ho preso una junior suite costosa....non sono soddisfatta ne della reception ( abbiamo dovuto attendere fino 16.30 x avere la camera senza un bicchiere di acqua)ne della camera( niente di speciale e televisore minuscolo e lontano dal letto).

Sicuramente ci si aspetta di più da un hotel 5 stelle e da un radisson ma la posizione e' eccezionale! Servizio buono. La nostra camera standard molto piccola ma pulita ed in buone condizioni. se si prende in considerazione il costo sembra non in linea con le camere , ma la posizione a mio parere vale metà del prezzo della camera.

La posizione è eccellente a due passi da Piccadilly C.e uno a Trafalgar S.. Mi hanno offerto di cambiare camera perchè mi ero lamentata del condizionatore troppo rumoroso, ma abbiamo scoperto che anche nelle altre stanze c'era lo stesso problema. Le pareti sono troppo sottili e il rumore degli altri condizionatori rimbomba anche nelle altre stanze anche […] se spento. Però nella nuova camera la vista era superba direttamente sulla piazza. L'arredamento è un pò datato ma nel complesso il servizio è buono, verso sera preparano la camera per la notte. C'è poco personale italiano. Ringrazio Barbara l'unica ragazza italiana, che l'hanno fatta venire dall'altro albergo della catena R. vicino al nostro. Comunque sono molto disponibili è attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Avevamo prenotato una stanza deluxe e ci hanno assegnato al nostro arrivo la n. 401.....fredda e rumorosissima. Hotel in ottima posizione a Leicester Square, a 5 minuti a piedi da Piccadilly Circus, ancora meno da Trafalgar Square e poco di più da Covent Garden ... il massimo della comodità ! Personale gentilissimo, camera confortevole e pulita (non eccessivamente grande, ma nemmeno troppo piccola). Consigliatissimo ! The hotel is 5-7 min from the National Portrait Gallery, National Art Gallery, St Martins in the Field church and several theaters & movie houses. There are numerous restaurants (some quite good) and China Town close by. The service at the hotel is excellent from the concierge, desk attendants to the restaurant and room service personal. Thought it would be loud on Leicester Square. Very quiet...slept soundly. Location cannot be beat the Piccadilly line takes you to most of the popular attractions and is straight shot to Heathrow.

We were traveling with 2 children and wanted a hotel with a suite so the kids would have their own rooms. The hotel was very accommodating and the room was big - especially by European standards. The room came with breakfast which was a great breakfast. The only negative is that Leicester Square is a wonderful location and quiet during the day but loud […] at night. There are two slow elevators for the building, and when one was down, the cleaning crew was using the other for servicing rooms as people were trying to check out at 10a.

The wonderful Bang & Olufsen TV in our room did not work. After following telephone instructions the TV was still not responding and the concierge kindly said he would send up a member of staff to take a look. The staff member did not appear and the TV remained dysfunctional. At checkout there was no offer of compensation. Very disappointed.

The room was not clean and was certainly not hoovered whilst we were there.The window cill was full of dust and the bathroom mirrors and the vertical surfaces around the vanity basin were dirty.The room is in urgent need of decoration.

The hotel is well located on Leicester sq, just a short walk from the tube. It was clean and presentable, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The business class room i stayed in was a little on the small side and the lighting could have been better. But overall I was happy with my stay.

Incredibly helpful staff who were more than willing to assist us with any and all questions about essentially the entire country. Great location with all kinds of shopping, entertainment and food well within walking distance and easily accessible via the Tube. I would absolutely stay here in a heartbeat if given another chance.

First time in London not knowing what to expect about the hotel and the location. We must say that from the very time we entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles and each hotel employee was eager to help us in any way. During hte check in process they ever gave us Lattes. Very nice!Afternoon Tea was included in our package and it truly gae us a […] taste of British life. Room were nice, although a little small. The television only had a few channels so I hope they upgrade that feature a bit. Some reviews complain about the noise in Leicster Square but it was not a factor in our trip at all. You could walk outside of the hotel and literally have anything you wanted. Food, shopping,etc. All the major London "must see's" were within a 10 minute walk. Excellent location for anyone who want to be close to theatre or shopping area. The hotel is clean and the staff was responsive and helpfull. our room was large and the bed huge. Dowside were that we had no cold water for a couple of hours in our room. This was fixed quickly.

Very convenient location in Leicester Square although difficult for taxi access because it's pedestrianised. The room was very comfortable, well appointed and nicely decorated but I found the lighting rather gloomy and the safety deposit box was located on a high unlit shelf in the wardrobe which wasn't accessible and I couldn't see the instructions […] well enough to be able to use it. I appreciate hotels are using low energy lighting now but it would be nice to have an option of brighter light for folk with less visual acuity. The WiFi signal in my room was too poor to use and the hotel failed to solve this. It wasn't too much of an issue for me but may have been for a business traveller. Although I was in a non-smoking room, the bathroom smelled of smoke and was unpleasant. It may have been coming through an air vent from the floor above but I found a cellophane wrapper on the dressing table that had not been cleaned away prior to my arrival and it looked suspiciously cigarette packet-shaped and I did wonder if a previous occupant had smoked in the bathroom. I didn't like the black plastic slatted "bath mat" provided in the bathroom; I would have preferred a clean towel-type mat that other feet hadn't been on. The lobby and restaurant staff couldn't have been more helpful and it was great to see soya milk provided at breakfast without having to ask for it. Continua a leggere

