WE WERE THERE FOR OUR SON'S BASKETBALL JAMBOREE AND IT WAS ON THE SAME WEEKEND AS HIS 9TH BIRTHDAY = THE STAFF WERE KIND ENOUGH TO LET US USE THE BREAKFAST AREA TO HAVE CAKE WITH HIS TEAM MATES0 AND THEIR FAMILIES THAT EVENING - IT MADE HIS DAY EXTRA SPECIAL - THANKS FOR EVERYTHING
"Fabulous value * great pool"
When travelling with three kids the most important aspect of a hotel for us is the quality of the pool. Although the pool is not overly large, it is extremely clean, well maintained and the ventilation is the best I've experienced. "Good, but ask for a room away from the children"
I was pleased that we chose this location. I just found it a little noisy in the morning as the children were going to and from breakfast.

I like this location and the room was roomy and clean, but I was up all night with the air cutting in and out.... it was either too cold or too hot and everytime the air cut in it was so loud it wok me up. So in the end I got no sleep at all .

"Right next to Tim Horton's"
Simple, comfortable hotel with friendly service. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful to tell us where to go downtown. Good breakfast with eggs, toast/bread, coffee/tea.

"Sofa bed not really suitable for teenagers"
Hotel was OK but sofa bed not comfortable for two teenagers. Breakfast was fine.

Overall this was a great hotel- friendly, helpful staff; clean, comfortable rooms; close to all the places I wanted to visit; nice clean pool and hot tub!! The only thing I could have done without is the few ants I found in my room! I'd definately go back and recommend it to others!!
Hotel room was very satisfactory, quiet and comfortable. Terrific variety at breakfast. Would have preferred ceramic coffee mugs and plates along with metal utensils rather that styrofoam and plastic. It's all about being green.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The free hot breakfast gave many choices, pancakes, eggs, bacon, ham, and many more. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will be back again.

Good hotel and very close to all shopping areas in the greater Halifax area and not right in the city which is a plus.
"Recommended to anyone needing a Dartmouth stay"
This hotel was nice and quiet with a great bed and very good check-in staff. It is near a gas station and a Tim Horton's but further from the airport than we would have thought (25 minutes very early in the morning through a wicked rainstorm).

Breakfast was outstanding. Hotel had trouble with towels. Not enough in the room or at the pool. All in all, minor inconvenience.
