"Doubletree Hilton in Brookfield, WI"
It was a perfect location, great hotel and wonderful staff. Plus, great chocolate chip cookies. They could not do enough to ensure a comfortable stay.

Overall, our stay at the Doubletree Hilton in Brookfield, WI was a good one. It was quiet and clean, although the tile in the bathroom needed some minor work. The staff was polite and helpful, and my service complaint has to do with the management, not the staff. Most of the competitors in that area offer a free continental breakfast, or at the very […] least, morning coffee in the lobby. We know this because we have stayed at other hotels near by. At the time of our booking, the Hilton was offering a better rate, so we booked with them. My husband ordered their breakfast buffet, which he would give a B-/C+ rating. I only wanted coffee, and the charge for this was highway robbery. His meal bill was a bit over $7, and the charge for my black coffee was $3.50. A ripoff, in our opinion. We probably will shop around for a different motel the next time we are in the area, or if we do stay there, we will eat elsewhere. Everything else was great. Continua a leggere
"Brookfield DoubleTree Stay"
I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in January. The Hotel was nice and the service was good. I'd happily stay there again except it bothers me when hotels charge $9 a night for Internet use. Additionally, since I had 3 computers, I could not tell if I was being charged triple to use the internet or not. I even asked the lady at the counter and she didn't […] know. "Double Tree in Brookfield , Wisconsin"
Room was clean, but had large burn on floor from an iron. The arms on couch/sofa sleeper were broken. Food was good and staff friendly. But surprised about condition of room. Bathroom door would not lock in one room we rented as well as that room had iron burn on carpet as well.

Our room was ready when we got there and when we went to check out the lady said that there was no bill because the room was all ready paid for. Thus no wasted time.

"OK, but not great"
We stayed Christmas night and if not for an extremely tired 2 year old we would have wanted a room change. An otherwise very empty hotel placed us on the 2nd floor next to some kind or maintenance room that had some loud machine go on every hour or so. No way we could pack everything up and move my sleeping son so we dealt with it. Sheets on one of […] the 2 beds were stained (had to take off so gross) and they wanted $12 a day for Wifi (who still charges for that). We were there for around 11 hours so whatever. "Decent Hotel, but not up to doubletree standards"
This hotel was decent, but not nearly as nice as some of the other doubletree locations that I have stayed at. The staff was always crabby. Hotel restaurant was great.

"A great choice"
We only stayed over night and didn't interact with the staff very much. But our room was really clean, and really comfortable, and really beautiful. And when we checked in, they handed us two big warm chocolate chip cookies! :) We had no complaints

"Double Tree-Brookfield, WI-excellent place to stay"
Wonderful place to stay-warm cookies given to you when you arrive. Everyone at the desk was very helpful! Beautiful lobby area and grounds were well kept. Rooms were ready before the usual time of check in. No free breakfast. We have stayed here before and would stay again. Reasonable rates for the area.
We were looking for a place to stay after a wedding because we were also going to a Brewers game the next day. Looked on line to find an inexpensive hotel. This hotel was perfect. Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay.
Friendly staff, clean, quiet hotel. I'd stay again.

We were there for a birthday weekend--my boyfriend grew up in the area--and we were very impressed with the hotel, especially for how much we paid for it. Everything was high quality and prices was amazing--including room service! We will stay there when we return to the the area!

I enjoyed my stay, but was disappointed to find that the internet was only available by paying an additional $10 per day. Most hotels that I have visited in this price range include free internet, often free wifi. "Good hotel"
We had a pretty good weekend at this hotel. I was there with my husband and our two kids, 2 and 5yrs. We got a king room with pull out couch and put our pack n play in the room for our 2 yr old. It was all one room, so sleeping wise it wasn't ideal as when the kids went to sleep my husband and I were kind of stuck doing nothing. My fault for not booking […] a suite like room, but a heads up for other parents. Our room was right by the pool, which I thought would be a bonus with the kids, but it was quite noisy at night and they don't enforce the 10pm pool closing time. In addition the vending is right there, so people come by for ice and drinks at all hours and the walls are pretty thin. The pool is quite small and only 3.5 ft, so great if you have kids, maybe not so much if you really want to swim. It was nice and warm though, just crowded. Overall, if you're not going to spend much time in your room, it was fine and close to all the lakes and cute small towns in the area. Grocery store and Kmart close, which is nice with kids, you can get what you need without driving far. Nice to have fridge and microwave in the room! Continua a leggere

"Very Good"
Much better than the average and at a better price. On one occasion, I left the room for 15 minutes and the room had been completely refurbished. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful by directing me to a "near-by" laundromat and faxing some important documents for me. Thanks. OH, and on arrival you get a warm chocolate chip cookie!

"Excellent hotel at a great value."
I work in the hotel industry so I tend to be very picky. I'm one of the odd ones who will look for things to be wrong. I found NOTHING wrong! I was very pleased! Check in was quick and efficient. Got fresh warm cookies which my 3 year old thought was amazing! The room was extremely clean. Good size and good layout. Front desk staff was very efficient […] and friendly. No lines or delays. Pool was small but well maintained and good temp. While in our room our tv remote died. I called the front desk and within 1 minute I had a new remote. Very quick response. We wanted to order delivery for dinner and they brought us menus for 6 different delivery places. Then when my three year old decided to dip my toothbrush into our toilet they ran us up a new complimentary toothbrush. These all sound like little things but really little things are what make the difference between a bad or just ok stay compared to a fantastic stay. Also there are lots of shopping and food venues in the area within easy driving or walking distance and it was in a very safe neighborhood. Overall EXTREMELY pleased with the Doubletree. "Just right!"
Posh and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the privacy of the courtyard - it was refreshing to look out our second floor room and see only tree tops.
Quite a nice hotel on the outskirts of Milwaukee. Sort of a typical corporate type hotel, very basic but quite comfortable. Nothing special, and you have to drive to everything, especiall if you choose not to eat in the very empty dining room.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple nights over memorial day weekend. Nice clean rooms, clock radio is even IPOD ready which was a nice touch. Although not a frequent traveler, I do like to work out on vacation. This hotel had far and above the best equipment I've ever used. Its brand new and has tvs attached to treatmills. Lots of shopping and minigolf […] is nearby. Close to the zoo and ballpark. Just miles from the miller factory. Only drawback was there breakfast. Not the best, reccommend going out instead. We had a very pleasant stay at the Double Tree. We were very satisfied with the room and hotel in general. "Nice Stay"
Booked this hotel online and wasn't sure what to expect. The reception area was really nice. The overall look of the hotel and room was fantastic. We didn't eat breakfast there due to time, but just taking a glance it was really nice spread and smelled wonderful. We would definately go back!
