Ho soggiornato due notti nell'hotel e mi sono trovata benissimo. Il personale è molto gentile ed i servizi non mancano. Molto comodo il parcheggio gratuito, visto che la posizione dell'albergo è periferica, ma si trova in un punto strategico per vari spostamenti. La colazione è ricca, abbondante ed è tutto molto buono! Se ritornerò a Roma riprenderò in considerazione questo albergo per i miei spostamenti!!!

Stanze pulite, moderne e confortevole bensì la struttura sia un campeggio. La posizione non è male infatti dista soli 10 minuti dal centro...buon compromesso per chi cerca una vacanza da spendere tra città e relax.

La posizione dell'Hotel non è comoda, in quanto abbastanza distante dalla metro, soprattutto se si viaggia con i bambini. Buona risulta la pulizia delle camere e i servizi dell'hotel, come del resto la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ottimi sono i cornetti, il resto è discreto.
Posizione.
Inaugurato nel 1787 e restaurato nel 2002, l'Albergo Cesari è situato in una strada tranquilla, a 300 metri dal Pantheon e dalla Fontana di Trevi.
Caratteristiche dell'hotel.
L'albergo, situato all'interno di un edificio storico con vista sull'antica Borsa, è disposto su 4 piani accessibili con ascensore dalla reception. La struttura accetta animali. Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi nelle due aree lounge, con poltrone. Un salone è arredato con tappeti turchi e dotato di una postazione con computer e accesso a Internet ad alta velocità, mentre l'altro è dotato di TV satellitare. La colazione è servita tutte le mattine nella terrazza sul tetto ed include yogurt, cereali, toast, uova sode, parmigiano, affettati, torte, succhi di frutta, caffè ed espresso. La terrazza sul tetto offre splendide viste sulla città e di sera si trasforma in un bar alla moda. La portineria dell'albergo saprà fornire informazioni sulle attrazioni situate nelle vicinanze, assistere nella prenotazione di biglietti per spettacoli e consigliare ottimi ristoranti.

Le 47 camere dell'albergo sono dotate di persiane in legno, stampe decorative, pavimenti in parquet, tappeti turchi e un mix di arredi classici e moderni nelle tonalità del verde e dell'oro. Situata nel cuore del centro storico, piazza Navona è la piazza più famosa di Roma. Come su un gigantesco palcoscenico, qui viene rappresentata la vita quotidiana dei romani, tra i tavolini dei caffè che si affacciano sulla piazza ravvivata dalle fontane. Il mio compagno ed io siamo appena tornati da Roma dove abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questo ottimo hotel dal 26 al 30 ottobre. Posizione ottimale vicino al Pantheon e Fontana di Trevi, a pochi passi, 20-30 minuti da Colosseo, Vaticano, Piazza di Spagna ecc Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, per prenotazione ristoranti e per scoprire la vita notturna. "Posizione, posizione, posizione…"
La cosa migliore riguardo questo Albergo era la posizione proprio nel cuore di Roma situato tra il Pantheon e la fontana di Trevi con tutte le altre attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Un certo numero di buoni ristoranti sulla stessa strada che si rapportano bene a livello di costo con altre zone della città.
"LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION"
This little hotel has location, location, location! It is less than 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, & Tempolo Adriano. It is about 15-20 minutes from the Coliseum, the Forum, and Vittoria Emmanuelle, around 25-30 minutes from Piazza del Popolo, and a half hour from the Vatican. Seconds away […] from the main artery Via Del Corso, you can’t get a better location for a more reasonable price. The front desk staff is wonderful and Tomosso in particular will not hesitate to recommend the best restaurants and tell you how to get to all the sites within Rome. He recommended fabulous restaurants and mapped out a walkable itinerary of sites daily for us. If you don’t care to walk, the hop on hop off bus is two minutes away. What really sets this hotel apart is the 5th floor outside deck with a panoramic view which is used for breakfast in the morning and a possible night cap at night. What a way to start and end a day. It was beyond gorgeous and really a delightful highlight to a memorable stay in Rome. The rooms are big enough to accommodate two easily and are clean and neat. The only difficulty I encountered was that I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi but instead used the downstairs computer. Some of the rooms on the upper floors are only accessible by a short stairway which is difficult with heavy luggage. "Unbeatable location"
The location of this hotel can not be beaten, its moments away from some of the best sights in Rome on a really charming street. The roof terrace is a wonderful addition and makes for a lovely breakfast or chilled evening prosecco location. The rooms are small and neat but quite dated though nobody goes to Rome to admire the inside of their hotel room! […] The bathroom was a bit shabby and really could benefit from an upgrade as the tiny shower cubicle seemed a bit grubby and generally not overly pleasent. Our honeymoon- we aren't fancy- this hotel provided a very nice room at an extremely reasonable price with a lovely roof terrace/bar/breakfast spot with astoundingly helpful and warm staff. "Great stay"
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was our favorite part with a wide assortment of breads, cereals, and hot drinks.
"Magical Rome from the Albergo Cesari"
With guest ratings of 4.8, this hotel deserves better than a 3 rating. The location is magical with a large piece of old Rome at your finger tips, or should I say toes. They say location is it. This one is great! It was an easy walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, lots of shopping and great dining. As to conveniece within the building...( […] I do use a wheelchair, but am able to walk about 20' in relative comfort,) the 6 steps up to our room was manageable, as was the 6 steps up to the rooftop garden, the elevator did the rest of the work. The staff was very quick to provide a ramp up into the lobby at the main door with the offer of assitance in and out. They greet you warmly each time you enter or exit, and are quick to offer suggestions and directions. The staff is GREAT! The roof top garden and breakfast area are beautiful. The breakfast quite tasty with plenty of choices, and the chocolate croissants begged seconds. The 1787 building is quaint and not like the average American box bedrooms, large bathrooms with warmed towels and lots of hot water..... however, there is a need for some cosmetic updates. Our clean room was promptly and nicley prepared each day, as well as our spotless bathroom without need of a phone call for anything. Free in-room WiFi was a big plus as all three of us had computers with us. They also offer a very attractive taxi rates to and from the airport. Would I go again? Absolutely! "Great staff, amazing location. Yes return!"
I was at Albergo Cesari for 3 nights. It was an amazing stay due to the location, very friendly, responsible, professional staff...and the impressive roof top restaurant. The rooms were small of course but clean, comfortable and safe. It was easy to find because it's in the heart of where everything is at in Novona. You want to walk to the Pantheon […] and Trevi Fountain, done! Each one block away. The breakfast is completely worth it. The only exceptions to this great stay was fickle internet, no air and hard beds (which I can handle). I liked that it was a quiet hotel as well. They're doing something right there! "Best Location in Rome"
I was going to Rome with my 13 yr old daughter, so I searched for hotels for a solid month to ensure we were staying in a safe area that was centrally located to see the sights. I could not have asked for a better location in Rome, especially for tourist. Hotel is located in the center of Rome- 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, 10 min to Piazza […] Novono and 20 min to Colosseum and Spanish Steppes. We even walked back from the Vatican. There was a cafe across the street and plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. Wireless Internet was available for 5 Euros a day. Hotel clerks all spoke English. Rooftop was nice for early evening cocktails, but menu was limited. Definitely, have breakfast on the rooftop. Buffet was excellent with eggs, cheeses, fruit, and pastries- just be careful of the pigeons- they will land on your table and steal your food if you leave the table for any reason. Superb, convenient location. Rooms a bit small but clean with all facilities (including a good, powerful shower). Breakfast on terrace was lovely. Would recommend if you don't plan on spending too long sat in your room.

