Ho soggiornato in questo splendido resort pochi giorni fa assieme alla mia famiglia. L'appartamento, pulitissimo e ben arredato, mi è piaciuto parecchio. Le camere da letto sono spaziose e luminose, i letti comodissimi, i bagni ben curati e dotati di tutti i comfort. Sono presenti un'enorme doccia nel bagno principale, una vasca da bagno a due posti, ed una vasca con doccia nel bagno secondario. La cucina, funzionale e completa di elettrodomestici, ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Il soggiorno, grazie alle due porte finestre, è luminoso e la vista esterna è gradevole. Fanno sicuramente la differenza, rispetto ad altri resort, la presenza nell'appartamento di lavatrice, asciugatrice, asse e ferro da stiro ed internet wifi ad alta velocità. Inoltre vengono forniti all'interno degli armadi accappatoi per scendere in piscina e teli da mare. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, le numerose piscine e vasche idromassaggio, sia interne che esterne, sempre impeccabili. Si stavano svolgendo all'interno delle aree comuni accanto alle piscine dei lavori di ristrutturazione, ma l'estrema gentilezza, discrezione e silenzio degli operai, non hanno assolutamente disturbato il nostro soggiorno. Le uniche note negative che purtroppo ci hanno fatto decidere di non tornare più in questa struttura, sono la spiaggia e la posizione del resort ad Estepona. In primis, la spiaggia: nella zona di lettini ed ombrelloni si presenta ben curata, con sabbia soffice. Mano a mano che ci si avvicina al mare, iniziano a presentarsi sassi sempre più grossi dall'aspetto inquietante perchè neri e ricoperti di alghe verdi, che fanno passare la voglia di entrare in mare, soprattutto se si è a piedi nudi. Il mare spesso mosso, inoltre, non aiuta di certo, soprattutto se con voi portate bambini. Inutile quindi soggiornare in un 5 stelle lusso se poi non ci si può godere nemmeno il mare. Riguardo alla posizione del resort, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di meglio. Al di là della strada

Hotel bello e confotevole,Le camere sono pulite e la colazione èottima. Si trova a pochi km da Ronda e ha il vantaggio di un ampio parcheggio gratuito. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole un soggiorno tranquillo immerso nel verde

Ottima struttura, stanze grandi e bella piscina. Fuori dalla confusione della costa, ma comunque vicina. Avevamo una bella stanza proprio di fronte la piscina, l'unico problema era la luce che di notte filtrava attraverso due vetrate che non potevano essere oscurate. Colazione abbondante.

"True hospitality!"
Upon entering we were welcomed by the general manager who was very cordial,as well as the rest of the staff.All areas(lobby,hallways,pools,restaurants)are nicely decorated in a modern ,yet not minimalist ,style and are kept inmaculate.The landscaping is so pleasant and well taken care of. The town of Puerto Banus can be reached in about a 15 minute walk via a beautiful walkway by the beach.Finding the Melia'-Banus can be a bit problematic and I would suggest that a clearer signal be placed in the town rotary. "Please do not stay in this hotel......."
This is an honest review where i hope future residents to this area will think twice about staying at this hotel. Basically our room was 'broken' into with numerous valuables stolen. Upon reporting this to the hotel manager we were meeted with a limited response which ended with the 'hotel' basically accusing my wife and myself of negligence. I can […] honestly say our room was locked when we left to go out in the evening and was also locked when we returned, but somehow personal belongings were missing from our room. The hotel did offered no help on tihs matter and not even a 'token' appologie was offered. I understand holiday insurance can help but what can't be replaced is the personal value and sentiment of some of the items stolen. Also to feel insecure and unsafe is not sometihing i would expect when staying in any hotel never mind a reputed 4* hotel. This 'review' is not a slant on Marbella or Puerto Benus as they both offer different things to different people but once again would like to advise future travellers to research thoroughly on available accomadation before booking. We thought we had done so but when looking deeper we realised that this was not a one off occurance. "Nice Hotel"
Went fo rthe weekend and it rainned 24/7 but the hotel amenities where great and kept us going - nice food, The level rooms have great views and perks - would definitely go again
"smelly drains"
The hotel was overall great but there was a slight smell of sewerage from time to time. The indoor pool was always cold and the sauna and turkish baths were not on some times. Jacuzzi was broken.

