Perfect for city shopping. We stayed one night before leaving back home after 10 days in Pattaya. Perfect for shopping and very close to the train!

Hotel was good as usual, have been to the hotel a couple of time. The renovated room was nice and spacious. Service was excellent throughout except during check in. This time round the check in was a bit late. We booked 3 rooms but was told all rooms will be ready at 1400hrs. This was not my first time staying at the Novotel Siam Square & being a frequent visitor my family & I were always met with enthusiasm from the concierge team. Its like coming home. Location wise - pretty covenient to MBK, Siam paragon, Central World , Platinum & Big C. The BTS is less than 5 mins walk.

If you are into shopping and food, Siam Square is the prefect location.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this fine hotel. It's a short 2-3 minute walk from Siam Paragon, a huge shopping mall. The hotel pool was nice, the international restaurant had a nice buffet and a good A la carte menu. The food and service was lovely. The spa center was also incredible. With the executive room, I got priority check-in and access to the premier lounge. The lounge had free snacks and soft drinks all day, with a happy hour from 17:00-19:00 every day serving free drinks and beer. The service from check-in to check-out was flawless and I can't compliment this hotel enough. I have stayed at quite a few hotels all over the world, and this was by far the best experience I've had. all good except for one complain, on our last day we request in the early morning for room extension . the attitude from front guest officer suddenly change from friendly to impatient. Something for the hotel management to look into.

We had a good one- night stay at the Novotel, and I would like to mention that they have babybeds. i thought this was nothing extraordinary, but now we've been 3 other places in Thailand and they dont have babybeds here!

Really nice hotel and well priced. Location was near embassies and shopping centres right on Siam Square. Was travelling as young friends and was looking for a more "traditional" feel. For a younger crowd and more backpacker style, in and around the temples I would try Koh San Road. Great hotel though!

Very convenient location . Good service. Internet use expensive. Ageing building.

Excellent value for money. The location of the hotel is the best. All important places very accessible with sky train on 2 minutes. Siam Square is the best central location you can imagine. Hotel service in general very good. Friendly staff.

I stayed 2 nights last week. I have to wait 10 minutes to get a seat at breakfast. The place is just too small to cater to the number of guests. This led to bad service from the over-worked staff. The hotel don't provide toothbrush in the standard rooms unless you asked for it. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The guest relations manager was […] the only saving grace. She did her job well. The conceige staff were also very helpful. I will not recommend the hotel unless you are prepared to queue ten minutes or more to have breakfast in a small crowded cafe. We booked 3 rooms online at a special online promo price thus when we checked in, the rooms we were given were not that great compared to the previous rooms we stayed in August. I guess its because of the special online offer for lower grade rooms. Very good, our initial room was full of thinner smell, due to ongoing renovation. But after our feedback to the front desk, we got upgrade to premier floors, with newly renovated room. Very friendly staffs overall.. Highly recommende!!!!

Stayed 2 days at Novotel Siam Square with our son. Service was great, friendly, smiling and an extra bed was put in the room free of charge. We stayed at the Premier floor, which has just been renovated and looks brand new. Our second stay in 4 weeks and just as good as the first time. You cannot beat this location and the Premier floor and lounge service is fantastic value for money. The staff are very friendly and even when busy they go out of their way to get you a special order. The beds are very comfortable and the new look premier rooms have lots of space. I have used this hotel for years. It is now going through staged renovation and the new executive floor has rooms with a nice open style with shower rather than bath. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Location is very convenient. Bts station is just 5 mins away, Siam paragon and mbk is just a stroll away. Not to mention he eateries and massage shops are also in the surrounding. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs too. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Hotel was a convenient location to shopping malls. Pedestrian access is not convenient. If arriving from airport via express train recommend not using BTS sky train since exit from Siam station involves stairs and other pedestrian obstacles. Take taxi from city terminal. Recommend the breakfast included rate from hotels.com since this avoids extra hassles. […] Siam square is not a square in the European sense but a series of squalid narrow lanes and market stalls and a big empty hole under development (2011). When exitting Siam BTS station take exit 6. Breakfast buffet has excellent choices for both western and Asian cuisines. Service at breakfast was excellent with staff remembering your needs on subsequent days. Paragon shopping centre across the the BTS tracks has extensive food outlets in the lower floor and up market department store. Hotel has a Tour desk in the foyer. Great hotel, great staff, great location. No problems with the room. Note that no free internet is available; they charge hefty fees at their "Business Centre". Breakfast is available at additional cost. There are lots of nearby places to get breakfast for cheaper.

The Novotel Siam Square is a top notch hotel in the perfect location for a Bangkok tourist -- walking distance to train station and wonderful shopping in Siam Square! The staff was always courteous and helpful. Laudry service was efficient and reasonable. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Everything, from services, location, only compliments. Easy to take train to airport.

Overall, the hotel is clean and nice and has an excellent location in teh middle of shopping centre in Siam Square, Bangkok. It is the second time for me to stay in this hotel and I really like it despite some problems I faced while checking in. Loved the hotel. The staff was very well trained hence extremely courteous and helpful. I was travelling with my baby and I found the hotel staff very child friendly. The hotel is very well located and great to catch up with shopping at siam square, Paragon and MBK. There are around 6-7 massage salons at the side entrance of the hotel and are open till […] late, though my recommendation would be changs. There is also an interesting bar lounge of the hotel, with complimentary entry to the guests of the hotel. I travel to bangkok twice a year and I have never been as happy with any hotel. Hotel is located right in the middle of shopping district. Very very good location for shopping, but since I was there on a business trip. Coming in and out was a real pain as the traffic is really really bad in that area (as well as many other places in bangkok). Room sizes are average, bathrooms are clean, bed and sheets are very confortable. The roof of the rooms looks a bit old, especially in the bathroom. I was upgrade to a deluxe room for 1 night. The air conditioning was extremely cold at the 1st room (even turning it all the way down), the 2nd room was OK. I guess some units are new, some are old. One thing strange was that I could hear the pub music and bass all the way up in my room on the 13th floor. I guess some air ducts or something are connected to allow sounds to travel this high up. But that doesn't bother me. The hotel is situated in a very nice area for shopping, very busy street with lots of street vendors. There are also several Thai Massage parlors next to the hotel that are quite nice and affordable (comparable to the very popular Health Land Spa in Thailand).
