"Bellissimo hotel lontano dal centro di Atlanta"

Ci volevano almeno 30 minuti e poi ovviamente ad Atlanta c'era il parcheggio da pagare. Forse per questo non ci siamo goduti al 100% una bellissima città come Atlanta.

The hotel personnel were very nice and quick to fix the problems in our room (overhead light out, no washcloths, toilet didn't flush) but it was a shame we had to deal with them. "unpleaseantly surprised"
After having stayed in other Doubletree hotels, I was surprised by a few things in Atlanta. First, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed and pillows were comfortable. My problems were with room maintenance. The room smelled of smoke and when I asked if the room could be refreshed, the front desk had […] nothing to use for that purpose. The other issue was that the trap in the bathroom sink was broken so that the sink would not drain. Each of the three days I stayed I asked about having it fixed and each of the three times I was promised that they would have the engineer fix it. It was never fixed, I had to pry it open myself so I could use the sink. This was the only double room available and I needed to have the two beds, otherwise I would have requested another room. The hotel staff were friendly and check in/out was quick. the room was comfortable though the tub had a missing corner shelf an f no fan in bathroom.. the TV was nice but no DVD player. Great staff, lots of parking, nice room and work out center. The location is close to buckhead area, but nothing in walking distance at all. Right off freeway, room pretty quiet. The room was a good size for the price but the room was 81 degrees the whole time!!! And the only way to lower the temp was to turn it off. When I told the hotel staff all they said was I'm sorry! Found out "after" checking in that u could not control the thermostat in the room!! It was 74 degrees & we were sweating! Tried to turn on a/c only to find out its turned off in the winter months! "Great location and wonderful staff"
I stayed for three nights with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, just minutes away from Buckhead and Midtown. "Loved it!"
Great place to stay & very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. Was able to print documents that we needed in their computer center free of charge. "Pleasant stay, tricky buffet"
The hotel experience was good. The bathroom was mostly clean, except for the clump of hair in the floor that did not belong to us. The beds were comfortable and the cookie was delicious. One important note is about breakfast. We knew that it was not included in our stay but there was no information provided about the cost of breakfast. We did not know […] if we paid by the item we ate or by the buffet as a whole. We were very discouraged to learn that there were two different prices for the whole buffet and only the cold side. We felt tricked into a $24 breakfast when we only ate about $10 worth of food. This was greatly disappointing. The food was delicious though! "Great hotel for the price.h"
Nice hotel but was noisy since it was located near interstate. Cleaning staff was very anxious to clean room. Went down for breakfast and was going to return to room to freshen up before checking out but maid was in room cleaing before we checked out.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia
