"Bad experience"
The hotel was poorly run. The restaurant was close to the main reception and there were children running riot without control. Complaining to the staff did not work and we were told there was not a manager available because they were both on holiday. No one was in charge. I shall be writing direct to Novotel. Nous voulions diner mais il y avait une telle cohue ,un groupe ,ou bus , manque de place ,et panique générale du personnel du restaurant,sommes allés voir ailleurs. Par contre point de vue réservation rien a dire ,rapide , tout confondu.

Hotellet burde bare hatt to stjerner. Gammelt og utslitt. Dårlig ventilasjon og en service som står til stryk. Styr utenom. Frokosten stenger veldig tidlig.

"Houconcourt, dichtbij amneville"
Een fijne kamer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooie tuin en zwembad.Het is geen nieuw hotel, maar wel schoon en groot genoeg voor 3 volwassene op de kamer. Verrassend rustig in verband met die snelweg! We hadden wel een kamer 'aan de goede kant'.Kinderen kunnen rustig in die tuin spelen. Ook E LeClerc aan de overkant is handig voor de maaltijden […] want het ontbijt is niet inbegrepen en naar ons idee te duur(€14 pp). Op je kamer heb je een koelkast en waterkoker, dus eten op je kamer gaat prima. Continua a leggere

"Prima hotel"
Prima hotel. Één nacht verbleven tijdens onze reis naar Zuid-Frankrijk. Ligt mooi landelijk en toch op een steenworp van de snelweg. Nadeel vonden wij dat het diner pas vanaf 19.00 uur was. Met kleine kinderen is dat echt wel laat.

hotel tres prope, acceuil chaleureux, chambre sympa un peu petite pour famille mais bon c'est que pour dormir . la restauration du soir est tres longue mis à part cela hotel est à recommander pour la proximite du zoo etc

hôtel très agréable, nous étions 4 dont deux enfants et la chambre était vraiment confortable. seul bémol, l'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver.

We traveled on a rental car. Because of that the distance to Metz (our main goal in the region) was not a problem. Our main criterion for choosing the hotel was to make sure that we do not need to worry about our 2.5 year old running under a car (you get enough of this stress in central European towns without suffering it in hotels as well). This goal […] was achieved. The hotel has a large yard without direct access to roads. The playground equipment was helpful also. The buffet breakfast was excellent in comparison to some other (more expensive) alternatives that we tried on our trip. The staff was helpful. The reception spoke good english. The restaurant staff did not, but that was not a problem for us. There is a large super/hyper market across the street. Also good for those traveling with children. "Prima hotel voor doorreis met familie"
Na lange reis vanuit het zuiden een prima hotel om op adem te komen, zeker voor families met (jonge) kinderen. Met zijn vieren op 1 kamer was goed te doen; geen stapelbed, maar echte bedden voor de kinderen. Geen geluidsoverlast, hoewel (zeer) dichtbij autosnelweg. Ontbijt zeer goed en uitgbreid, ook voor kinderen veel persoonlijke aandacht. Prima service […] bij ontbijt, maar ook bij de hotelbar, ondanks drukte. Grote tuin met speelatrributen om eventueel nog te spelen en leuk zwembad, niet gebruikt wegens weer. Utstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Niet gebruik gemaakt van het restaurant.
