"Bellissimo hotel lontano dal centro di Atlanta"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 8 ago 2012Questo hotel è bellissimo, in puro stile Holton. Ha un'unica pecca, la distanza dal centro. Ci volevano almeno 30 minuti e poi ovviamente ad Atlanta c'era il parcheggio da pagare. Forse per questo non ci siamo goduti al 100% una bellissima città come Atlanta.

I loved every moment every second of it do not be alarmed by all of the bad reviews this hotel was wonderful it was clean nice friendly atmosphere and the food was great.the beds were huge and soft the rooms were very cleanand lots of space. We apologize for any inconvenience the music you heard while in your room. You did notify our front desk staff on this and we did not find music coming from any of the guestrooms. We did determine a few days later that the sound may have been coming from the outdoor/indoor speaker of the pool area that may have had the volume turned up slightly to high and was heard in the late or early hours. Again, please accept our apology for anything that might have disturbed you during your stay with us.

"Not the best but not the worst either"

"Hotel needs serious upgrade"
I lived in Alpharetta for 6 years and we go back because my 13 year old daughter was born at Northside Hospital. We stayed here before in 2008. I don't think they have updated it since then! The door looked like somebody tried to break it in, the beds where hard as rocks and the room was dirty. Their obviously having crime issues. The location of the hotel allowed me to walk to my conference in the Cobb Galleria Centre and was also close to many dining and shopping options. Parking was easily accessible. We were stuck in the elevator upon arrival for almost 3 hours, between 2 and 3rd floor with one other person and our suitcases! The elevator expert was not called 'till a good 2 h after we got stuck! I stayed here for 5 nights while attending a show at the nearby Cobb Galleria Center. The staff was great, and my room was in good shape. It was nice to be able to shut off the bedroom from the living room because that eliminated hearing any hallway noise at night. Overall one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in for the price. "Cousins Weekend"
The service was excellent the entire weekend. The hotel was clean however the hallway smelled. There was a guest on my floor with a dog and you could tell when he had been in the hallway. Hotel is conveniently located to highways, restaurants and mall. However, the shops in this mall are not upscale like Lenox Square mall. The biggest downside to this hotel is that it was allowed to fall into disrepair. "not good as a Sheraton"
when we got to the hotel, there was only one person working at the desk, and it took us a long time to check in. it was hard to figure out the way to get the elevator moving. I was holding my son and had to run back to the desk twice and the staff were indifferent. when we got into our room, the coffee machine was broken. I tried to call guest service, […] and waited for literally 20 minutes for someone to answer. i made 2 phone calls using the phone in our room to my husband who were getting food from PF Chang's near by, the next day they charged me 20 dollars for altogether less than 10 minutes call. "No complaints"
This was the perfect stay for me. I have no complaints whatsoever about my stay at the Sheraton. Everything from the service at the front desk to the room was great. I plan on staying here again the next time Im in Atlanta.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

Overall my wife and I enjoyed the stay. The room was very comfortable. The only issue that I have is the dificulty in using the elevator. The room key function to operate the elevator was quite confusing.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