Pros: great location; really close to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, restaurants, and souvenir shops; very friendly staff; great breakfast; cool upstairs terrace Cons: no irons available (might be standard with smaller hotels?); internet worked when it wanted to (only wanted to check email but couldn't do it)
"Not what we expected for the price."
Upon arrival we were greated by very nice and welcoming hotel staff. Upon entering our room....that was another story. The room was very small and smelled strong of cigarette smoke. We had two twin beds with old linens, they also smelled like smoke. The toilet was broken and didn't flush. We went down and advised them we would need a different room, […] as we reserved a room that was non-smoking and the toilet was broken. They told us there were no other rooms available. I advised them we would have to go to another hotel due to these issues...all of the sudden they had two more rooms available. One was still smelled like smoke and mold...the other was ok...the bed linens are really outdated. We stayed on night and checked into a hotel around the corner that was much better and less expensive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Continua a leggere

"Great Location!"
The elevator was slow and small but the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel location couldn't be better!!!!
"Convenient"
The hotel was very convenient to many sites of interest. The roof top area was very nice and the breakfast was good.
"An Extraordinary Hotel"
The room was more than we had expected, neat clean spacious and very well soundproofed from the vibrant life of the location. The front desk was so helpful you want to take them on tour with you. They provided info on using the public transportation system and were always friendly and very accommodating. The Hotel is half way between the Trevi Fountain […] and the Pantheon (a five minute walk at the most) and about a ten minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Three minutes to a convenient bus stop for the Vatican, Catacombs and Coliseum area. Get instructions and map from the Front desk. We bought Roma passes which gave us good value for entrance into the Coliseum, Forum, Borghese Museum and three days on the bus and train system. Another great feature of our stay was the very elegant continental breakfast that is served for extended morning hours. We would not hesitate to recommend The Cesari (pronounced Chesarie) to anyone and will stay there again if we ever get back to Roma. Continua a leggere
"Ideal Location"
The hotel was very pleasant as were the staff. Ideal location for visiting all the attractions and only a 10 minute walk from the nearest Metro. Should my wife and I ever return to Rome we would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

