Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in quanto vicino allo stadio San Siro dove ero diretta. Il personale è stato sin dal primo momento tanto gentile e disponibile. La camera era grande e pulita con tv e mediaset premium, la colazione è inclusa a buffet, con cornetti confezionati ma di ottima marca, come tutto il resto delle cose per la colazione! ottimo il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati da loro al momento... Per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione: difronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus 69 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro, oppure alle spalle dell'hotel vi è la fermata del tram 14 che di ferma fuori al duomo! In generale quindi posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta di questa esperienza, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti e non mancherò di ritornarci io personalmente in future occasioni!

La stazione Centrale di Milano è monumentale, ricca di hall e sale in marmo, terrazze e pavimenti in mosaico. This is a quiet, medium size 3* hotel situated within view of the Central station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The desk staff are friendly, and know who the guests are. "Hotel Augustus-Rome"
Outstanding hotel, friendly and accomodating staff. Room was quite small, but this isn't unusual for Europe in general. Less than a mile from the Colessium and just down the hill from the Station Centrale and the Metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night in Milan. We were looking for a location that was nice and close to everything and accessible via subway. This hotel fit that bill! Its by no mean a fancy hotel but provided us with what we needed. It was clean and that is very important for me. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

"Hotel Augustus in Milan- very comfortable"
We wanted a convenient hotel for an overnight stay in Milan and chose the Augustus due to it's proximity to the station. When we arrived we were immediately upgraded to a superior room, which we found very comfortable, clean and quiet. We asked for a late check out and , for a modest fee, were permitted to stay until 5pm the next day, which was incredibly […] helpful as we had a late flight out of Milan. The staff even cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels on the check out day. The hotel is a few minutes easy walk with luggage to the main train station and the airports bus pick up and drop off point as well as right next to the metro station, and the area felt very safe and full of cafes and restaurants. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and have no hesitation recommending this hotel for short stays in Milan. This hotel is in a great location -- immediately adjacent to Milano Centrale rail station. Plus, it was convenient for city shopping and an easy walk ( about 30 mins ) to downtown. Small, boutique type hotel, but very nice indeed. Highly recommended.

Arrived from the central station, really easy to find. From the outside it didn't look too great but once inside it was charming and invitiing. We received first class service from all the staff we came accross and the bedroom was lovely we had a basement room with minibar, flat screen tv and a beautiful bathroom and along with the bedroom it was very […] clean. One thing I would say have your italian phrase book handy, not that the staff couldn't understand English just they appreciated you trying Italian!! "Nära till Milano Centrale"
Gammalmodigt rum, dock rent. Hård obekväm säng med ännu hårdare kudde. Ingen AC. Hotellets egen kvalitetsblankett frågade vad man tyckte om AC'n????? Funkar för en natt om man vill ha närhet till tåg, annars nej tack.

Hyvä hotelli, lähellä centralen rautatieasemaa. Ravintoloita ja baareja ihan vieressä. Metro-asema myös vieressä.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, sehr nahe am Bahnhof, U-Bahn. Die Zimmer, mit Mini-Balkon sind im Innenhof, also ruhige Nächte.

Et lite å hyggelig hotell som var behjelpelige til det meste. Det ligger ca 300m fra sentral stasjonen noe som gjør det til en veldig bra beliggenhet. Rundt 30min gange til duomo og handleområdene, men undergrunnen er rett utenfor. Masse spiseområder rundt, anbefaler Xien restaurant(buffet, men knall mat). An old charmed place, very near the central station (but without possible disagrement as noise,etc ...). The opera or theater posters that serve as a guideline for the design are a good excuse to have to come back to discover new ones. Nice address !

"Mau atendimento"
O recepcionista que nos atendeu na chegada não estava muito interessado em ajudar, mas nos ouviu e respondeu as perguntas. Informou entretanto que o serviço de onibus para o aeroporto começava às 4 da manhã e na verdade, começava às 6. Se eu tivesse seguido suas instruções teria perdido meu vôo. Informou errado. FAlo inglês. O rececionista da noite, […] foi grosso, mau educado, sequer nos olhava e como tentei usar a internet do hotel, e esta parou de funcionar, me devolveu o dinheiro com grosseria, sem sequer olhar na minha cara. como eu estava sem internet, e queria ficar outra noite acabei pagando o preço de balcão.. Mil vezes mais caro mas nem assim o tratamento melhorou... Na minha ultima noite , precisava estar no aeroporto de Linate ás 6 da manhã e não dormi de receio de não ser acordada. Continua a leggere
"Bom Hotel......precisa de melhores cuidados..."
Otima localização com lugares para comer em volta, ao lado da estação central de trens de Milão, ao lado do metro. Locadoras de carro. Hotel bonito com equipe boa. O unico problema era uma infiltração de agua no piso do banheiro que causava um mau cheiro no quarto......apesar da reclamação nada foi feito. Ar condicionado não funcionava.
