L'hotel è molto carino, vicinissimo all'Universal studio (per il quale forniscono un pullman molto comodo). Pulito, camere molto spaziose, caffè e tè 24 su 24. La colazione è insuperabile (caffè,the,latte,succhi,hamburger, uova, bacon, pane e dolci,waffles,e frutta a volontà).Personale disponibile. Palestra piccola ma attrezzata. Wi-fi in tutte le camere e spazi comuni, lavanderia e un ampio parcheggio. Spero di tornarci presto!!! Paola e Andrea Roma

Servizio di navetta con partenza ogni 30 minuti per tuttii parchi disney anche se in realtà ce ne sono di più. Sarebbe bene indicare gli orari di partenza esatti in quanto sono abb approssimativi. Le stanze sono belle e pulite. Belle piscine, sul lago spiaggia con amache e sdraie. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la consegna dei bagagli arrivati con oltre un'ora di ritardo in camera dopo ripetuti solleciti.

L'Hotel si trova nei pressi dell'entrata dei maggiorni parchi di Orlando, quindi in ottima posizione. Ha una piscina con scivolo adatta ai bambini. There is an abandoned hotel next door, for a start. It just made me feel uneasy, although the surrounding area is much better than any hotel on I-92. While we were only staying for a night, we were disappointed to find the rug coming apart from the wall. Also, the bathroom looked messy and the bed looked "sat on"... For the same amount of money, we […] could have stayed at a value Disney hotel and at least saved $14 by taking Disney transportation to the parks. The free continental breakfast was the worst we have ever had at any other Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. We wouldn't complain about the furniture not matching, but the rusty bathtub and musty smell sent our experience downhill. For the price, stay at Pop Century or similar at Disney... If your an adult couple traveling alone, both options will still be surrounded by lots and lots of children... but at least at the latter you have that Disney customer service experience. The best part of this hotel was the breakfast. They offered hot items along with the standard bagels, yogurt. We stayed here for 3 days for our Disney vacation and liked it. There were a few little quirks, no towels and a leaky faucet, but they took care of that right away! It is an older hotel, but the rooms were a good size, and there was a balcony, but it looked onto the roof. I was not at all satisfied. When my kids and I returned from Disney World at 10:30 PM, the housekeeping had not cleaned our room. We didn't have towels, soap, toilet paper, and the garbage wasn't taken away. The next day, we complained to the manager which promised to take care of the problem and was so sorry for what happened, but the same story happened […] again for the second day. When we came back the second day, they had only fixed the beds, the clean towels were left on top of the sink, there was no soap to wash our hands, no coffee, and they didn't vacuum the room. We waited 20 minutes in line to check in at 11pm at night with a 2yr old after a 3hr car ride with 1 person in front of me when I walked in. Housekeeping started vacuuming the halls around 7:45am Saturday morning. The Wi-Fi didn't work from my room for my laptop or IPad. My daughter found trash under the drapes. BUT: Breakfast was nice. While our rooms A/C units worked well, the hall ways had NO A/C. We were told they were waiting for a part to repair the unit. The pool was GROSS and broken. "Not what the picture shows at all!"
Pulling up there were lights on the building that were burned out. The lobby was fine and the breakfast area was the most ample one I have seen. We had a petrified bug smooshed on the back of our door, the room was dated and the bathroom really small. We normally really like HI Express and I booked this one based on the pool. The first night we were […] told the slide was down but the pool was open. At breakfast maintenance was roping the pool off - closed. That was the final straw. This hotel is run down and in need of renovations. The pool looks like a swamp with chipping paint. I have no idea when the photos were taken, but they must be OLD!!! We looked in the hot tub and it looked as if someone dumped sand into the bottom. The location is great. It is near shopping and restaurants. We stayed 1 night - checking out early of a planned 4 night stay. We have a 5 and a 6 year old and no pool did us in. They did have a deal with the hotel across the road to use their pool but with 2 kids and pool stuff crossing a busy street was not going to work for us. "Will not return"
The bathroom walls had mold on it. The beds very uncomfortable. The lightening was to dark in room. No lobby help to take luggage up. Luggage cart was in bad shape. This hotel needs an overhaul. Def paid to much for this hotel. Will not be returningRecensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

"Good Hotel, but bad experience."
I arrived at 1:00 am after a hole day in Magic Kingdom. In the front desk they assigned me room 528 when I open the door the room was dirty, tv on, bed not done, towels in the bed; so I ask for a change of room and they told me to wait until someone clean the room. I was upset because I have 3 kids and I was carry one of them, then maintenance man came […] and onece I seriously requested other room they send me to 310, just before open the door, the maintenance man received instructions by radio to switch to room 107, so we finaly get a clean room, but when I tryed to use the phone to tell my friends about the changes the phone didn't work and they were unable to fixed. "Not a good stay"
Service was terrible. Key wouldn't work and the front desk acted like we didn't know what we were doing. Maintenance guy had to come let us in. Bed was missing blankets and parking lot not very well lit. Elevator noise in our room kept us awake.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

"Mommy and daddy time"
My husband and I went to Disney for a few days without our little ones. The pool looked amazing, and the location is great! Def going to stay again and bring the kids next time. Also, the staff were great :)Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Gross bathroom"
Shower soap holder was on the tub when we checked into our room. The wall was exposed. They came in and repaired it and covered it with plastic and tape. They left shoe prints in our tub and pieces of the wall, they never cleaned the shower after repairing it. The next morning when I was going to shower, I turned on the shower and the water came out […] orange for a good minute. It was disgusting ! Thankfully it was our last day, we were leaving that morning. Needless to say we couldn't shower. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it! "make sure you request room away from elevator!"
OMG we got a room by the elevator and it was awful after 2 hrs if listening to it go up and down we called the front desk. They have no ear plugs to offer and when asked if there was another room to move to they said they would need to check and call us back. After about 10 min they did call w a new room but seriously this is a problem...no apology […] about the inconvenience and they don't even have ear plugs to offer guests when obviously this is a huge issue for people.
