se ritornerò alla fiera Vinordic sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo in questo hotel, è comodo per andarci a piedi anche se c'è il servizio navetta gratuito.

Prima di prenotare avevo letto alcune recensioni che sottolineavano la scomodità delle camere. E' vero che la camera è piccola, ma è altrettanto ovvio che non ci si possa aspettare altrimenti, trattandosi di una "cabina" di uno "yacht" e non di una camera d'albergo!!! La cabina è pulita e la moquette sembra nuova. Il bagno è anch'esso piccolo, soprattutto il lavandino, ma è nuovissimo e pulito. Unico inconveniente che abbiamo avuto è che non arrivava l'acqua calda. Ci hanno spiegato che, essendo una barca e quindi soggetta a oscillazioni, si formano bolle d'aria nelle tubature...bisogna far scorrere l'acqua per un po' prima di farsi la doccia! Ottimo il buffet di Natale offerto agli ospiti dell'albergo ad un prezzo di favore. Suggestivo il ristorante situato sul ponte a prua! Ottima la posizione, centralissima: in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva a Gamla Stan, il centro storico della città. Concludendo lo consiglio soprattutto a coloro a cui piacciono le barche e che quindi sanno cosa aspettarsi rispetto ad un normale albergo e che possono soprattutto apprezzare l'emozione di guardare il mare dall'oblò della propria cabina e fare colazione sul ponte!

Questo è il centro storico di Stoccolma, per questo uno degli alloggi più comodi. Qui si trovano la Stazione Centrale, il parco più famoso di Stoccolma, il Kungsträdgården, e Sergels Torg (pensa a Times Square o Piccadilly Circus). "VIAGGIO in FAMIGLIA"
Siamo stati solo 2 notti. Eravamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi). LA CAMERA MATRIMONIALE ....splendida...rotonda, con belle finestre, ben addobbata e ben attrezzata (the, caffè con bollitore), mentre l'ingresso, adibito a camera per ragazzi, con un divano letto (sotto il 2° lettto un po' piccola ()non ci si muoveva) , ma sempre accogliente! ATTREZZATA […] anche di tavola+ ferro sa stiro!!! ARMADIO COMODO. BAGNO BUONO con cambi di asciugamani ottimi! POSIZIONE ECCELLENTE: in 5 minuti alla Stazione sia deti treni che dei pullman per /da aeroporti!! A 15 min dalla partenza dei BATTELLI!!! A 5 minuti dalla città vecchia. Ottima la posizione, sia perchè di fronte alla stazione centrale, sia perchè a 2 passi da tutti i luoghi di interesse (a 2 minuti anche dal famoso Ice Bar). Bellissime le camere, molto pulito, personale molto gentile. Possibilità di comprare alla reception la Stockholm card (utilissima) ! Meravigliosa città, gran bell'albergo!

We enjoyed our March '12 stay here. Excellent location, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Renovations to lobby area could have been tidied up a bit and the lack of a suitable residents lounge was disappointing. We were happy with the room & its cleanliness with a good shower though the shower head hadn't been fixed more than 24 hours after we reported […] it malfunctioning. Stayed as a single for a week at the Adlon Hotel, Stockholm. Very pleased with the hotel. Clean, secure and in a very good central location. Single room was not large but very adequate for one. Excellent extra lighting - a reading chair and work desk. Good basic Swedish breakfast. A no-frills hotel but excellent value and location. Room on courtyard […] was quiet. Was lucky to score a upgrade to suite which was quite special. Staff upon checkin were very friendly and helpful. Great location near main train station. Really good breakfast.
Great place - with very helpful staff and a fantastic location - very near the central station and easily accessible to many of Stockholms sights.

Adlon is ideal for visiting Stockholm, very close to the Arlanda express train and within walking distance to most places in city. "budget hotel convenient location"
basic hotel. we asked for room with window - do not assume! our room was ok, family of 4, 2 young boys 7yrs and 5yrs. My friend's room next door had a terrible smell that stayed the whole 4 days!! Stank of a bad visit to the toilet. Our room was fine. location perfect for sightseeing, helpful staff. you get what you pay for, basic hotel so basic accomodation. "Excellent Price Performance Ratio"
Compared to the price what I paid, this hotel was one of the best I have ever booked in Stockholm. Room was small but ok, TV and Internet ok. Bathroom newly renovated. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful. However the bed was a little bit sagging, and no kleenex are offered in the bathroom – but shampoo and hairdryer was here. We were very pleased with our 5 night stay here. The room was modern and clean, a bit small though. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is the best advantage of this hotel: three minute walk from the train stain and the central bus station.

