Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in quanto vicino allo stadio San Siro dove ero diretta. Il personale è stato sin dal primo momento tanto gentile e disponibile. La camera era grande e pulita con tv e mediaset premium, la colazione è inclusa a buffet, con cornetti confezionati ma di ottima marca, come tutto il resto delle cose per la colazione! ottimo il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati da loro al momento... Per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione: difronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus 69 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro, oppure alle spalle dell'hotel vi è la fermata del tram 14 che di ferma fuori al duomo! In generale quindi posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta di questa esperienza, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti e non mancherò di ritornarci io personalmente in future occasioni!

La stazione Centrale di Milano è monumentale, ricca di hall e sale in marmo, terrazze e pavimenti in mosaico. Stazione principale e più frequentata dell'Italia settentrionale, può essere considerata la più bella d'Europa. La maggior parte dei treni internazionali e ad alta velocità arrivano in questa stazione, da cui poi è facile raggiungere il centro della città grazie alla metropolitana. Nelle vicinanze si innalza il Grattacielo Pirelli, l'edificio più alto di Milano, simbolo della prosperità di questa città.

"Non fate telefonate interurbane"
Ho fatto una telefonata interurbana e ho scoperto che sono considerate come quelle dei cellulari, per 47 minuti (ormai sono gratis per tutte le compagnie telefoniche ) PAGATO 84 EURO, più del costo dell'albergo, sono dei ladri !!!

Stanza infetstata da zanzare..e la cosa non era casuale a giudicare dalle zanzare morte e ancora appiccicate suu soffitti e piastrelle del bagno!!!

"Perplesso"
Siamo andati in due: tutti e due studenti per motivi di studio. Ci è stata assegnata una camera alquanto squallida al primo piano, che però è all'altezza del cortile interno, col risultato che non potevamo lasciare aperta la finestra. Pulito, ma bruttino. Il giorno dopo sono tornato con mio padre e a lui hanno assegnato una stanza nettamente migliore […] al terzo piano con vasca da bagno...Poco onesto con i giovani!!! Continua a leggere

Room was clean and pretty spacious. Just down the street from stazione centrale. Very easy to find. Hotel bar is a great amenity, however it is a bit expensive.

We spent sometime to find this hotel when we arrived. But, once you find the way there, it's a very easy to access. very nice the main station which is 5-10 mins walks distance. And surrounding by some of the good and cheap Italian restaurant. We are allowed to store our luggages in the hotel before we checked in, as we are arrived in the early morning. […] the conditions of the hotel is acceptable, but the only thing we are annoyed with was we would not turn off the heater in the room. it was about 25 degree during our stay, the windows are small and we wetted ourselves during night. rather than that, everything is okay. Very conveniently located near the train station, but in a lovely neighborhood. We could walk to the metro or tram to get anywhere in the city. The people in the hotel were pleasant and aimed to please

Two window had opened when we arrived at the hotel , and we could not close them because they were broken! It was so cold and loud. Moreover front clerk was not kind to the other customers who couldn't understand both Italian and English language! Incredible! We will never stay that hotel again.

good deal for what you pay. close to the main train station, 20-30 min walk to the old city center, rooms are a little old looking but if you; are in budget, need a bed to stay and spend the day in the city, staff is OK neighbor is OK then highly recommended for what you pay.

This was to be a non-smoking room, like most now in Italy. Like all old hotel rooms, this one reeked of ancient smoke, and anti-contaminants to cover it up, unsuccessfully. Hello hotels, the only way to be rid of thid nuisance is to recarpet and repaint. And Internet? Why do I have to go to the corner McDonalds to get free Internet? I stayed at this hotel two nights on two different restrvations. First night was fine. Everything was in working order. The room was comfortable, I was able to access wifi (after paying a large fee). Everything was smooth. When deciding on where to stay the following night I decided to stay at the same place as I had an acceptable experience the night […] before. The second night, I was put in a room that wouldn't connect to wifi (even though I had paid the large fee again). I spent half the night in the lobby taking care of business....not the most comfortable places. Then when I was checking out the next morning, they accused me of using the mini bar from the night before....something which I did not even consider. They were very accusative and unkind. I would say this hotel is hit or miss. When people are dishonest (whether due to poor employees or otherwise) trust is lost. Everything regarding this hotel was horrible. From the moment we walked in it was if we were bothering reception by trying to check in. Maybe he stayed in one of their rooms the night before and didn't get any sleep? The room was tiny to say the least, bed was most uncomfortable, bathroom small, dirty and old. The rooms were antiquated. Ffloor was dirty, […] found gross toe nail clippings. No way to adjust the heat. Wifi for a price in the lobby & can only use their 1 computer. "Hotel delle Nazioni - Value for Money"
The hotel was conveniently located - circa 300m by foot from Centrale The rooms however were old, lamps were not working, and the TV switched on by itself after midnight. Service wasn´t too bad overall not considering that the night customer service representative seemed sleepy and grouchy. Internet is a rip-off; 3€ for 10 mins.

Hotel is within walking distance of train station with access to airport and underground (approximately 4 blocks). Single room was small and had some electrical problems, which the staff was quick to fix. Otherwise, it suited my needs for an overnight stay before heading to Venice.

"Hotel Nazioni in MIlan"
Great location near Central Station with other metro stops nearby. Lots of shopping,bars,cafe and restaurant all within walking distance. Great friendly multilingual staff that aim to please. Hotel may look a bit tired but it wouldn't stop me returning. A few friends tried to get in after me but it was fully booked!!!

This hotel is friendly and clean. We needed a place to stay near to Milano Centrale train station (for Monza grand prix and Malpensa Airport) and this is only a couple of streets away so it was perfect. I liked the atmosphere and the staff were very polite and proffessional. I would 100% stay again next time I am in Italy.

I've done a lot of budget stays in Europe and typically look for a couple things - a clean room with enough space for me to move around and convenience to public transport and eating. Whilc this hotel is off the beaten track for sight seeing, it was very convenient to the Stazione Centrale, within a few minutes of walking, and right around the corner […] from a number of cafes and McDonalds (if you're just really dying for a coke! ;o) The room was clean, nothing fancy, but everything was in working order and the ac worked. The staff that I interacted with were all friendly and nice. I couldn't figure out the ac and they sent someone right up to fix it. If you are interested in sight seeing, the metro is very near and easy to navigate. and if you like walking, there are large, populated streets nearby that run down to the Duomo area and are good for walking, even late at night. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised as I do read reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. I could never get the wifi to work with my phone, but picked up enough free signals nearby as well as using the free wifi at the autogrills, so it all worked out fine. Continua a leggere

The location was, as advertised, great. But the room we got was pretty bad. Hard beds, no ceiling light, no AC, TV was unreliable, mosquitos, and lots of street noise. Didn't sleep much. Try some place else.
