Excellent location for both Paris and Versailles, Metro and RER 3 mins walk, staff very helpful, hotel clean, beds comfortable. OK rooms a little small but this is central Paris.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel West End for 3 days / 2 nights 4/5 - 4/7 and had a fabulous visit! We booked a Standard room and opted for the non refundable reduced rate. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were all multiple-lingual which was a real plus for us being first time visitors to Paris. The hotel is on a very quiet, […] upscale street, only a couple of blocks off the Champs-Élysées where we found restaurants, theaters and shopping. Cafes, markets and boutiques are found on all adjacent streets. It's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumoh, and cabs and busses are easily accessible to other sights. We could not have made a better choice in hotel , AND a true highlight was the UNEXPECTED view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony! Very slow and complicated wifi.

Really enjoyed our stay in the West End. Great location, although we found that the closest metro station was Alma Marceau, under 5 mins walk away. Lovely quiet location, good restaurants nearby, copious amounts of fresh food for breakfast and very helpful, pleasant staff. The only negative for me was that they didn't supply bottled water free to guests, […] I would have expected this to be complimentary, instead of charging 5euro per bottle from the mini bar! This hotel was fabulous, small, intimate, very nice helpful staff. They spoke English and French. Very accomodating, easy to metro, great location near Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. Nice breakfast every am. Good local restaurants nearby, ask staff. Rooms small but clean and quaint. Nice reception area

Nice quaint hotel. No complaints. GREAT location, walking distance to about everything. The hotel does not offer many amenities, but for us it was perfect. The wifi worked great, breakfast was included and easy, the neighborhood quiet, but surrounded by great eating. 10 minute walk to Eiffel tower, 5 minutes to Champs Elysees...

The hotel staff were all excellent and most friendly. Well situated and clean, but the superior room was still rather small. Enjoyable continental breakfast but insufficent space between tables and only capacity for around 25 guests at one time. In a hotel with 40+ rooms that's not enough as we found one morning out of the three we were there.

Hotel is convenient 3 blocks walk from Franklin Roosevelt metro stop, located on a quiet street with various restaurant selections within 2-3 blocks. Location is great and the neighborhood definitely safe/upper class. Room was comfortable, albeit on the small side for a standard room, but to be expected for central Paris. 2 big positivies: Location […] is perfect. Breakfast selection is good, and they encourage you to have it in your room (no extra cost). You do have to pay extra for an omelette or certain hot items, but the basic fare is usually sufficient. 3 negatives: Room service food is poor, both in quality and selection. But if you are only blocks away, it's easier to venture out. When we opened the windows, we had white paint all over our hands as they had painted heavily within the prior couple weeks. Wet bar/cocktails are limited/low quality - bring your own bottle of wine and opener back to the room instead. All in all, still a favorable stay. Continua a leggere

My family was truly satisfied with the hotel. We could not have been treated nicer. The hotel is ideally located so that you can walk all over Paris and not be inconvienced. Would recommend and have recommended this hotel to family and friends. Thank you West End Hotel for a great Parisian experience.

My wife and I loved this hotel. The room was a little small but perfect for us. We love the quaintness of the hotel and our room. Very romantic! Not much of a view but it was quite.

The West End hotel was a wonderful little hotel right in between The Champs Elysees and the Seine. The service was outstanding, the breakfast was good but a bit pricey. There were excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

What a great little Hotel. The staff is helpful, friendly, and just excellent. The Hotel is located blocks away from the Champs d'Elise & walking distance to the Arc De Triomphe, the Louvre, shopping & subway. It is an older hotel so the rooms are small. Quaint and cozy hotel. Staff was helpful. This hotel is close to Champs Elysses if you need to do your shopping. Also, I would recommend upgrading to one of the larger rooms. The standard room is a bit small. Bathroom was adequate however the toilet is so close to the shower that the floor gets wet. Elevator is small too. the only thing that I would say, is to bring ear plugs if you intend to open the windows at night (which we did since the air wasn't on), so as to not hear all the noises outside on the street. Everything else was great!

We were extremely happy with the location of the hotel. Close to Champs Elysees and Christmas Markets, close to great shopping and local grocery and bottle shops. The reception staff and breakfast staff were very friendly - we enjoyed our stay immensley.