"Hotel Adlon: a practical spot"
The Hotel Adlon is located in central Stockholm, near the train station. The staff is pleasant and professional, the room was nicely arranged and clean. It's an older building but well-kept. Internet access works well. Downsides: the breakfast buffet was disappointing, and the bathrooms have only liquid soap and no shampoo/conditioner/lotions.

Great central location -5 mins max walk from main station. Handy for exploring central city (and further) by foot and getting to tourist attractions. Great breakfasts. Definitely would be my choice again
"Couldn't be better"
The staff is extremely helpful and the location is very good--a block or so from Central Station. We walked to the old town, took the subway--all very convenient. The room was comfortable and well arranged. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

no airconditioning and had to ask for soap by the sink and ask for ice daily... staff was very helpful with directions location was excellent to walk to everything we needed and took boats when it was farther

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in,convienient to all transport,amenites and sights.Very friendly,capable staff,excellent buffet breakfast.
"Great for Tourists"
Right across from the train station that brings you directly to the airport - great convenience. 2-5 minute walk to the heart of Stockholm. Free breakfast was unique yet very authentic and a great bonus. Room had no AC as most Americans can expect, but was comfortable none the less.

Everything was really good except a bus driver who was really rude with the ugliest teeth ever. He kind of ruined the whole perfect experience.

Having since stayed at other Scandinavian hotels, we discovered that most can't compare with Adlon. It's very well-run, clean, and comfortable. By Scandinavian standards, our room was even spacious. A short block's walk from train/bus central terminal (hotel visible from the terminal) (buses to/from Bromma & Arlanda; airport express to Arlanda). I had a small, single room. Spotlessly clean, free WiFi, everything worked precisely as it should have, and that cannot be said of all great-name hotels! No a/c, but did not need it. Window opens for fresh […] air. Even a thermometer outside the window to tell you the outside temp! Friendly helpful front desk. Easy walking distance to canal cruises, open-top tourist buses (get the combined ticket) and main shopping mall. Cafes and restaurants all round the area. Buffet breakfast. Good value. My husband and I arrived at the Bromma airport and took the Express bus to the Central Station. The hotel was a few blocks away and very convenient for shopping and sightseeing and eating out. "Great Deal; Convenient Location"
I got a great last minute deal on this classic European hotel in a convenient location (close to Arlanda express train to/from airport in 20 minutes). The hotel is also walking distance from many of Stockholm's famous landmarks and museums. Overall, a great deal and a great place to wake up each morning before exploring the city.

"A very pleasant one night stay ."
Needed a hotel near Central Station and was delighted to read all the reviews on the Adlon hotel. First impressions on the outside was not good but once inside the friendly receptionist put me at ease as well as looking after a cut I had om my hand from a fall at the railway station. The single room was more than adequate and had all the comforts needed. […] I had booked in early but no problem getting the room and the cleaning staff were still doing up other rooms but gave a cheerful hello. Free WIFI available and the breakfast was excellent. "Room Small, But Otherwise Top Notch"
My room was small, but all else was top notch. Stockholm is expensive, and Adlon had the most reasonable rates at the time of my visit. The breakfast, which was included, is quite good and would have been a significant cost if I had ordered something comparable at a cafe.

The Adlon hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located for visiting many places of interest, either walking or with nearby public transport links and was just a few minutes walk from the airport bus. Our room had a separate sitting area and was a very good size with tea / coffee making facilities. Stockholm is now one of my favorite cities! MOst everything is within walking distance, but the tubes and taxis are there for those who would rather not walk. The Adlon Hotel is located 1 block away from the Arlanda Express platform just outside the central station in Stockholm. The hotel is also a block or two away from the famous Drottinggaten Street. […] This street leads you through some of the finest shopping districts in Stockholm, and goes right into the Old City. Here you will find the Royal Palace, and several great restaurants that serve traditional Swedish foods. The hotel itself has a rich history, and still strives to be a very comfortable service oriented establishment. The breakfasts are great, plenty to eat and served in a pleasant atmosphere. If you are in Stockholm either on business or pleasure, you owe it to yourself to check out availability in this fine hotel. Thank you to all the Adlon staff for making our stay so enjoyable! "A great base to explore Stockholm"
Very helpful staff service. Small, but cosy, single room. Very good value for money. Superb base for a Stockholm visit, with most tourist areas walkable, and proximity to Central station ideal for bus/metro connections to pretty much anywhere. 2 minutes from Arlanda Express was an unexpected bonus :-) (But Stockholm was much more expensive than I had […] expected, as much as I enjoyed it). Nice little hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Small rooms but this is what to expect in a historic building. Nice bathrooms. Very convenient to many areas in town, including Gamla Stan, Ostermalm, and right across the street from the Arlanda Airport express train station. You can walk to just about all points of interest in Stockholm from the […] hotel! The TV had some issues, but we were not there to watch TV of course!
