They are still refurbishing the hotel. They gave us a room in front of the zone where they're still working. That means, dirt and noise. The should have given us another room or lower the price of our room. The room was cold, heater was not enough.

The hotel was in a great location. Room was clean.

Hotel was in a great location- walking distance to sights, shopping, restaurants, transportation. Staff was friendly and spoke english well. Room was clean and a decent size. Only issue was the bathroom tended to flood when we showered.

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are small so you might want to upgrade if you're claustorphobic. Bathrooms are also tiny but in excellent condition. Great little bakery a couple doors down for morning coffee and pastry.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a car park around the corner where you get 30% off for your ticket. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. Visited Strasbourg for first time with my girlfriend, who chose this hotel after searching online for a place that would fit our needs. Hotel Hannong had it all: convenient location, old world charm and character, friendly and helpful staff, good sized rooms at reasonable prices. We were glad that we went with a superior size room, because we had read […] about how small some of the standard rooms were. Our first night there, we asked at the front desk which restaurant they recommended for choucroute, an Alsatian specialty. They pointed us toward Ami Schutz,, and it was fantastic. Best sauerkraut ever. We were very happy with our stay, and we would readily recommend it especially to couples. Strasbourg, like Bourdeaux, is a very romantic place. Continua a leggere

A standard room was very small. I had two large suitcases and computer case and had to lift the suitcases over the bed to get to the biggest floor area. Couldn't open them and leave them open, had to put on bed, take what you needed and close it up. However, the French ambiance was certainly there and the location is perfect. If I stayed again I […] would ask for the upgraded sized room. Breakfast wasn't worth it. Sunday night was party night and the streets were very noisy with partiers. The hotel Hannong has 3 stars, and as far as hotels in Strasbourg go, the Hannong is relatively cheap, and basically you get what you pay for. The rooms are uncomfortably small and there are not much in the way of facilities. However, for one night, I didn't much care. What was a real hassle was finding the place. The Hannong is located in downtown […] Strasbourg, somewhere on the edge of one of Strasbourg's many pedestrian areas. Getting to this hotel was a nightmare. The GPS was useless! It led me to straight into one of those pedestrian areas. I had to get out and buy an old fashioned map. This said, many of Strasbourg's downtown hotels are equally difficult to find. If you are driving to Strasbourg, and you want a hotel that is in downtown, but a little easier to find, try the Sofitel or the Mercure. These are a little bit easier to access. Continua a leggere

Hotel bien situé, proche des restaurants, commerces et gare. Hotel calme et personnel agréable et poli. Seul bémol, pour une chambre supérieure, j'aurais apprécié ne pas avoir notre chambre donnant sur la rue (un peu bruyante par moment), sachant que j'avais demandé une chambre au calme. Très bien situé entre la gare et la place Kléber. Chambre calme. Personnel extrêmement aimable. Petit déjeuner buffet avec produits régionaux de grande qualité.

bon hotel bien situé dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de tapis dans la bainoire, tres bon petit déjeuner mais un peu cher mais séjour satisfaisant a recommander

I could hear sound from next room. Except that, perfect!

L'agréable surprise de se voir attribuer la plus belle chambre de l'hôtel sans supplément. Agréable terrasse. Petit déjeuner agréable.

Perfecte ligging in het centrum van Strasbourg, vlak bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden (kathedraal, Petite France, etc). Modern hotel, kamers zijn vrij klein maar verder wel in orde. Ontbijt was te duur, dus hebben we iets verderop in de straat ontbijt gegeten.

Cet hotel que nous avons trove sur Internet , est un excellent choix pour visiteurs. L'emplacement est idéal, a deux pas de tous les sites touristiques. L,hôtel lui même est joli, et les chambres bien faites. Le petit déjeuner est formidable, servi dans un joli salon. The Hannong proved to be a good value. Reasonable price, great location with wireless internet.

Men vi spiste ikke mad der og kender derfor ikke kvaliteten. Der er INGEN parkering. Så kommer I i bil bliver det en del dyrere og mere besværligt. Der findes nu parkeringshus i nærheden, OK men dyrt.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral und ist perfekt, wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte. Der Nachteil sind natürlich die fehlenden bezahlbaren Parkmöglichkeiten. Man kann in den nächstgelegenen Parkhäusern parken und bekommt 30% Rabatt. Frühstück ist teuer, aber die Qualität des Frühstücks ist es wert. Ansonsten sehr nettes Personal, gehobener Standard.

Das Hotel Hannong liegt miiten in Straßbourg. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es neben an im parkhaus. DAs Hotel gibt 30 % Rabatt auf die parkgebühr! Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und sauber, das Standartzimmer ist leider recht klein! Das Frühstück kostet extra, ist ganz ok, würde aber für das Geld in einem netten Café in der Stadt meinen Cappucino trinken, […] ... Continua a leggere

Very nice hotel, with a very good location. We didn't try the breakfast, as we thought it was a bit to expansive. But right next to the hotel was a very nice food-shop, so no problem. There was one or two groups of young students, but they could only be heard one evening. We would definitely come back to this hotel again.

La douche est isolée de la chambre par un pare-douche seulement. Il est possible de tirer un rideau sur ce pare-douche quand vous êtes dans la chambre...jamais vu une installation aussi bizarre. La chambre de deux était très petite. Le personnel d'accueil était poli mais pas du tout convivial/

Il y avait des poiles dans le lit et l'espace dans la chambre etait restrain

Innenhofzimmer etwas laut durch Lueftung aber sonst ruhig und für Standardzimmer ausreichend Platz Sauberes Zimmer mit allem was Noetig ist sehr schoenes Hotel in bester Lage

Et koselig hotell, gunstig beliggende i forhold til gågate, handlegate, katedral og tram (bybane). Våre fordommer mot fansk personale som ikke snakker engelsk ble grundig tilbakevist! Utrolig god servici i resepsjonen, vi ble vist til en kjempekoselig restaurant like ved "Petit France", samt at alle våre spørsmål ble besvart og fulgt opp med stor profesjonalitet! […] Litt dyr frokost, skal man bo her over en periode kan det anbefales å ta frokosten på en cafe i stedet for!
