"Days Inn Wurtsboro"
It was very affordable and absolutely adequate. It made travel to a holiday party possible. Highly recommend.

We had a great two night stay. very helpful with information about surrounding area. room clean and well supplied with towels.
Wife and I stayed one night in Oct. 2011. For its type, this motel was AOK. Nice continental breakfast and room to eat it in. Bed was fine, about medium-firm as should be. No real problems. Cleanliness was fine. Staff was helpful and friendly. Had a nice meal at nearby Danny's Inn although being Saturday night, was packed and busy; (try ground floor […] rear or upstairs.) Recommended. "wifi was unsatisfactory"
Wifi service at the hotel was intermitten causing me some difficulties with working in the room.
"Blackout"
The hotel had a blackout due to Hurricane Irene. That in itself was unavoidable The hotel had no generator and we didnt have electricity or water. The toilets require water to flush it would have been helpful for the hotel staff/owner to supply water to add to the toliet tank. It was a horrendous experience.

"Decent"
The hotel has 2 bldgs., main and on the hill. We were on the hill. 2 doubles but the room was small as was the bathroom. It was clean and cool and the beds ere OK. Coffee etc. in the main office was OK. Staff was pleseant.
"only disappointment"
the only thing that you need to bring to there attention is: when the pool says that it will be open at 9a.m., it should be open at 9 a.m.. especially if you have to leave by 11 a.m.
Breakfast was a little weak could use some freshing up and more variety!

Decided on a quick getaway to see the Woodstock Museum at Bethel Woods and selected this hotel based on reviews. A little distance from the museum, but a nice drive. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and neat. Older hotel, but seemed well taken care of. Good continetal breakfast. Room was very clean with refrig. & microwave. TV remote didn't work.

"When visiting Woodstock..."
This motel is quite convenient when visiting the Bethel Center--not too far a drive & in a quiet area off 209. The staff & their family were friendly & efficient. The building itself was not too large & the parking was convenient. A nice little place. Beautiful environment and good location from the highway. The room was a bit smelly but for one night stay the price was reasonable.
