AUGURI! per il resto tutto bene. great room, clean, with the division between the living room and bedroom. staff very helpful. the hotel is in the city center then in a very good position to move without meter. negative: the presence of nightclub attached to the hotel with loud music (shaking in the ceiling of the room) until morning that does not allow you to sleep ... if you come in the opening days .... The cheap room we have booked was i bit of a shocker, so we decided to upgrade, the newly renovated part of this hotel is not bad but we had to pay 20 bucks extra a night and on the top of that you pay $25.00 a night for parking of your car, which Hotels.com don't mention add it all up ...for $ 130.00 staying 9 nights we could have […] found a much better hotel. "great location"
I chose this hotel for the location to public transport and price for a 3 star hotel, from the room pictures on the web site they all looked clean and neat, they also had a cheaper option for non serviced rooms, this didn't bother us so we took that option. Upon arrival front foyer is modern and staff pleasant and accommodating. We were put in the "Court […] Yard rooms" this more aptly should be named the prison block. Our room was closer to 1 star and most of the lights didn't work and the exhaust fan in the bath room resembled a Boeing 747 taking off. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked, the TV was a 1990 48 cm CRT and if you liked watching snow it was good. Don't get me wrong I was happy to stay in this but would have preferred to know what I was getting before I got there, the price I paid was great for the location but not for the room. The staff were very pleasant however the room was a bit of a let down as the carpet was badly stained stained and the grouting in the bathroom needed redoing. I enjoyed my stay, and the staff helped me with any inquiries and allowed me to remain in the same room when I extended my stay for another two nights. I stayed in a budget courtyard room, which was really good value for money. It is very small and would have been a bit uncomfortable to share. before i book this hotel i was reading reviews left by the people whom previously stayed in this hotel and to be quite honest it is the factor to my decision not to choose this hotel to stay as it has a lot of negative feedback but thankfully i was run out of time looking for a good hotel in the area without the price tag i went back and booked the […] hotel and just ignore the reviews and consoling myself that it is only for 1 night but what a surprise!!!! the staff were helpful, the room is just perfect not small not big remembering your there not to stay in the room but only to sleep. Some part of the walls might be stained but you will find that also in your house. People who's leaving a negative feedback should think twice. Offers a great location, really close to everything - only a 5 minute walk to the aquarium. And rally close to the major tram lines, including the free city circle tram. Stayed in the superior twin, was quite cramped, not much of a view, windows very small, not much room and quite cluttered - the whole hotel once you get past the foyer and up to the […] rooms has quite a cramped feel. But good for the price paid. Cleaning service good, lovely main foyer, friendly staff. The bathroom in the room for quite satisfactory, more spacious than the bedroom. I'd recommend it for a cheap holiday accommodation, but if you're looking for something a little more romantic, definitely looks elsewhere - though you'll be looking at spending a little more. "Great for the price"
I stayed here for a single night looking for a well located, cheap room. Got everything I wanted. Cheap nights accom, friendly service, fantastic location and clean. Very close to the station and the casino. I will happily stay there for similar reasons in the future. Basic amenities are provided but not toothbrush and paste. The room phone seems to have not been cleaned for months (a layer of dust can be visually seen). Otherwise, all good.
