Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 30 ago 2012Il soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato meraviglioso. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e stile. Al momento del check-in la stanza che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto al sistema elettrico e ci hanno sistemato in un'altra di livello superiore, senza maggiorazione di prezzo. il B&B è comodo per raggiundere la 16th strada dove ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti e al LoDo (Downtown). La colazione, oltre a cereali e pane tostato, varia ogni giorno con un proposta calda cucinata al momento. Un giorno c'erano dei deliziosi waffles con banane, fragole e mirtilli, il giorno dopo omelette con funghi. Tutti i prodotti sono rigorosamente bio, come anche lo shampo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo. La zona circostante è tranquilla e il B&B si affaccia su un giardino pubblico. Un bellissimo soggiorno!

L'hotel è situato a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto, le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite. Anche il bagno è abbastanza grande e pulito. La colazione continentale è esattamente uguale a quella di qualsiasi altro motel americano.In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi ha bisogno di restare a Denver per una o due notti.

"The horror..the horror...." as Colonel Kurtz would say. I was not expecting the Four Seasons but this place was an unmitigated dump! There were two fire alarms while I was there, one right before I got there. The food and service in the hotel was horrendous. The maids didn't come to clearn your room everyday. "Was looking for more"
Restaurant was closed for repairs, looks like they had a banquet there but were still in the process of removing it in the back lobby. Took them most of the night. Bar was serving full menu of the restaurant. We went out to eat. Difficult place to get into and out of as they are just off a clover leaf exit. Tried to take a bath but it wouldn't hold […] the water. Then was told that, as in most circumstances, they put a hold on your CC for incidentals. I had a water in the room. Fine I was charged for that then they also charged me for something and spoke with Guest relations. They were quick to take care of the issue. But overall, I do not think I would go back. Our stay was only one night, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was what I expected. The one good thing is that is has a great workout room. The bed was awful. Not sure if the remote wasn't working properly or not but the bed was very uncomfortable. The number didn't show on the remote, tried both going up and down, but it still was hard. You had to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times each time it was used. The TV had lines on most channels. […] The restaurant was closed, food from the lounge wasn't great. The soup was room temperature as was the mashed potatoes. The waitress seemed to go to other tables often, but didn't come back to us until we were almost finished eating. I had read good reviews about this hotel but was very disappointed. "a waste of money"
the bed was extremly uncomfortable. it was broke when we got there, and it took a day for them to look at and fix. the heater was so loud that you could'nt sleep. and nothing is free. most hotels offer some kind of breakfast. this place charges 10.99 for the same thing. evan the coffee was 2.00. if you asked any of the staff any questions or for service. "Late night arrivers beware"
Beware if you have a late flight! I booked this hotel solely searching for a hotel with a free airport shuttle which they do offer but not after 11:00pm unless you give them prior notice. The hotel is listed as an "airport" hotel but it was a 30 min + taxi ride from the airport. Since we got in after 11pm we of course had to cab it over which cost us […] $62 before tip. The manager was very helpful and did what she could to make the remainder of our stay comfortable. I would still say at this hotel again knowing what I know now granted my flight gets in BEFORE 11. Have used the hotel often and this is the first time there's been such a serious problem. The shower/tub had not handle to turn on the water. Maintenance did come quite quickly but once he turned on the shower, it couldn't be turned off as there was still no handle, needed plyers! Very very inconvenient. "Perfect for business"
Was originally put into room filled with cigarette smoke; when I complained, mgmt very quickly responded by putting me into another, upgraded room. Price and comfort combo is very handy for business travel. I might stay closer to city next time, but the hot tub and pool were great enticements.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Great Hotel for the price paid."
All hotel rooms should provide ventilation fans in bathrooms. This one did not and therefore caused me to reduce my overall score for comfort and condition. Restraurant seating was somewhat slow the first night. Food service was good. Ice machine was out of ice on our floor all three nights. Loved the bed - king sleep number mattress. "Good but small toilets"
They allow pets to stay for a one time 15 dollar fee. Much better than 25-30 every day. The toilet was too small and the shower drain was clogged. None of the vending machines worked except the 8th floors.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
