Hotel was fine. Was overpriced for what you got.

I pay too much for room, room was not on riverside even in the middle of the week. The receptionist says everyone wants riverside. I have nothing left. The room when I walk in smell urine. Very comfortable and classy room. Staff was very helpful and nice. I liked how convenient it was to the Rivermarket district.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was however a little bit outdated compared with other doubletree hotels. The location is perfect, in the center. However, you have to pay for parking.

Hotel is very clean with easy access to the downtown attractions. Parking is 9 dollars per night in the parking garage below the hotel. Hotels.com says it has free parking but it is really $9. The service was good and the restaurant in the hotel served a beautiful breakfast for a decent price. They also have continental breakfast, but that was not included […] with my room. My room had a door that went out to the outdoor pool area. I'm sure there are rooms without that if having an exterior door bothers you. As always at the double tree we were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in. This hotel is showing it's age a bit, but it is still very comfortable and clean. rooms are to little

It seems like it takes forever to check in. But once you get checked in everything else goes very smoothly. I never seem to have any problems because I have always used Hotels.com to make my reservation. But it seems like other people have problems with their reservation everytime I go. Thank you Hotels.com for the ease of my check ins.

Hotel is okay, there was makeup on my headboard when I entered into my hotel room. The beds were comfortable. The price of the room was a little pricey considering that breakfast and parking of $9 per day was not included in the costs. Stayed for two days, hotel housekeeping did not do a great job re-cleaning the room from my first night to my second […] night. I had to ask for new towels and they didn't restock the room with all of the complimentary toiletries. This Hotel was located right where we could access all of what we were the to do! Clean and nice!

The front desk employees were the most pleasant I've encountered in a long time. They greeted us with smiles and were most helpful in helping us to sign on with their WiFi (not very good at that) and most pleasant when inquirying about shuttle service to the convention center. One night stay on business. The staff was excellent, the room very nice, a surprise to find bar and restaurant in the hotel. Close to local entertainment. Overall a great experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was easy and simple. They were very helpful.--- The only thing I had a problem with was the fact the information piece read "complimentary parking." Needs valet service. The current parking situation is cumbersome. TV stations did not correspond to the listing card provided in the room.

In a perfect location. Not too close to the restaurants and sites, but close enough to walk to them. I knew it would be a great place when I walked in the lobby. Not the Peabody, but beautiful and elegant. After my easy check-in, I was offered a warm and fresh chocolate chip cookie, my favorite, from the front desk! Asked for a room with a view and […] was given an awesome room overlooking the Arkansas River and NLR. Simple room, but very clean with all the amenities I needed. Parking was very convenient, though there is nominal charge per night (less than $10). Behind the hotel is a riverwalk that runs at least to the Clinton Library. We stayed for two nights at this hotel and asked to make some changes to our rooms at the last minute. They were extremely flexible and even upgraded us to a suite with breakfast included. At breakfast they even helped us with to-go boxes so we could easily take it back to our room. They were always friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It is clear that the hotel is older and is in much need of updating and improvements. For the price, I expected a little more. The hotel parking underground and fee, (although the hotel validated it) should be made aware to the guest before arrival. My overall stay was just ok. I will most likely try another hotel next time.

I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very pleasant and staff very nice and helpful. We took full advantage of the courtesy car as we had several appointments downtown and didn't want to hassle with the car. I only rated the comfort of the room down from 5 because of the air conditioner which was noisy- but that often happens in hotels with individual unitsl

Very nice hotel situated between the convention center and the party distrtict. This is a family friendly, safe environment. Lots of dining and live music venues just down the street - so plan to have a fun night out! My only complaint is that our room had double beds instead of queen beds.

We were there four nights and our only complaint was on Saturday night when there was a flood somewhere in the hotel that set off the fire alarms. This was around midnight and while the flood was not on our floor, the alarm sounded on and off until about 3AM. This disabled the hotel computer system and some people had to be escorted to their rooms as […] the keys did not work. This was unfortunate but not really the managements problem, as far as we know anyway. We had to sign a paper with our address, etc., when we checked out on Monday because the computers were inoperable. The wifi was free, which I think all hotels should provide complementary. Excellent service, room ...everything.. My daughter left her ipod on the counter and it was STILL THERE after several hours. --the receptionist was super busy but she managed to hang on to it for us. And the cookies were amazing!

First, a bit of honesty. My reason for staying here was to attend a conference at the Peabody. I felt that I could walk a block and save some serious dollars -- and it was a good decision. Some of the negative reviews of the DT had me concerned, but it always seems there are some folks who cannot be satisfied. I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally […] friendly and courteous. They opened doors, held elevators, and were very helpful. My room was small, but I was travelling alone and it was therefore adequate. The bathroom was small and required the door to be closed in order to get enough room to manuver. The only real complaint I have is that the AC constantly kicked off and on. It was loud and bothersome and required a corresponding change in the TV volume with each cycle. The breakfast and lunch buffet was good. I would have liked the bacon cooked a bit crisper, but overall it was a good meal. The lunch buffet was also good and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely stay there again. I was impressed from check-in to check-out. Everyone was very nice and took care of everything in a very nice manner. I stayed in another hotel, during this trip, and it did not come close to the quality of your hotel. Thank you for a pleasurable stay!

I recently staid at the Double Tree. It was one of the best hotels in the Little Rock Area. I would say that it is better then the Peabody Hotel lots nicer.

Food was good, and the service from all -front desk, bellhop, maid was excellent!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and they are consistent. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very good. The rooms are always clean and you are within walking distance of many downtown restraunts. The only negative is the room size, if you want a big room this is not the place, but for the business traveler, it fine for me.

We pulled in late at night with sleeping children. They did not have valet service or even a bell hop to help with luggage. The parking garage isn't affiliated with the hotel. You would think they would inform you that your parking pass needs to be stamped in order to get out without being charged again. Instead, the front desk simply informed us of […] our parking charges upon check out without ever offering to stamp the ticket. Needless, to say we had to return to the hotel before we could exit the garage. The food was the worst part. We ordered a salad that had enough dressing for 20 salads. The chicken sandwich and pasta were also awful. For $50, we could only drink the two bottled beverages and eat the rolls....everything else was terrible. Continua a leggere

This is a beautiful hotel from the outside. However, the rooms are dated and do not have the comfort of modern day hotel rooms of this class. The rooms have the basic bed, desk, dresser, nightstands and desk chair. There are no easy chairs or sofa's for guests. The bathrooms are dated with small tubs. During my stay, I was put on the 5th floor - an […] ok room for the price from Hotels.com. However, the second night was prom night and the hotel was flooded with underage high school students in all forms of nudity, drunk and loud. The hotel staff moved us to the 14th floor with a private balcony. The room has an awesome view of the city and river. However, for the top floor, the Concerage level, the furniture was the same - very basic and no chairs to relax in. Very disappointing. I didn't get a smoking room as promised when I made my reservation, but the room was comfortable and clean. Also, the hotel is walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and other sights in Little Rock's River Market. Overall, it was a good visit. I would stay again.
