La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

uno dei letti più comodi mai provati, ambienti bellissimi, ottimo servizio e cortesia, unico neo l'acqua non è stata cambiata tutti i giorni come detto a inizio settimana
Quando ha aperto nel 1985, il Morgans ha definito gli standard degli hotel boutique a Manhattan. Con interni moderni del famoso designer Andrée Putnam e solo 114 camere, questo hotel a 4 stelle offre una combinazione perfetta tra design e intimità. E mentre la posizione in Madison Avenue consente l'accesso ai punti di interesse della parte alta di Midtown, la pittoresca Murray Hill è caratterizzata anche da una piacevole atmosfera.
Dedica senz'altro un po' di tempo alla vicina Morgan Library & Museum, da cui prende nome l'hotel. Qui puoi ammirare le composizioni originali di Mozart e Beethoven e i libri degli schizzi di Michelangelo e Leonardo Da Vinci. Pronto a sostituire la cultura con l'alta moda? La Fifth Avenue, a pochi passi di distanza, offre alcune delle migliori possibilità di fare shopping e di osservare le persone in movimento. "Not a comfortable 4 star"
I stayed at this hotel 2 nights. I did not spend much time at the hotel, but was surprised by the very cold decor in my room. The room was roomy, but not that nice and the hallways need work! Manhattan is expensive across the board, but I think one could find better hotels than this for the same price...

"The Morgan on Madison Ave"
What a great spot for a weekend getaway in NYC. Very convenient to midtown Manhattan and easy walk to the Theater District. The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. Will definitely consider it for our next getaway. Doug & Liz B

Hotel room and bathroom was very small - however very clean. I would recommend this hotel for the price.
"Lovely staff, great room"
I come to NYC on business and leisure a few times a year, and have stayed in dozens of hotels. This is the best one for the price by far. The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, the rooms are nicely outfitted and a nice size. The free continental breakfast was lovely, I left a happy camper!

"Quiet retreat from a busy trip"
Very quiet location on Madison. Living Room with complimentary coffee and tea service plus included breakfast. Room was sizeable for New York, slightly worn, but very comfortable bed with generous extra bedding for temperature control. Malin + Goetz toiletries are lovely.

The Hotel is unmarked outside and in. No markings to tell that in fact it is a hotel at all. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice, although adjusting the temperature was impossible as the heat was blaring during our stay and we were unable to open the windows more than an inch. This hotel is really convenient to everything, easy walking distance from either Penn or Grand Central stations, Times Square, Central Park and the Empire State building. The complimentary breakfast was generous. I would definitely stay here again.

"A very good hotel"
Very clean and comfortable room. Only quibble is that my windows looked out on a shaft, so there was no natural light. Great water pressure, and some nice amenities like a common area "living room" and computer kiosk. Good included breakfast.

Great stay at Morgans - hadn't been back for a while and was delighted to be upgraded to a suite. Staff are really nice and many thanks to the doorman who braved sleet and thunder and lightening to get me a cab and then held my arm while I slid across the side walk in 4 inch heels :) Asia de Cuba is great for drinks/dinner and the very stylish breakfast […] (free!!) makes for a great start to a NY day... "My favorite NYC Hotel"
My daughter and I stayed at the Morgan by chance about 5 years ago. We've stayed in many NYC hotels but the Morgan remained our favorite. I was thrilled to be able to make the reservation at a reasonable rate. The hotel again met our expectations. The staff is very welcoming and courteous. We had a great room on the 9th floor overlooking Madison Ave. […] The two of us like to walk so the location is perfect for us. We had a lovely dinner at the adjoining Asia de Cuba. "Best service I ever experienced in a hotel"
Best service I ever have received in a hotel ever...... And I spend about 100 days in hotels a year. Staff always friendly, helpful, pleasant. Rooms a decent size for New York.... Continental breakfast a nice touch.... tho could use a bit of variety from day to day.

"Comfortable boutique hotel"
We stayed at Morgans for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service in both front of house and support staff was excellent. We asked to change rooms after the first night because our room was picking up more street noise than I wanted and the hotel found us a quiet room for the rest of our stay. "Not a four star hotel"
Great staff, physical plant not great. Small rooms, tiny bathroom. Dirty carpet, both in lobby and especially in the rooms need attention.

"A great find - breakfast was a real plus"
Given all the current hype about bed bugs in Manhattan hotels, stores, theaters etc I was really concerned about where to stay for our 4 night visit . Did more research than usual and checked hotels against the bed bug registry. Booked Morgans because they had very good reviews and were not on the registry. We weren't disappointed. It's a nice boutique […] hotel. Staff are pleasant and responsive. Our queen room was a good size for NY and had a nice window seat. They have a lounge on the 4th floor with sofas, tvs, table & chairs with free wifi, computers and printer with coffee & tea always available. Great for when you need to get some work done or even have a meeting. We peeked in the fitness room and it was well equipped. We loved the continental breakfast that was served in the hotel restaurant. Coffee, pastries and fresh fruit served in a cozy atmosphere with cool jazz playing in the background. It was such a nice way to start the day. Our only problem was with our air conditioning unit but staff were genuinely concerned and responsive and all (front desk, bellman, engineer) got involved in fixing the problem. I think that's the real test of customer service. Stuff happens but when it does you want service like this where they will do what ever they can as quickly as they can to make it right. The staff provided outstanding service and were very helpful from the moment we stepped out of the Taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel. This was my first time at this hotel but I am returning to NY next week on a business trip and have already booked a room for that trip.

"Dejligt hotel med central beliggenhed"
Hotellet er hyggeligt med en god service. Vi fik desværre et ryger rum på trods af vi havde bedt om ikke ryger. Vi fik at vide at vi skulle have klaget over det fra starten, så ville de have fundet et andet rum til os.

Hotel excelente! Otima localização, quarto e banheiro muito confortaveis, café da manha incluso na diaria, perfeito! Otimo atendimento do concierge e funcionarios. Localização privilegiada, proximo de tudo. Recomendo!!!
