Appena tornata a casa dopo una bella vacanza tra Wisconsin ed Illinois e, dunque, un bel soggiorno presso questa struttura! La mia esperienza è stata davvero soddisfacente, pulizia, cortesia, organizzazione, insomma, io che sono spesso "on the road" sono rimasta piacevolmente sopresa da quest'hotel! camera grande, spaziosa, pulita, cambio giornaliero di asciugamani e risistemazione della stanza, colazione ricca e sala breakfast pulita, con l'addetta alla colazione, la signora Margareth, se non ricordo male, presente e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. A proposito di questi ultimi, persone tranquille, distinte, famiglie, e, nel mio caso, anche tanti jammers accorsi lì, come me per il PJ20...go and check! Io la consiglio a tutti e di sicuro tornerò presso una delle loro strutture per il mio prossimo viaggio negli States! Rock on!

"consistently good -excellent staff"
this is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel. It is consistent in service with every effort made to accomodate requests. The rooms are clean but the carpets are showing the effects of Wisconsin winters. The breakfast service is among the best of any comparable hotel we have ever stayed.
"Not worth the money"
The person at the front desk was very friendly upon arrival. When we walked into our room we were immediately greeted by a musty smell that did not go away. Because we were not spending much time in the room except to sleep we did not voice our concerns. At the end of the night when we returned to the musty smell we were ready to go to bed. The beds […] were horribly uncomfortable and each of the four people in the room were alotted one flat lumpy pillow that felt as if you didn't have a pillow at all. I would not recommend this hotel. "some outstanding some things awful"
good- excellent continenal breakfast, staff extremelely cooperative with requests-room maintentence needs work- air conditioner was on full blast- we were sweating and didn't sleep well,ok it was 2 humid nights but the next motel we stayed in didn't have this issue&it was just as sticky. "Hotel room not as stated online"
The reservation I made on line did not match what we received as far as accomodations; online reservation stated two queen beds and there was only one queen with a pull-out sofa. There was a terrible thunderstorm, we arrived late (12:30 p.m.) and the front door was locked with instructions to use side doors w/ your room key. Since we had not yet checked […] in, we had no room key but were fortunate that another person checking in opened the door for us. The power went out just after we got into our room but the staff was obviously not aware of what to do in such a situation; I had to ask, the next morining, at the front desk for another room key (card) since the power deacitvated the original.
