"Close to TCU"
The closest hotel to TCU, around the corner from the zoo, Colonial golf course. Many nearby restaurants and shops. Hotel seems like new, clean and well maintained, helpful staff, comfortable bed, quiet room.

We returned to our room in mid to late afternoon to rest and it had not been cleaned. They came in and did a quick clean while we we resting. Location good. Reasonable price. Friendly employees.

Very convenient to cultural venues. On a river with good running trail.
"Great Location"
This hotel is very close to the zoo, TCU, Colonial Country Club, and restaurants. Also convenient to walk or run along the Trinity River. They don't have many rooms with 2 beds, so were not able to give us one. Room was clean, but small.

This Courtyard is in the middle of everything - close to TCU - and very convenient. We have stayed here many times and are always satsified.

"TCU courtyard"
Hotel was close to campus and restaurants during our visit to see our daughter. They were able to let us check in early. Lobby is great and new. Room decor was updated but the rooms themselves needed work. Bathrooms were older but still clean. We'll stay again.

"The Courtyard Fort Worth South University"
The hotel was very conveniently located close to TCU which we were visiting. Free self parking was great!!! Downtown Fort Worth was just a 10 minutes drive. Overall it was a great deal.
"Our anniversary stay"
The staff made us feel very welcome with an unexpected surprise in honor of our anniversary. Fireworks from the nearby botanical garden concert were a big plus. We loved the pool and hot tub. A full moon for our swim was nice too. Great room and bed. Thanks to the staff for lending the flameless candles for romance. We enjoyed our morning walk on the […] riverside trail. "Great location, clean and friendly."
This hotel is nestled in the best spot. Minutes away from TCU and even more importantly, the Fort Worth Zoo. There's an IHOP, steakhouse and more within walking distance. Our daughter will be attending TCU and we plan to stay here as often as possible when we come to visit. Please lower the rate during dorm move-in week!
