For the price of the hotel it was very run down, the pool was very small, we had to call the front desk to have the manager break up a party that was going on right outside our door. "Out of town but nice location"
The hotel room looked as if it had recently had some remodeling of walls, and carpeting done. The pool was small, but out of downtown location was preferred by us :) The people at the front desk were absolutely WONDERFUL!!! They accommodated our needs very well. "Barely bearable"
The stay was ok for one night. Even though we requested a non smoking room the smell was evident that it was smoked in. However the worst smell came I. Through the bathroom as if it was coming from the room upstairs. We ran the air conditioner all night despite the cold outside. The room was warm and humid. There was no parking spot available near our […] room. The upstairs room appeared to be having a party or get together so it was noisy, smoky, and drunken. The beds were comfortable however, room was for the most part ran except he microwave had food splatter. I will spend the extra 20 dollars next time for the holiday inn. Polite, honest staff my husband left his phone hk returned it. My son had a virus and got sick at checkout. They were so nice wishing him well and cleaned up the mess no prob. We stopped for a quick overnight stay in route to Flordia. The Motel is older and shows somewhat on the building itself however the rooms are very clean. The furniture and bedding was new and pillows were new and comfortable which is a big deal to us. It was a great location if you want to visit downtown Chattanooga. Stay was very nice overall. Took the family up to Chattanooga for just a night and this was a great place for the night. Staff was very nice and courteous. room was more than adequate. The hotel was fairly average. The front desk people were very nice and when I had a problem getting the light between the beds to come on they responded immediately and got it fixed. The bed was very soft and difficult for me to sleep in it. Over all the room was OK. It was pretty clean. My family and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to Chattanooga. The Hotel met our needs. Just about everything was new in the room as they were continuing to remodel even during our stay. So everything looks new. They need step up on the breakfast though. You have to position yourself on the bed correctly.
