Hotel grande, arioso nella hall e nelle stanze mediamente ampie. Stanze molto pulite (il pavimento è rivestito da moquette), letti comodi, arredo dalle linee semplici, ampie finestre con ottima capacità di insonorizzazione dall'esterno. Personale disponibile. Posizione dell'hotel a 500 m da due fermate della metropolitana (linea principale) e a 3 minuti di metropolitana dal centro cittadino. Un posto in cui tornare...Prezzo onesto.

L'HOTEL E' COMODO ALLA METROPOLITANA (50 METRI) E A SOLE 4 FEMATE DA STEPHANSDOM, CUORE DELLA CITTA'. CAMERE SPAZIOSE E BEN SERVITE (4 LETTO UN PO' SCOMODO). COLAZIONE ABBONDANTE E DI QUALITA'.

Ottimo hotel, situato a qualche km dall'autostrada e a due passi dalla metropolitana; vicino il Castello di Schönbrunn raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Le camere sono ben rifinite e pulite, dotate di clima funzionante, Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era un po rumorosa se con la finestra aperta, in quanto dava sulla strada principale. Il personale, che parla solo tedesco ed inglese, è stato cordiale e professionale.

Rooms are in good conditions. It was quiet. Hotel is located in a boring block of banks and offices, but is at walking distance to Hofburg, subway, and parks. The staff at reception is very well trained, helpful and efficient.Our worst memory is about the hotel restaurant. One time we ordered dinner to the room - we received it more than an hour later […] and it was cold. On the other evening we were having dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was very slow, food was cold and undercooked. There are no other restaurants in the area, so if it is rainy or cold outside or you are too tired to walk 15 min to streets full of night life, you will probable not enjoy the end of your day. We found the Am Konzerthaus to be a great value. Very reasonably priced, comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely stay there again

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful and breakfast was very good. It was within reasonable walking distance of the main museums and the old town. It was about a 15 minute walk from the Wien Mitte station where the airport trains arrive.We would be happy to stay there again.

"a pleasure"
Good location, about 10 minutes from the Karlsplatz U-Bahn station and 20 minutes or so on foot to the center. Very high quality, especially considering the surprisingly low price. Modest-sized room with a very comfortable bed and a big tub. After more than a week in budget accommodations elsewhere in Europe, this was a real pleasure.

In the end, she was pleasant, but when I requested a solution to a stained bedsheet that was apprarent upon my arrival, the receptionist seems irritated and burdened by this. Perhaps she was overworked, but regardless, there are better and more professional means of handling this. As stated, she was personable at the end and was diligent as she herself […] came upstairs to the room to change the sheet and make sure all was remedied, however her initial response was surprising. This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Vienna. Great location with tram stops quite close. Very good and well kept facility with a helpful and responsive staff that wouldn't let us leave without an umbrella on a day when we needed it. Great dining recommendations. We arrived late at the hotel (midnight!) due to a delayed flight from Dublin. Staff were very helpful, immediately showing us to our room and recommending some local eateries that would still be serving food. The room was lovely; cosy and warm! The location is quite central, within walking distance of the main shopping district, many museums and the […] concert hall. I stayed at the Konzerthaus with my friend for a wonderful weekend in Vienna. The hotel was absolutely brilliant in every way. The staff at reception were warm and helpful from the second we checked in until the end when ordering us a taxi. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. They provide little L'Occitane products in the bathroom as a […] little treat which is a very nice touch. The location is excellent - we were able to walk in and out of central Vienna in the cold without any hassle and did not resort to the metro once during our time there. This is a really well kept hotel, nice interior, very central, spacious rooms. I would definitely recommend. The only small gripe I would have is that you only get 1 hours free wifi. This was a great hotel. The room was a bit small, but well appointed. Just a couple of blocks from the Ringstrasse, the hotel is very conveniently located. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Vi opplevde Hotel Am Konzerthaus Vienna som et svært godt hotell. Hotellet var fullbooket når vi ankom, og vi ble derfor oppgradert til et bedre rom (deluxe) og det er jo hyggelig. Svært komfortabelt rom og bra serice. Bra beliggenhet nært Innere Stadt.

Huone oli todella siisti, palvelu ystävällistä ja henkilökunta taitaa myös englannin kielen. Aamupala oli paras mitä olen koskaan syönyt; todella laaja valikoima ja kaikki tuoretta. Alue oli turvallinen ja siisti, rakennukset hienoja. Suhteellisen lähellä keskustaa, Karlsplatzin metroa ja ringin ratikoita. Todella neljän tähden hotelli!

ホテルスタッフの対応にも満足しましたし、朝食つきプランにしましたが、とても美味しかったです。欲をいえば、立地の利便性でしょうか。冬でも暖房がきいているせいか喉がかわき、部屋の備え付けの炭酸水ではなく、ミネラルウォーターが欲しいと思っても、近くのスーパーまで５分はかかります。しかも夜８時で閉まってしまいますし、たまたまかもしれませんが、金曜日は営業していませんでした。また、買い置きしても、冷蔵庫が冷蔵庫の役割を果たしておらず、冷えません。 でもそれ以外は全般的に大満足です。到着日は夜おそかったので空港からタクシーを使いましたが（35ユーロ）、帰りは最寄りの地下鉄まで徒歩300m程度ですし、１駅乗り換えてウィーンミッテ駅でチェックインでき、身軽に空港まで行けるのも魅力でした。

Отель расположен не далеко от центра города. Минут за 5 можно дайти до ближайших достопримечательностей, а минут за 15 уже и до главной торговой улицы. Хороший завтрак. К минусам отеля следует отнести отсутствие тапок и халатов в номере, не было зубных щеток и бритвы, даже шапочки для душа не было. 5 Nächte. Kurtz zum Zentrum. Hotellin sijainti oli rauhallinen, mutta keskeinen. Konserttitalo oli vastapäätä ja oopperalle vain 10 min. kävely. Aamiainen oli kallis, muita paikkoja löytyi kosolti. Yövyn toistekin.

This hotell is well positioned for walking to all central attractions, such as Opera, Musikverein, Konzerthaus (!), the whole center of Vienna and its not too far to walk to Hundertwasserhaus or indeed Beleverde. Price wise its good value for money. We chose to eat breakfast in the many cafes of Vienna, some of which are just 2 blocks away from the […] hotel. Much cheaper and the atmosphere is a world of difference. We ate dinner at the hotel once which was ok. Rooms are good but what really drags the overall grade down is that the beds were since long worn out. After 4 nights sleeping in a bed which is formed like a pit I got real pain in my back.
