I booked this as a last minute Mothers Day trip for my wife. I was basically looking for a hotel with an indoor pool for the kids. It turned out to be... so much more. There is complimentary hot breakfast which we took advantage of both mornings. The evening reception at most hotels has unlimited drinks and some chips and salsa. At Drury you are limited to three alcoholic drinks but you can eat dinner with the food they put out. Granted it is hotdogs, chicken strips, pasta with marinara, etc but for a family with picky eating kids it was quite a savings. The kids ate dinner there both nights and we actually ate there the second night. The room was great. We had a suite with two queen beds and a pull out bed in the couch. Newer flat screen tvs were nice. Very clean upon arrival. The only negative was that the A/C wasnt working the first night and the room was a little warm. Not intolerable but it was about 74 degrees. We usually like it about 66-68. However it was fixed before I could say anything the next day and the second night was much better. Location of the hotel is at the north end of the Frankenmuth "touristy" area. You can easily walk to anything you want to do without having to move your car from the lot. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will now try to book other Drury hotels based on this experience. da Brian N da White Lake, MI il 16/05/2013
