Golden Tulip Mirage Hotel Firenze

La TV non si accendeva, ho chiesto un cambio batterie al telecomando, mi hanno mandato un dipendente il quale l'ha fatta funzionare ma dopo poco si è di nuovo rotta. La luce del bagno è rimasta accesa tutta la notte perchè non sono riuscita a trovare l'interruttore e in camera c'era un caldo secco pazzesco!

Ho scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza al luogo presso cui dovevo recarmi, non lo consiglierei a chi è interessato a visitare il centro di Firenze. Il servizio e la pulizia sono buoni, lo stato di manutenzione delle stanze lascia invece un po' a desiderare: prese elettriche guaste, scrivania vecchia e usurata, materassi sfondati, vecchia TV a tubo […] catodico, frigobar fornito solo di acqua... Tutto ciò non è adeguato ad un hotel 4 stelle. Continua a leggere

I've used this hotel on several occasions to put me in close proximity to the airport for early morning departures from Florence. I had a meal there for the first time on a recent trip and found the quality of the service and food to be quite acceptable. I'll book there again.

Listed as Airport Hotel but not convenient to Airport. 15 Euro cab ride each way. Also right next to the train tracks and there were lost of trains up to midnight. After that it was quiet. Adequate and clean and certsinly up to US business class standards, just not convenient to Airport.

Staff was very helpful, accomodating, and pleasant. Location is a mixed residential and business. The only attribute is the closeness to the airport, 5 minutes away. Room was large for European Standards, no water pressure in shower, though. Hotel was chosen primarily for its closeness to airport. It's close to the airport, but a dark, dreary, dirty place with uncomfortable mattresses. Also, the wireless internet does not reach into the guest rooms, so you have to sit in the lobby to use it. The staff was perfectly nice and competent, though, and they refunded the internet fee without argument.

It is a fine hotel if you need convenience to the Florence airport. Respectable and comfortable. Dinner at the hotel restorante was surprisingly good. The desk was quIte helpful with directions and gracious. We arrived in the evening after a long flight and were anxious to take a break before dealing with the next stage in our trip, and the Golden Tulip […] was the right choice. Continua a leggere

For the price one can get a hotel closer to the train station, which is near to all the touristy places in florence. The hotel is not bad it's just a hassel to get anywhere from there and the buses in florence is quite expensive.

breakfest was very poor, the suff was great and helped us. there is a bus station next to the hotel going to florence cost 2.2 euro each direction (can buy the tickets in the hotel).

The hotel is under renovations so some rooms are upgraded while others like mine had no english speaking TV Dining room is fair at best -- too many very large groups Good place to stay overnight waiting for an early morning plane.

This is old hotel. Its room looked old and not very clean but the value is good along with free breakfast.

We chose this hotel for an overnight to make it to the airport early and were well pleased. The only downer was the restaurant on that evening because they seemed to be out of many ordinary things - likely due to preparing set meals for two tour groups staying there. The staff are very nice, rooms are clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, it had a big dip in the middle which is signs of being old, the free breakfast buffet was good, coffee, fruits, breads etc. Nice restaurant nearby, supermarket nearby but not much else, would probably not stay here again unless it was just an overnight stop. The hotel is situated close to the airport and 15 minutes by bus to the centre of Florence. The bus stop is located just 30 m. outside of the hotel. Buses run every 10 minutes. We left our car on the free parking outside of the hotel in order to avoid the hustle with parking in the centre. The service was very good and we had a room with a balcony and […] a nice view. The rooms were clean but the furniture was from the 80's. The big disadvantage was the tasteless breakfast and horrible coffee from an automat that was just impossible to drink! I recommend the hotel as priceworthy, with great connection to the centre of Florence and friendly personnel. Continua a leggere

Vi kom sent til lufthavnen og skulle videre med lejet bil næste dag så fint transit hotel

J'ai été sincèrement refroidie par les commentaires précédents sur d'autres sites. Je l'ai choisi uniquement car il a un parking. L’hôtel est plutôt destiné aux groupes touristiques. L'accueil est correct, le petit déjeuner correct... Le wifi inexistant dans les chambres. Point positif: il est visiblement en travaux de réaménagement. heel oud hotel, niet wat je van een golden tulip verwacht.

Hôtel correct mais mieux vaut être prévenu lorsqu'on vous attribue une chambre avec des fenêtres occultantes, mieux vaut ne pas être claustrophobe. Petit déjeuné correct et personnel très disponible.

Dette hotellet er helt OK når du skal bo nærmt flyplassen. Litt kaotiske tilstander i hotellets restaurant, pga underbemanning. Ingenting å se rundt hotellet, men fullt muligt å ta en taxi ned til sentrum.

Βολική τοποθεσία , εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο με τη δημόσια συγκοινωνία (η στάση του λεωφορείου ακριβώς μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο). Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, ελεύθερο parking,εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Αρνητικό του ξενοδοχείου, ότι χρεώνει το internet ακόμη και στο lobby.

Das Golden Tulip Mirage Florence kann man empfehlen. Mit dem öffentlichen Bus von Bahnhof Florenz ca. in 20 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Busshaltestelle ist vor dem Hotel.

We travel a lot and this was our worst hotel experience ever. The hotel was shabby, the rooms old-fashioned and run down and the whole hotel smelled really really bad of shit. Think it came from the aircondition. The refrigerator did not work. Hotel staff seemed indifferent to our compliants.

Pænt og velbeliggende hotel, tæt udfaldsvej fra Firenze med nem adgang til lufthavn. Rummelige værelser, men værelsesstil lidt gammeldags og slidt. Hotellet har egen parkeringsplads, service er god og venlig og morgenmadsbuffet'en er overdådig

Hotellet är okej för ett 2 stjärnigt men för att få 4 stjärnor borde det vara betydligt bättre. Sängarna var under all kritik, det var som att sova direkt på stålfjädrar med ett lakan mellan. Kändes som om hotellet skulle läggas ner.

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldim. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardimseverdi.Oda gayet temiz ve genisti. Otel sehir merkezine uzak ancak otel önünden otobüs ulasimi cok rahat. Tek olumsuz yani internet pahaliydi.

Un hôtel idéal si on veut profiter de Florence sans s'encombrer de sa voiture puisque le parking est gratuit et que des bus amenant en centre-ville passent juste à côté. La qualité de l'accueil est très bonne et les chambres très correctes.

L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre de Florence, mais l'accueil est "sympa", le personnel est disponible, les chambres sont propres et le service du restaurant est aussi très bien.
