La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

L'hotel è molto comodo, situato nel cuore di New York. Il personale alla reception è molto efficiente. E' stato molto deludente trovare nella suite che avevamo prenotato per cinque adulti, due letti da una piazza e mezzo veramente comodi - ma solo per una persona ciascuno! - ed un divano letto a due posti con un vecchio, orribile, scomodissimo materasso […] a molle ove io personalmente non avrei mai pouto dormire nemmeno una notte. "Grande prestigio! Ottimo albergo!"
Abbiamo preso una camera al Double Tree ad un prezzo eccezionale… soprattutto perché è nel centro di Times Square. E' stato straordinario! Grande vista (40mo piano), vicino a TUTTO! La stanza era così spaziosa, con un cucinotto dotato di microonde e frigobar, una stanza da letto separata con due letti doppi, un bagno grande e un bello spazio living […] con divani e una scrivania. La camera era MOLTO pulita, i letti super comodi, l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo e tutto era al di sopra delle aspettative. Torneremo assolutamente. "Nel centro della zona dei teatri e 'kid friendly'"
Questo albergo è vicinissimo a tutti i teatri. Se state cercando una zona perfetta di New York per il turismo, eccola.Se cercate una zona tranquilla con meno traffico, gente e rumore… non fa per voi. Però le stanze erano molto ben isolate dal rumore della strada. Ce la siamo goduta con i nostri 3 ragazzi! (di 14,11 e 5 anni).

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno! La posizione è perfetta. La stanza era spaziosa e tranquilla. Lo staff gentile e di aiuto. Ho avuto un problema con la doccia e ho chiamato la reception. "Un'ottima esperienza"
Vi abbiamo soggiornato mia figlia ed io, ed è stata un'ottima esperienza. TUTTO il personale, inclusi gli uomini della manutenzione, sono stati gentilissimi e collaborativi. "Double Tree a Times Square"
Ci è piaciuto l'albergo, ottima posizione, divertente trovarsi nel cuore di Times Square. Era molto tranquillo e sicuro. Per quanto riguarda il rumore, non ci si sarebbe accorti di trovarsi proprio al centro di Times Square.

Lo staff era amichevole e collaborativo. Anche se non potevano aiutarci, il loro atteggiamento è stato gentilissimo. Raccomanderei sicuramente questo albergo, pulito, comodo, con il metrò all'uscita, proprio su Times Square, massima sicurezza. Nessuna preoccupazione. Unico neo sulla manutenzione: la sveglia non andava e non potevo resettarla, il telefono […] sul comodino non funzionava, il frigobar non aveva il congelatore e qualche idiota aveva colpito la tv e c'erano dei segni nel centro dello schermo. "Posizione PERFETTA a Manhattan"
Si esce dall'ingresso principale e ci si trova in mezzo a Times Square! Imbattibile! E anche la stanza, grande per il prezzo, soprattutto per gli standard di New York. Due camere, due tv e un bagno grande. Che è estremamente accessibile anche su una sedia a rotelle. New York è sempre fantastica, e vale la spesa.

Michael e lo Sceriffo si sono guadagnati gli speroni in questa odissea di 6 giorni nel centro della città che per noi è il centro del mondo culturale. Quando abbiamo visto come fosse centrale la posizione dell'hotel, abbiamo pensato che fosse troppo rumoroso, per via del viavai in strada, ma siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi nel vedere come le Doubletree […] suites mettano insieme il ritmo della vita di strada e una sensazione di pace da tempio. "Questo albergo mi è piaciuto!"
L'ho trovato su Hotels.com e non posso credere a quanto siamo stati fortunati! L'hotel è proprio accanto ai teatro. Ottima camera, grande vista, e ci sono piaciuti moltissimo i dolcetti caldi al nostro arrivo!

Era esattamente su Times Square, un'ottima posizione. La camera era pulita e un po' piccola, ma sufficiente per 3 persone. Lo staff molto gentile!

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the […] size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. "Great Times Square location"
Stay was great. Only complaint is with restaurant on 5th floor, Gingers. It was insulting to pay approx $10 for pancakes and get three tiny pancakes smaller than a CD disk. Ridiculous!

Great hotel, very clean and the rooms have all of the little things. Fridge, microwave, extra room (suite) with seperate entrances to the bath. Thermostat worked well. Showerhead had strong pressure and great range, something you overlook until you have a shower with no range. Ample counter space in bathroom and wetbar area. everything was great except the persons at the tourist information boost. The first time we waited 5-10 minutes to have someone show up. Twice my questions couldn't be answered and the person didn't propose to find out.

I took my kids to NYC for the first time (for them)....ages 3, 4 and 7....they LOVED this hotel....our room was HUGE for a NYC hotel room (or most hotel rooms for that matter)....our room faced the M&M store which was a plus....the chocolate chip cookies at check in were a huge hit too! The beds were very clean and comfortable....the fold out sofa bed […] was great for the kids...they thought it was fantastic that they had their own TV in the living room! Lots of families in this hotel....GREAT location...caught the sight seeing bus right across the street....a block away from Toys R Us...wish we could have stayed longer! 5 stars....we WILL be back! My recent stay at this hotel was EXCELLENT! I arrived early and they had no rooms because they were sold out the night before but not only did they get me into a room with in an hour, but they also gave me a very nice room with an amazing view.

If you want to stay right in the middle of the action and madness of times square, this is a great place to be. And reasonably priced.

In the middle of Times Square in the middle of everything. The room was quite comfortable for 5 adults. The only drawback was the bathroom, while it had double sinks, they were not separate from the toilet and tub so it was hard to get everyone ready on time. "Disappointing"
The location is prfect if you want to do lots of sightseeing. However, is located in extremely crowded place and next door is a transvestite show. The interior has not changed since late seventies and looks like a cheap brothel (my son's words), especially on 5th floor where restaurant is located. Pretty dirty hallways on floors. this was our first visit with our son and wanted it to be a wonderful experience for him. The staff (especially Michael) when we checked in was otu of this world. made us feel like we were the only people there despite being full. We wanted to extend our reservations but were unable. They did all they could to assist. Had to call maintenance for a minor […] issue and they were up to our room within three or four minutes. I was shocked. At other hotels I would still be waiting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We took subway to WTC and other sites, Broadway shows were within walking. Room was very nice. Very convenient to Times Square and theater district. Difficult to get to the hotel because of the crowded Times Square area. I felt that Wi-Fi should have been free.

"DoubleTree Suites Times Square-comfortable"
Check in was a breeze. The free warm cookies that we received on check in and check out were a lovely bonus. Our room slept 5 comfortably. My kids loved the Nintendo games. Great view and of course convenient to Broadway. The only complaint I have is that as soon as we got into our room, we used the coffee machine to make coffee and tea, figuring that […] when the maids turned down the beds at night they would replace what we had used so we would have more coffee and tea for the AM. Hotel was very nice in a great location. A little pricey, but worth it. The pull out sofabed was not at all comfortable. Concierge service was excellent, recommending shopping locations, restaurants and even booked our broadway show.