I recently spent 4 nights at the West End Hotel in Paris with my wife and I was extremely pleased with the hotel. The hotel is in a great location (right around the corner form the Plaza Athenee and George V hotels in a very good neighborhodd) and you can walk to several of the major Paris attractions. I had a deluxe room and the room was very large […] by European standards with a very large/modern bathroom. I have stayed at the best hotels all over the world and this hotel was a great value by Paris standards. There were several great restaurants within walking distance. It was a great location. We were between the Effiel Tower and the Arc. I thought that the hotel was small and a little odd but then I realized that a lot of these hotels are located in old buildings so not much can be changed. It was a little expensive to stay there but the staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. Surprising features: Fluent staff (a true english tourist hotel), breakfast included in parlor or in room (no extra charge), very comfortable bed, hot shower, balconies galore. Disappointing features: Internet Charge (equivalent a nice dinner per day), Air Conditioning doesn't cool room, and no english […] speaking tv channels. I spent a week at this hotel on a recent business trip. Although the room was somewhat smaller than other hotels I have stayed at in Paris for around the same price, it was clean, had a balcony, and had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The bathroom was beautiful and huge, made the small room a bit more tolerable. The hotel was close to the Champs […] Elysees and not far from two metro stops. There was a MonoPrix nearby to buy whatever, including wine and food, and a FNAC store adjacent for the cables I forgot to bring. The WIFI was payable by the hour,but, unlike many systems in France, you could use a logout option to only use the service for the exact amount of minutes needed. A great money saver. We took my mum to Paris for her 60th Birthday and wanted somewhere central and really nice. I chose this hotel becasue of the reviews by previosu guests on hotels.com and I was not disappointed. Muy bien localizado, muy buen servicio, gran habitación, muy limpio y agradable.

Kjempe bra hotell, litt kjedelig frokost men man får bestil det man vil som egg og bacon med tillegg i prisen. Men jeg var veldig fornøyd med hotelpersonale som hjal oss med å skaffe biletter til Eiffeltårnet å Molin Rouge. Kan absolut anbefales

Koselig hotel med nær beliggenhet til det meste i Paris.Hyggelig betjening. Flott rom (executive)-rent Anbefales

J'ai séjourné une nuit en chambre deluxe avec mon épouse dans cet hôtel situé à deux pas des Champs Elysées et de l'Avenue Montaigne. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et très tranquille. Bien qu'étant logés tout à côté de l'ascenseur, nous avons passé une nuit très reposante (autant dire que les chambres sont très bien insonorisées). Côté literie, […] le matelas sur lequel nous avons dormi (bien que petit par rapport à la taille de la chambre : 160 cm de large) était lui aussi très confortable. Petits plus : l'accès au réseau wifi est offert, en outre une station d'accueil posée sur la table de nuit vous permet de recharger votre iPhone tout en écoutant votre musique. La salle de bains était vraiment très grande et très bien équipée : double vasque, nombreux placards permettant de stocker votre nécessaire de toilette (ce qui est rarement le cas, même dans les hôtels 5 étoiles), douche, baignoire, etc... Notre chambre offrait des toilettes séparées, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Un petit bémol à formuler concernant la décoration : même si celle-ci a incontestablement été choisie avec soin, on a l'impression que les tapisseries datent un peu et l'ensemble gagnerait sans doute à être rafraîchi. Le mini-bar et le coffre sont dans la même veine : il s'agit de matériel qui donne l'air d'être très vieux. Heureusement il suffit de fermer les portes des placards à vêtements pour ne plus les voir. Mais dans l'ensemble, la chambre (même richement décorée) dégageait un sentiment d'austérité et de "raideur". Dernier point, même s'il n'a rien d'exceptionnel, le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct : les viennoiseries sont même très bonnes (ce qui est plutôt honorable pour un repas qui est, rappelons-le, offert). シャンジェリジェ通りに近く観光には非常に便利です。 ホテルはこぢんまりとしていますが、掃除が行き届き清潔なホテルでした。 ビュフェ形式の朝食も、他の店で食べることを思えば、お値うちです。

Hyvä hotelli lähellä Champs Elysee'tä. Erinomainen ja ystävällinen palvelu. Halvimmat hotellihuoneet pieniä, sängyt kapeita ja äänieristyksessä toivomisen varaa. Hotellin kannattaisi uusia huoneiden lattiat, koska lattialankut narisevat ikävästi.

Ett mycket trtevligt och snyggt hotel med ett perfekt läge vid en lugn gata i Paris. Gångavstånd till Seine, Triumfbågen, Eiffeltornet, och massor med caféer, restuaranger. Vi hade ett stort rymligt hörnrum. Twin bed.. Flera av personalen pratar svenska. Definitivt ett hotell att rekommendera, vi själva kommer att bo där fler gånger.

hotellet ligger rolig til mellom Eifeltårnet og Chanselysses. hadde verandadøren oppe om natten uten at støy holdt oss våkne

Hotellet ligger svært godt til med gangavstand til det meste av severdigheter. Standarden er litt antikk, men holder mål i forhold til senger og bad. Enkleste standard rom byttet vi oss oppover fra. Vi var ikke fornøyd med enkleste standard. Hyggelig service og imøtekommende betjening. Det er dyrt å bo sentralt, man får mer hotell for pengene utenfor […] sentrumskjernen. Convenient location with 3 metro stations, you can walk to Av. Champs-Elysees. The hotel is not too big and very nice European style. Our room is not very big but comfortable with clean bathroom. Friendly staffs are always helpful.
