Ottimo hotel, collocato in una zona centrale ma tranquilla, la struttura è di grande fascino trattandosi di un edificio storico. La colazione un pò cara, ma molto ben fornita e soddisfaciente per qualsiasi esigenza. La camera molto calda ed accogliente, anche se non di grandi dimensioni. Hotel molto grande con corridoi lunghissimi, camere grandi, riservate, silenziose, pulite, accoglienti. Il personale, con qualche rara eccezione, oltre al tedesco parla solo inglese veloce e non facilmente comprensibile per chi ha nozioni solo scolastiche o poco più come nel nostro caso. Buono il collegamento con l'aeroporto (7 fermate di metro) ed il centro città (3 fermate con un cambio linea). Ottima ed abbondante la colazione e più che decente il centro fitness con piscina, sauna e bagno turco.

ottimo hotel nel complesso. le camere al piano terra sono "leggermentissimamente" rumorose ( ma io sono iper-sensibile:-) ) mentre la parte comune è veramente ok. ben posizionato e servito... non centralissimo ma a 5 minuti di metro con 1 cambio si è alla piazza principale.

Hotel che consiglierei a chiunque. Ubicazione a soltanto due fermate di tram dal centro storico. Ambienti molto grandi e confortevoli. Colazione a buffet abbondantissima e per tutti i gusti. Unico inconveniente la WI FI a prezzi stratosferici; abbiamo però ovviato a questo problema recandoci all'occorrenza alla catena Caffè Starbuck oppure al negozio […] della Apple (in ambedue i casi la connessione é gratuita). Siamo arrivati a Vienna sabato mattina presto e pensavamo di parcheggiare la macchina nelle vicinanze, il sabato e la domenica è possibile utilizzare il parcheggio esterno senza pagare nulla, il custodito si paga salato (25 euro al giorno). Alla reception c'è stata una bella accoglienza. Unico problema, le camere erano entrambi matrimoniali e non con […] letti singoli a meno che non avessimo accettato stanze fumatori. Poco male, il soggiorno è stato piacevole, letti e stanze pulitissimi. Niente prima colazione per risparmiare, una nostra scelta. Tornerei in questo albergo e lo consiglio a tutti. 25 minuti a piedi per arrivare al centro, se non si vuole camminare puoi prendere il tram 71 fino a karlplatz e poi la metro. Colazione non eccezionale e Cara. L'austria e' bella, Vienna e' all'ultimo posto. Sono andato per mangiare una sacher da Damel, che nelle guide e' ritenuta la migliore pasticceria, ma era finita!!?!!?

Hotel bellissimo a 3 fermate di tram dal centro di Vienna nel quartiere del Belvedere. Comodo per chi arriva in auto. Garage custodito un pò caro (€ 25 al giorno) però essenziale, la "polizei" a Vienna non perdona per divieto di sosta. Ho visto un'auto belga per 3 giorni di seguito con una nuova multa (€ 29). Da segnalare la comodità delle stanze, letto […] king size con 6 cuscini anche nelle standard e vasca con doccia, una rarità in Austria. La prima colazione era fantastica con 2 chef a disposizione per la cottura delle uova. Il personale è gentilissimo però nessuno parla italiano. Per noi è stato un soggiorno ottimo. Unica nota negativa il deposito cauzionale che ci hanno chiesto di € 50 a camera per le spese extra restituito regolarmente in check out. Continua a leggere

Albergo favoloso, colazione superba e personale estremamente cordiale. Delude,rispetto al resto, la stanza, ma soprattutto il bagno (sembra rifatto solo lo spazio per il lavandino). Una pecca è quella della pulizia giornaliera della camera, superficiale; gli accessori per il bagno vengono sostituiti su richiesta.

