"Good location"
We stayed in Dusseldorf for two nights before Christmas. The hotel is in a good location for the shops and restaurants. The room was fine, a little on the small side, but clean and comfortable given that we didn't stay in it much. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. "Mercure Hotel - fab breakfast"
I travelled to Dusseldorf with a group of 24 people. Everyone of the group were very impressed with the hotel. The reception staff were very efficient and courteous. The hotel is spotless and rooms are comfortable albeit a bit on the small side and the bedroms were extremely hot and air con did not seem very effective. The breakfast was outstanding, […] with freshly made omlettes, waffles and crepes made to order. The bar is a little on the pricey side in comparrison to bars in the altstadt, with a lovely outdoor seating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it. The whole experience of the days spent in the Mercure hotel I found near on perfection.... good quality hotel, service, location. Could not have asked for more.

This is a very good hotel and recommend it. The price is right for this hotel otherwise i wouldn't have book it. Staff was great and their english was very good. Close to train station and walking distant to shopping city. I would stay there again.

A pleasant Hotel. Very well run. Clean and comfortable. I was on a business trip but also wanted access to city centre. This hotel was ideal for both. The hotel is very close to the underground with a direct link to the Airport.

"Mercure Hotel Dusseldorf - Cost effec tive..."
The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. 10 mins from the train station and 15 mins walk to the old town and marina. The Bar in the hotel was a perfect way to end our evening as it was quiet and a perfect for winding down a day of sight seeing and shopping. In the morning it was a wounderful surprise to find that the breakfast was a MASSIVE […] choice of anything you would and could eat, there was even a cooking station where staff would make waffles, crepes or omelettes to order. The shower room was a little tiny and when showering the water would be a little unpredictable however nothing that would stop me staying at this hotel or looking at others in this chain again. "Trevligt, men små rum och dyra kringtjänster"
Helt okej läge, trevlig personal och rent och snyggt. Men rummen var otroligt små, och det var dyrt att köpa till både frukost och internet.

"Centralt beliggende i Düsseldorf"
Hotellet ligger 5 min. gang fra hovedbanen. Værelse var meget lille. morgenmad var alt for dyrt.
Hotellet var helt greit. Rent og helt grei standard på rommene. Vi syntes det som trakk ned var at forkosten var veldig god men svært dyr. Det var ikke noe spesielt med hotellet men et helt greit hotell for en rimelig penge.

"Sentralt i Düsseldorf"
Fint hotel med fin beliggenhet. Varmt på rommet, aircondition var avslått for året(November). Med vinduet på vidt gap gikk det bra. Fikk tilbud om å bytte rom. Lettvinn parkering.
"Betaling"
Fint opphold. Enerste problemet var at rommet var forhåndsbetalt via hotels.com, men likevel belastet hotellet kortet mitt. Det vil si hotellrommet ble belastet to ganger på samme kort. Tror det fikser seg etter at jeg tok kontakt.

Nice hotel with parking garage at an ok rate. Clean nice rooms, friendly staff. Close walk to the city centre. Loved the old-town bars. Overall a pleasant stop on our road-trip trough europe. Would recommend it!

Olen vieraillut monia kertoja ko hotellissa. Sijainniltaan erinomainen. Lyhyt matja Königsalleelle ja Shadowstrasselle, vanhaankaupunkiin, Media Marktiin ja TV-tornille. Lähellä rautatieasemaa, lentokentälle 10 km. Hotelli on uudistunut merkittävästi vaikka rakennus on vanha. Aamiaisella voi tilata munlikkaan, vohveleita ja "lättyjä". Hotellet har ypperlig beliggenhet med gåavstand til både shopping og sightseeing. Flott standard og stort rom. Meget bra frokostbuffet. Hotellet har egen bar/restaurant med uteservering som er et veldig pluss i finværet! Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste.

Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und sauber, wenn auch etwas langweilig eingerichtet. Kein Designhotel, aber sauber. Leider stand beim Nachbarzimmer ein Teller mehr als 15 Stunden vor der Tür, was auf unaufmerksamen Service schliesen lässt. Aber alles war sauber und angenehm. Das Frühstückbuffet war SPITZE!

Trevligt hotell av medelgod standard med bra läge - gågnavstånd till tågstation och centrum. Trevlig personal. Bra och fräsch frukostbuffe. rummen någto för varma, ingen större effekt av luftkonditioneringen. Mycket prisvärt.

Hotellet var mycket bra, små men frächa rum, rent och snyggt i duchen. minus med helteckningsmatta på rummet och i korridorer. Otrolig fin frukost, där fanns allt t o m våfflor och pannkakor. Läget på hotellet var bra, promenadavstånd till tågstationen och city. Kommer jag tillbaka till Dusseldorf blir det samma hotell.

"Relativ zentrale Lage nähe HBF/City"
Alles prima, unser Zimmer hätte nur eine Renovierung oder zumindest ein bißchen neue Farbe hier und da nötig gehabt. Aber sonst alles sauber und gut. Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich.
nur problem mit handtuecher - 1 mit loch anderes sehr schmutzig wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht

The best with the hotel was its location only. Condition did not work at all. Very hot in the room. Unbelievably expensive breakfasts and mini bar. Mediocre cleaning. Very high price for such services.

Всё понравилось! завтрак отличный, номера уютные и чистые, к центру и к вокзалу близко!а для такой цены- так вообще здорово!!!Очень рекомендую!
