Although the hotel was under construction I had a pleasant stay and breakfast was great

"MOLD"
The first floor rooms seemed to have been flooded at one point. Mold in the bathroom. Wallpaper peeling. Carpet trim missing. Also, the place is sandwiched in between the highway and a concrete plant so it was noisy and dusty. The staff were awesome and did their best to make us happy.

"Clean, comfortable and convenient"
We stayed at this motel as a stop over midway through our journey. It was not fancy, and the lobby was a little dated, but the room was very clean and comfortable and had been updated. I would not hesitate to stay there again. They also include breakfast, the quality of which was quite good. My only complaint was that the upper hallway had a very bad […] odor of stale cigarette smoke. We had a non smoking room and the smell did not carry through into the room. Continua a leggere
"Dissapointed!"
When I booked this hotel, the only room available was a smoking room. Given the circumstances we agreed to take the room, expecting the unpleasant odours. But the room literally stank of stale cigarettes. Everything we had smelled of this room until washed when we arrived home. On top of that, the cost was double what I would expect to pay for the […] quality of building, security and cleanliness etc. The hallway appeared to be undergoing some renovations so was not a pleasant environment. The shower curtain rod was very close to coming down. And our room backed onto a major highway. Loud trucks disrupted our sleep through the night. Helpful staff, decent room...but there was some sort of animal noise (chewing and bumping) inside the walls that woke us at night. Entrance driveway in serious need of paving.

"Stay elsewhere"
The woman staffing the front desk was on a personal cell phone when we walked in and seemed reluctant to hang up to take care of us or the non-English speaking couple ahead of us. She brushed the first couple off because they had no reservations (lucky them!) and actually expressed relief when they left, since she, " couldn't understand a word they […] were saying." The overall condition of the property was less than desirable. We went to bed immediately and didn't notice until morning that the backing on the drapes was shredded almost as if a cat had been clawing them.