I booked this hotel primarily for the location and price and was prepared to sacrifice on amenities and services. From the moment I entered the hotel, the cleanliness and quality of service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and air-conditioned (a must in 35 degree heat) and had majority of usual room features. Only thing missing was an […] iron - I wasn't gonna pay 4euro to get a 2euro tshirt ironed. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help - remembering your face after a day or two was a nice touch - a benefit of a small hotel. Breakfast was good quality and the open air terrace was a unique feature. Hotel Location couldn't be better - 2 min walk from the Pantheon - and is a great base in the city if you wish to take a break to refresh during the day. Due to its location, you'll have to accept some street noise from the busy restaurants below but it generally quietened down after midnight and didn't impact on sleep. My new bride and I stayed at the Albergo Cesari for 6 nights over a two week period during our honeymoon and we definitely made the right decision to stay at the hotel, which had been recommended to me by my parents. The location is simply perfect, a few blocks from the Pantheon in the center of the historic part of the city. We stayed in three different […] rooms in total and each room was subtantially different. Since the hotel dates form the 1700's, the rooms are not uniform like a modern hotel. Therefore, it's impossible to know exactly what you're getting when you make a reservation. However, while some rooms were bigger than others, all were clean and air conditioned and well worth the price. The only negatives were that all three shower/baths needed work--either leaky or with drain problems. The staff was cheerful and helpful. While pricey, the hotel's location made it worth the money. The staff was very kind and the room were large by European standards. "So Central"
This hotel is about 5 mins from Trevi Fountain and is so central. The staff were just brilliant and I would recommend getting the taxi back to the airport. The staff at the hotel could not do enough for us. Breakfast was brilliant.

Sijainti oli erinomainen - sijaitsi vilkkaiden kävelykatujen alueella. Silti edullinen ja rauhallinen. Ei luksusta, mutta hyvä vaihtoehto yöpymiseen, ystävällinen palvelu. Voisimme yöpyä toistekin.

Nydelig lite hotell med hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Utmerket rengjøring, luksus med daglig skifte av håndklær og putevar. Fabelaktig beliggenhet på nydelige Piazza di Pietra. Vi kommer absolutt tilbake hit!

Die Lage kann wohl kaum besser sein. Praktisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur für ein gutes Restaurant muss man wohl etwas weiter entfernt suchen, weil es in der Umgebung nur völlig überteuerte und schlechte Touristenlokale gibt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war kein/kaum Lärm in der Nacht zu bemerken. Das Frühstück im Hotel war gut. […] Das Zimmer eigentlich schön, aber extrem abgewohnt. Har precis spenderat 2 nätter på Albergo. Hotellet har perfekt läge för att promenera till allt. Kan inte bli bättre. Dock var standarden bara så där. Sängarna var extremt hårda och obekväma, frukosten var ganska söt och enformig. Dock var takterassen helt underbar. Personalen på hotellet var service minded och hjälpsamma. Vi fick byta rum till andra […] natten eftersom toaletten läktevatten och det luktade avlopp i hela rummet. Nästa rum var bättre med fungerande toa. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat alles, was man für einen Stadtaufenthalt benötigt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, die Bäder allerdings renovierungs be- dürftig; das Personal ist seht freundlich und hilfsbereit; das Frühstück i. O.. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen!

un accueil chaleureux la chambre 18 offre une vue magnifique sur les colonnes d'Hadrien le petit déjeuner, qui est copieux, peut se prendre en terrasse La chambre est très confortable et les petites attentions envers les clients sont appréciables, peignoir, pantouffles, rasoir, mousse à raser, gant de crin, lotion pour le visage, peignes, dentifrice, […] brosses à dents, gel douche, shampoing..... Super Lage aber eher laut, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück gut. Das Zimmer war extrem klein und das Bad mehr als renovierungsbedürftig.

Nyss hemkommen från Rom och 5 dagars boende på Albergo Cesari. Är super nöjd med valet av boendet, det är nära till allt! Inom en radie på 20 min så ser man istortsätt allt, Coloseum, Vatikanen mm. Inom ca 3 min ligger Fontana di Trevi. Väldigt trevlig personal och fräscht rum. Mycket att välja på frukosten. En mysig takterass. Ja, är super nöjd!

gerçekten mevkii olarak çok ama çok başarılı bir otel yanıbaşınız Panteon, karşı sokaktan 10 dakika aşk çeşmesi, ana caddeden 15 dk Pigna, pigna'dan Kolezyum'u izleyerek yürümek 10 dk yani kısaca lokasyon olarak mükemmel bir otel, personle keza çok güleryüzlü ve yarıma hazır, ingilizceleri fena değil, kahvaltı süper teras muhteşem, tek sorun fincanların […] deliğinden parmak geçmemesi bu yüzden elimi haşladım :( ama olsun Roma merkezde kalınabilecek en güzel otel.. heryere çok yakın, inanaın size ev konforu sunuyor... Perfekt beliggenhet mellom Trevi-fontenen og Pantheon. Ny og fin takterrasse hvor frokosten ble servert. Lite men hyggelig rom med alt det nødvendige somf.eks klimaanlegg og safe.utmerket renhold, og hjelpsomme og hyggelige folk i resepsjonen. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit, og har allerede anbefalt hotellet til andre.

Vi har hatt 4 herlige dager på Albergo Cecari. Hyggelig personale, flott takterasse, god mat og fantastisk sentral beliggenhet. Midt i smørøyet med gangavstand til alle de store attraksjonene! Anbefales!
