Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 14 feb 2013Ci siamo stati alla fine di gennaio, eravamo un po' in ansia perchè prenotato all'ultimo minuto e con un buonissimo rapporto di prezzo. L'hotel è molto carino, vicinissimo all'Universal studio (per il quale forniscono un pullman molto comodo). Pulito, camere molto spaziose, caffè e tè 24 su 24. La colazione è insuperabile (caffè,the,latte,succhi,hamburger, uova, bacon, pane e dolci,waffles,e frutta a volontà).Personale disponibile. Palestra piccola ma attrezzata. Wi-fi in tutte le camere e spazi comuni, lavanderia e un ampio parcheggio. Spero di tornarci presto!!! Paola e Andrea Roma

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 7 gen 2013Un bel resort a prezzi abbordabili all'interno del Walt Disney World. Servizio di navetta con partenza ogni 30 minuti per tuttii parchi disney anche se in realtà ce ne sono di più. Sarebbe bene indicare gli orari di partenza esatti in quanto sono abb approssimativi. Le stanze sono belle e pulite. Belle piscine, sul lago spiaggia con amache e sdraie. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la consegna dei bagagli arrivati con oltre un'ora di ritardo in camera dopo ripetuti solleciti.

We stayed here for five nights, this hotel was very clean and comfortable, we would recommend it to others and would stay here again. I had a work event at Cafe Tu Tu Tangos next to The Castle, so I got a room for my family to stay at for the night. The vending machines did not take dollars, so my husband had to go to every floor to find a machine that accepted dollar bills (that was the solution that the front desk suggested). The bartender at the outside bar was very nice and friendly. […] I don't remember his name, but he was a caucasian bald guy, I believe. In all the hotel was in good condition except for being dusty. Everything in the main areas was clean, but anything out of arms reach was really dusty. The location was great in the heart of International Dr. but other than that the hotel was beyond average. Service was average, decour was average, the room was average. I arrived later than expected and had some credit card trouble at the front desk. The staff was very helpful in assisting me to contact the bank and make arrangements for my incidentals. I used both the hot tub and the pool and both were in good order. Both the front desk and the poolside bar provided me 10% discount coupons to be used at the Cafe Tu […] Tu Tango, attached to the property back behind the pool. The front desk arranged a cab for me for a 6:30 am departure one morning and the driver met me 5 minutes early. I only used the restaurant for a quick breakfast one morning and it was pretty standard continental breakfast fare. The Castle was an easy walk away from the conference centre which I did both days I attended. All is all, no hotel issues, which is always a good thing when I am travelling! "Not worth the money"
My hotel experience in the Holiday Inn Castle was not a good one. Our room was to cold and I asked repeatly for someone to come take a look at the thermostat or put us in a different room which none of the request were addressed. Our stay was excellent! The room was clean and well kept, the hotel itself was kept up very well. The staff paid attention to detail. The only problems we had were the water in the shower did not get hot and the air conditioner did not get cool. It was not uncomfortable so we did not complain.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