My only complaint is half-glass shower door that caused the shower to flood the floor, and I don't mean a little water. It took all the towels to dry it good enough to use the bathroom after. Undoubtedly the best location for a city break. The area is perfect for walking around and getting a real feel for the city. With Covent gardens and Regent street just around the corner, not to mention soho on ones doorstep, it couldnt have been better for us. Lovely cafes for breakfast abound and restaurants for every taste and budget. We had booked […] one double and one twin room. Unfortunately they had no twins left so they upgraded one of our rooms to a large double king and offered to put in another bed. This worked perfectly. The double room was a bit small, but the other was great. The thing we really liked was the uncomplicated and unfussy way in which they tried to make our stay better. No problem with late check out and free wifi of a good quality all over the hotel. Also easy access to the business centre for printing. Both our rooms were at the back and not at all noisy. Fantastic friendly staff, great hotel and location. The upside of being in Leicester Sq. is your so close to everything, you can sit outside in the bar area and people watch. Also very close to all the theatres. On the downside the neighbouring bars are very noisy and appear to be open till 4am. The service and hotel was very nice, but is in Keicester Square that is very lively but they clean it around 6AM therefore it s very noisy very early in the morning. Even thought the hitel and service is nice, it makes it uncomfortable to be waken up by cleaning machines early in the morning.

This hotel is blessed and cursed by the location. It is within walking distance (literally in the middle of everything) to all major shows and most London attractions, restaurants, pubs and even the HMV store. However, the crowds generate a LOT of noise. On top of that my room faced an alley that was used by hotel employees and restaurant employees […] as their smoking and break area. There were always people outside my window talking, laughing and banging about. This seems incredible that their own employees are a big part of the problem. This went on all day and most of the night. At six in the morning they start dumping trash and bottles from the night before into dumpsters in the alley so dont expect to be sleeping after six. I could hear all of this in spite of double glass windows and using earplugs. The room was so noisy I couldnt rest or get a nap during the day and at night a few hours at best. The room was also quite cold, and it seemed impossible to regulate the temperature. I feel bad giving this review when the staff always helped me with directions and good advice. However, if you cant get decent rest it doesnt matter how pretty the room, or how nice the staff at the desk were, you are simply worn out and tired and want to leave. This is an expensive hotel and should offer a much better overall experience. Continua a leggere

Nice hotel, great location. But the bed was fairly uncomfortable (hard) and the room was noisy (from outside, somewhat expected, also from doors slamming and from housekeeping in the morning). Service was great and the breakfasts were good. Short walk from the Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus tube stops.

Despite having written confirmation that my friend and I would have a twin room - in itself something that seemed to pose the hotel a great problem - on arrival we had been allocated a double. When I refused this we were told all that was available was a twin in the smoking section. We accepted this through necessity but the whole floor smelt of smoke […] and was most unpleasant. The TV in our room was in a cabinet on the left hand wall to the beds - meaning you had to look sideways the whole time to see the screen, a very basic lack of consideration. Our bin didn't get emptied and the splashback to the bathroom basin was crusted with limescale. The room felt generally shabby and was not what I would expect from a hotel claiming a 5 star rating and is not in line with my previous experiences of Radisson hotels. The only good thing about the hotel was the location, but frankly I feel the nearby Premier Inn would have offered a fresher environment and better value for money. Continua a leggere

I stayed overnight and had ordered a newspaper for the next morning. No paper turned up and I was charged £2.49 for a 90p paper. I did not realise I had not received this paper until I left the hotel. Not 100% customer service.

Ideal location for a stay in London, right in the heart of things for west end theatres. Within walking distance of Covent Garden, Soho, shopping and tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants, pubs and bars etc all around. Only drawback hotel restaurant very expensive for breakfast even by London standards, but lots of less expensive options nearby. […] This is a pity, as hotel lunch and dinner prices not too bad. would have liked to have had hotel restaurant breakfast but could not justify £23 per person for a breakfast, as menu although ok, was nothing out of the ordinary. I have never had such a small room in a 5* hotel. I sleep on the right hand side of the bed and had to sidle up the side of the bed between the bed and the table and chairs, no bedside table on that side, no room. A full length mirror you could not see yourself in as the table and chairs were in the way. I could only open one side of the wardrobe doors […] as the other hit the suitcase rack. There was supposed to be a hair dryer but I assume it was in the drawer with the broken off, missing handle, so 5*!!!!! Just as well it was only one night and I arrived quite late. It was very obvious from staff responses that I was not the first person to comment on the size of the room but they still seemed surprised I had actually raised it and even more so when I said I would never book into a Radisson hotel again. I am sure they are not all like that but first impressions do count. Breakfast was excellent, very attentive staff in a very attractive dining room although they did try to tell me I had not paid for breakfast in advance. That was quickly sorted out. May well be a Five Star Hotel however be aware that the "Standard Room" you ask for could end up being not much bigger than a broom cupboard! My wife and I spent 4 nights having to negotiate and agree when and where we would move in the room as the end of the bed was literally 1ft away from the wall.