Albergo elegantissimo, molto confortevole, pulitissimo, vicinissimo alla metro, prezzi un po' alti per la colazione e la cena. Un solo commento negativo: la ricezione non rileva che il compenso dell'albergo sia stato già pagato ad Expedia, e lo addebita sulla carta di credito. Maggiore accortezza che la suddetta informazione sia RILEVABILE dall'albergo: […] se non avessi avuto l'sms di verifica addebito, non me ne sarei mai accorto. Only spent 1 night there, arriving in the late afternoon leaving before breakfast. However in the short time and at a quick glance the hotel looked lovely. The staff a reception were very friendly, the 3rd bed was brought up to the room within a few minutes. Spent a few minutes in the lobby waiting for friends and it did not take long for bar-staff […] to come asking if I would be wanting anything. Beds very comfy and the room very clean!!! My hotel room on the ground floor was very tired: chipped paint work, loose carpet. In-room movies and internet use are very expensive. There is no WiFi in rooms, only in the lobby. In contrast, many Viennese cafes have free WiFi. I doubt the 4-star rating. Service was very good. Initially, I came to visit my husband at a sister hotel to the Imperial Riding School which had been organised via his work as he was there on training. We had already pre-booked the Imperial Riding school prior to our visit as the pictures looked promising and the reviews weren't too damaging (we also had to take our budget into consideration). Upon […] arrival the reception staff were cold and made us feel as if we were bothering them from their work. The room which had been allocated to us was a twin room despite us booking a double. When we highlighted this to the reception staff they were a little unhelpful and stated that they were booked to full capacity. After some discussions about our booking they agreed to move us to a double room which looked over-all better. Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor and we were often kept awake by loud high heeled footsteps by other guests outside our room. Excellent hotel and great food especially the included breakfast. The room was nothing special and the movie package was expensive. The only complaint is that the bathroom shower was too low to shower comfortably without taking the hand shower off the wall. Staff very helpful and sent our mail for us. Reasonable hotel. Staff very freindly. Twenty minute walk from city centre but local trams get you there in five. Hotel could do with a little updating, a bit 1995 but served it's purpose. It's worth getting a package that includes breakfast as they charge €31.00 for full English. Over all, good value for money.

The staff were excellent, happy to help and they knew their stuff. The hotel exterior was nice but sadly the interior was shabby and there were stains on the wall and the TV didn't work properly - in addition the room that I received was no where near the quality of those in the photos. Also the view from my room was of a road and concrete wall. Absolutely excellent down to the last detail. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. We will definitely book this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna.

A lot more went into the lobby than the rooms - it was pretty, but did nothing to help me sleep. The shower had a tap and head that pulled away from the wall, exposing the wall to leakage. Also, a few really unnecessary fees, like for internet access. Sure, 14.95 might be a standard commercial rate, but I could go across the street for a beer I would […] have had anywhere and use their internet gratis. Policies like that actually cost the hotel some of my money. The beds were comfortable, and the location just away from main downtown gave it a more relaxed feel. Had a beautiful stay in Vienna , the weather was hot and sunny and the excellent hotel was an added bonus. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was lovelly, being able to sit in the garden and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Would definetly recommend to a friend .

Very helpful staff, spoke very good english much better than my german. Had a fitness centre where you could swim, have a sauna, massage etc. Food was excellent, location good for trams and access to city centre. Would return to hotel next time I am in Vienna.

The room was the largest in my 6 city tour of Europe. Clean , large, a/c worked well. Very helpful staff.No free WIFI , a surprise for such a nice hotel. Easy to get to. From the airport we arrived at the Landstrasse metro stop and caught a tram just outside the station. The tram stops about a block north of the hotel.Its an easy walk.

This is a very nice hotel, but it seems that NOTHING is included in your room price. Breakfast and wifi cost extra, and the hoops that you have to jump through to use the wifi are crazy. You only get 1 device logged on to the Internet at a time, whether it is wireless or hardwired. No wifi in the rooms. Breakfast was good, but too expensive.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, as we come to Vienna regularly to visit friends and family. We find it easy to get to, with a good regular service from the airport which means we can check-in an hour from landing. Staff are welcoming. Rooms are good size and clean.

Nice hotel in Vienna. Responsive staff, clean (although smaller then advertised) room and an extremely nice (included with room) breakfast buffet. The only true negative about the stay was the almost extortionist wi-fi rates ($20/night)! The hotel staff are very friendly and the food is extremely good. It is a little way out of the centre of Vienna, but there are good transport links and the distance is walkable! It is really near to the railway station - but around the corner on another road (we got lost!)
