La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

"DoubleTree Suites Times Square"
The check in was really nice and easy the cookies were the best part. Our room was very nice and had lots of room. The bathroom was huge. Location right in the middle of Times Square. "The Best Located Hotel in NYC - Timesquare!!"
Hotel was in the most perfect convenient location...middle of Timesquare. Our room was located on the 31st Floor with a wicked view from both sides of our suite with King size bedroom and a very comfortable pullout bed that slept 2 teenage boys. We will definitely stay he again without a question next time visiting NYC.
"Quality and location spot on!"
The hotel's location can't be beat for theatre goers. It's location, directly across from the TKTS booth with close proximity to the subway, make this a must do. I t may cost a little more (but, not much) but it was wirth it! Clean, comfortable rooms and ample security made it a great stay. We'll definately be coming back!

Stayed in the Doubletree Suites in Times Square for one night and We couldn't have asked for anything more. The hotel is a great location, walk to everything and a fabulous view from our room. Very spacious and clean. We will stay here again in the future!

I had a corner suite and the man at the front desk told me I was mistaken that my room did not have two windows facing in two different directions, but when I got to my room, my room was just like in the picture and I did have a corner with two windows facing in both directions. "DoubleTree Times Square- perfect in every way!!"
Stayed here for two nights, following two days of meetings and needed rest and a little fun too. This hotel is right in the middle of the fun of Times Square, yet it is quiet and so very comfortable. I love DoubleTree and have stayed in other cities and I always feel I am at home away from home. This hotel had wonderful staff, a great bed and plenty […] of room to spread out. A great desk to work and a kitchenette to have a snack any time. I ordered room service from Gingers and it was so delicious and delivered hot in under 25 minutes- on a weekend!! Walk out the door and you are surrounded by everything "New York". Security is right there, doorman is too and I was traveling alone and never worried about safety at this hotel. Rooms were clean, service was efficient and the location was great. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival and everyday thereafter if you ask for them at the front desk. Buffet breakfast at hotel was also good.

"customer service and manager not helpfulin anyway."
When we arrived at our hotel we were greeted and was given our room assignment. Once we arrived in our room, we noticed a very strong smell in the hall walls and in our room. We called with concern, and was told their phones were ringing off the hook with the same concerns that they would look into it. X4 call to them later, with 4 different stories. […] Nothing was resloved. Was told to speak with the manager the next morning. That manager had shown no regaurd to our 5 calls and no return calls back...wow...all I have to say...is this hotel did nothing but try to pass us off. They said the would comp us a room via sending us a email...week later nothing. You choose where ypu spend your hard earned money...I will choose not here ever again. Customer service was a joke. This is a great hotel and one of the best in the Time Square location.
Great view did not really enjoy the bathtub but the rest of the room was great. I did not like the fact that i forgot my toothbrush and the it took a long time to bring one to the room we even had to call down a second time. If you want to see NYC this is the hotel to be at. It is at the centre of all action, no need for a car, subway on the bottom of building; and walking distance to anything you want to see, shop, shows, and eat. The location was great. You could walk outside and feel like you were part of the New York scene. The room was comfortable . The hotel meals were pricey so we ate out. There were more than enough choices close by. I would recommend it.

The DoubleTree Suites is just a great hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is smack in the center of Times Square and the theatre district! Staff is great, especially the valet. The hotel is roomy, clean, and quiet. My only complaint was that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom and no robes, but aside from that, it's super!

Faboulous location for Times Square and Broadway theaters. Its such an easy walk to the theaters and convenient to Subway also, Room (King suite) was also larger that almost any other NYC room I've stayed in. I'll certainly go back here.

Perfect location for theater goers. Loved having a separate sitting area. Restaurants and theaters all withing walking distance. Noise level from Times Square was non-existent. Our only complaint was that the 2 rooms across from us were occupied by extremely noisy and inconsiderate young people who were up all night and slamming doors. good hotel, good service, good location ; the cost of a suit for a family is a good balance; the formula with breakfast is interesting just the sofa which can be convert into a bed are not comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the Double Tree Suites at Time Square while in NYC. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The size was fantastic...especially for NYC! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel, and will stay there again when traveling to NYC. WONDERFUL!!!

If you're into Broadway, this is the hotel. It's literally right across the street from 1/2 price tickets in Times Square. When you leave from the peacefulness of the hotel in the morning and step through the doors, you're instantly greeted with the excitement of New York theaters - a great way to get going in the morning!

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Times Square for 4 nights in February. Great hotel, great location and great staff. We had a wonderful time, not a single glitch. We were concerned about the street noise but the windows are pretty thick (it also helped that we stayed on the 39th floor!). "Great for the money"
I didn't want to spend a bundle and you can certainly do that in NYC. I opted for the DT for location , price and it's a suite. It was clean, comfy, great service and in the middle of everything. Well done DT!
The stay was fantastic! We love the DoubleTree hotel in Times Square! So convenient and pleasant. The only problem was that the curtains in the living room did not close all of the way. We needed to use the pull out bed in the couch and it was very bright in the room when trying to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you!

"Convenience and Comfort in Times Square"
The Doubletree in Times Square proved to be an excellent alternative to the Marriott Marquis, within which my business conference was being held. Almost directly across the street from the Marquis, the Doubletree offered a scaled down, comfortable alternative to staying at the Mega-Hotel in which most of the conference-goers were residing. At check […] in, we recieved the standard complimatary Doubletree warm cookies (yum), and the excellent news that we were to be upgraded to a King corner room, directly overlooking the lights of Times Square. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Our room felt like it was right in the middle of the action. The lights from Times Square were so bright that we needed to close the triple shades on the windows to close all of the light out throughout the night. We ordered room service, which was pretty mediocre in quality, taste and portion size for the cost - but that is to be expected in NYC. The space in the room was excellent for a mid-town hotel. The Doubletree is right in the center of the TSQ attractions, we walked everywhere! service was excellent, the doormen are always helpful with taxis & limos. Our concierge was very helpful with show tickets. The hotel was clean and we had no issues in our room, which was quite large. We had one meal in the restaurant, which was not stellar. "WOW!!!"
Our family (two adults and two teenagers) spent four nights at this hotel the week before Christmas and it was fantastic! It was amazing to be in the heart of Times Square during this time of year. It was close to all of the things we wanted to do (rockafeller center, central park, all of the store windows, etc..). We walked everywhere and the places […] we couldn't walk to the subway was only two blocks away. We had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel was awesome and very helpful about finding restaurants, tickets to shows, directions and subway routes. The suite was very comfortable and we had room to spread out a bit. Our view from the 32nd floor was very cool, looking straight out to the wonderful billboards of Times Square. I would definately reccommand this hotel. Continua a leggere
