat and a chair. The hotel is under construction and was difficult to spot because the sign outside only says Exchange Hotel. It is only a few blocks to the subway and easy to catch cabs 1 block away. "Fine but NOT going back"
The room was adequate but we had expected a little more after seeing the photos. The carpet in the hallways was ten times better than the one in our room. The carpet was like little burlap squares stuck on concrete. Not nice to walk on. It was also interesting to admire the patch work they did on the ceiling which showed some recent work and a half-hearted […] job to repair it - let alone concel it. They have a wide selection of drinks and foods in each room but for a price.
