I travel a few times a year and I have never had such a friendly staff. I was greeted by every single staff member throughout my stay. The woman at reception jumped up to hold the door for me when I struggled with my luggage and a maintenance worker called the elevator for me when he saw me approaching after breakfast. Stayed one night for area business conference. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast room was overcrowded in the morning, could only get a cup of coffee. "my stay at fairfield inn"

The front desk woman was fairly rude to several guests, and at one point threw the phone down onto the desk and walked away in a huff. I was lucky enough not to be on the receiving end of this, but others weren't so lucky. Very comfortable stay. Room was fresh and cool upon arrival (and we were early). Check in took only a couple of minutes, we were in the pool 10 minutes later! Excellent continental breakfast (would have liked the hours extended a hair) and detail to keeping the area clean. We did not use the pool but it look decent and the room was exactly what you see on the internet.