stayed here for 1 week from 17th-24th sept. hired a car and arrived at the hotel at 10pm,so too late for dinner,the lady at reception phoned through to the kitchen and had someone bring up a tray of food to our room which was greatly appreciated.the hotel room was light,airy and very spacious and this was a standard room,so very impressed,large bathroom […] too.outside the gardens and pool area are very well kept,the building to look at from the outside looks rather tired though.plenty to choose from at breakfast time,dinner was served a little late from 8-10pm.this was included in the price we paid,but saw that it cost 45euros for dinner,dont think that it was worth that and would probably have eaten out as there is plenty restaurants to choose from in puerto banus. hotel location must be the best for puerto banus,there is a short cut through a gate outside the hotel which takes you there in 5 mins. plenty yachts and supercars to be seen,mainly designer stores like louis vuitton,d&g etc, but still quite a few reasonably priced shops.no free wi-fi in the hotel,think it cost 6euro for half and hour to use pc,s in the lobby. there is a lovely department store just along from the hotel called el corte ingles which was great and a shopping centre.would definately come here again,hotel best for couples and groups,would be very little for kids to do. "Unpleasant Experience"
The room was large and comfortable, but that's about it for the positive. The hotel had bad smells in the lobby and the corridors, it was noisy being located next to the highway, quite far from Puerto Banus (25' walk), and the staff was mostly unfriendly - especially at the restaurant. "Melia Dinamar-surronded bybeautiful beaches"
This hotel was incredible! My friend and I went for a beach getaway and that exactly what we got. They have 3 pools on the property and the beach is 20 feet away. You can walk down the boardwalk to the Puerto where there are tons of great restaurants and shops! I dream vacation spot!

The hotel was fantastic in every way. The service was great. I sprained my ankle in Marbella and the staff was very helpful, they gave me a bandage and tape for my ankle, and gave me information as to where to find crutches in the area. Pour moi, ça ne vaut pas 4*, mais l'hôtel est correct, et surtout, très bien placé, on peut aller au port de Puerto Banus à pieds par le front de mer.

Bra och prisvärt hotell med mycket trevligt poolområde och utmärkt frukostbuffé. Vi föredrog rummen år trädgården med vacker utsikt över bergen framför rummen med "havsutsikt". Denna utsikt är mycket begränsad och rummen ligger på skuggsidan, vilket kanske dock är att föredra under juli-augusti. I november är dock solvärmen inga problem utan endast […] angenäm! Bra hotell et stenkast fra stranden,og kun 10min gåavstand fra Puerto Banus med resturanter og shopping. Ingenting å utsette på servicen fra de ansatte,men når man booker et hotell i denne klassen,burde man ikke bli oppsøkt og forsøkt "lurt" inn i et time share møte.De prøver allerede ved frokosten,og fortsetter om du ikke har "hentet gaven din". Var […] der utenfor sesong,men bassengene var nydelige,og har noe for de fleste.Voksne har basseng der barn ikke har adgang,og barnefamilier to bassenger som barn vil elske. Prøvde kun frokosten,ikke den aller beste Melia frokosten ,men veldig god. The Level: På de fleste Melia hotell er dette absolutt verdt pengene,men ikke her....Toalettartikler er de samme som på andre rom,andre steder får man bedre toalettartikler,og "baren" inneholder kun brus og vann i tillegg til snacks 4 ganger daglig.Andre Level barer har full fri bar og snacks som nøtter o.l i hele åpningstiden. Gratis wifi er selvsagt et pluss,men på andre Melia hotell er dette uansett gratis på alle rom. Très bel hôtel. Pour notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel: 1994-2000-2011 nous avons été, comme les autres fois, très satisfaits. Pour nous, un seul petit regret: pas de repas servis à table. Bien que les buffets soient généreusement garnis et variés nous aimons être servis à table. Les vraies vacances. Ceci dit, il y avait un grand choix d'aliments de […] qualité et pas de bousculades pour accéder aux différents mets. Viandes et poissons cuits à la demande. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. A recommander pour ses magnifiques piscines et ses jardins arborés. Vistades på hotellet i elva dagar från den 11/12-22/12. 2010 allt var utan anmärkning frukostbuffèn var utmärkt bra och stort och rymligt rum.Vägen till strandpromenaden var mycket dålig spec. efter regn gick det inte att använda vägen .

Vi tok en langhelg i Marbella og valgte dette hotellet. Fantastisk flott for voksne og barn. Hotellet hensyntok at vi hadde små barn og vi fikk rom på bakkeplan med basseng like ved. Dasa Hotel liegt einige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Es verfügt jedoch über mehrere Pools welche sehr hübsch eingebetet sind in einer Parkanlage. Das Essen war vorzüglich. Der Service im Hotel freunldich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel kann sich im ersten Moment etwas schwierig gestalten da das […] Hotel nicht mit der richtigen Adresse für den TomTom von Puerto Banus sonder mit Marbella deklariert ist.
