Offre più di quel che credevo, anche se il parcheggio e la navetta per l'aeroporto sono i punti deboli. Ma se si è a piedi è perfetto. Alla reception Anisa è molto helpful e in generale sono molto disponibili

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 9 gen 2013Sito nella zona di LaJolla,che andrebbe visitata,questo Hotel dispone di camere grandi e ben pulite.Nel complesso non potrei lamentarmi se non della rumorosita delle camera che con finestre oramai datate (dispongono di un solo vetro) mi hanno privato di un sonno tranquillo(la finestra dava sul parcheggio).Concludendo,non mi sentirei affatto di sconsigliare questo Hotel.Probabilmente ci tornerei.

"Un assaggio di California"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 11 set 2012Alla reception 2 signore salutano con un mega sorriso ed un “benvenuti in California”, e ti aprono le porta al loro piccolo hotel su 2 piani. A prima vista sembra un motel, ma al suo interno racchiude un angolo di verde e di pace che ti fa sentire come su una piccola collina al di fuori della città. Semplice e pulito, è un ottimo punto di partenza per girare la città e raggiungere le spiagge.

"Bad service ruined our trip"
The moment we checked in things went down hill. To start our clerk informed us that we needed to pay $8 a night to park at the hotel.Within a 5 mile strip of highway 8 there has to be at least 50 hotels. I chose their hotel and they thank me by charging me to park. I asked what my other options were and the Clerk rudely answered " you can park in the […] street". Moving on we started to ask about good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. She said she was new and didn't know the area. Fair enough but what upset me was that the manager was there the entire time and did not step in at all to help. That night we went to sleep around 11. For the next 3 hours there was constant door banging from the stairwell and the room above us. We got zero sleep. Finally at 2am we went to the front desk to request a room change. I politely explained the problem and the clerk looked up the room above us. She quickly said that the people should be asleep and she had no rooms. That was it. The next am we packed our bags and went to the front desk to demand a room change or check out. The morning clerk Samer was VERY helpful. He apologized, switched us to the third floor and saved our trip. We were exhausted all day but thanks to Samer we could at least try to enjoy our day rather than search for a new hotel. The rest of the trip customer service continued to decline after Samer left. If customer service was decent I would have given this hotel a much higher score. We are not picky people...a clean, convenient and affordable place to stay was all we needed and comfort suites ticked all those boxes. We traveled with 3 small children so it was nice to have a bigger space and a second tv! "Children run the halls and pool"
This hotel was a major disappointment! Will not be back! The woman at check in never smiled once, their is very limited parking considering they charge you $8 for it. Once checked in we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room and the entire way to the room children were all we saw not one adult and they were all running around yelling and […] loud- the pool was also packed with them! I have 3 kids myself and they were surprised at how this place was run! Once we got our room with a sleeper sofa it did not work so we had to switch rooms which was so inconvenient going all way back downstairs to the lobby then back up just a few rooms from last room! Once we checked into room we left for dinner and toy surprise outside of one room was a group of adults about six of them they decided to make the walkway outside of their room their own area by setting up chairs with several packs of beer so they could "watch" their children from the hall balcony at the pool! This place was so ghetto I felt like I was just in a bad neighborhood and made a wrong turn, management was basically overrun by these ratchet people!!!! OK hotel but ,they do charge for parking, older fixtures and fittings but clean and tidy, breakfast was good with reasonable sitting space. Nice patio area, but the pool did not open until 9am which was a little late if you were going out for the day. "Nightmare"
Worst nightmare of my life me and my wife traveled to San Diego thinking we will have a wonderful vacation. This hotel ruined it. The hotel forgot to clean my room one night and would have forgotten the following night if I hadn't gone down to the front desk at 4PM to remind them. The toilet overflowed. I called the front desk. The person who arrived was middle eastern who knew no English. First, he brought toilet paper. After I made hand motions (needing a plunger), he brought me a toilet bowl brush! (AS IF I WAS SUPPOSED TO CLEAN THE TOILET MYSELF). I grabbed his walky talky and told the person I needed a plunger. The staff was horrible, the outside door didn't work, the heater/ac unit made a LOT of noise. The food wasn't that great, the refrigerator is old and freezes your items. It was nice to have a suite for our 4-night stay, i.e. a couch and chair with some separation from the area where the bed is located. Having said that, our suite was a small as it could be and still be a suite. We liked that the hotel was very quiet. "Comfortable and Priced Right"
Comfortable, well layed out room. Living area in front, followed by bedroom, then bathroom. Enough space for 4 of us (one baby), comfortably. Breakfast okay. Friendly staff. Beds comfortable, but bring your own pillow!! Pillows were very small. Throw pillow size! But I visit San Diego often for vacation and business. "Did the job"
The rooms were clean enough (didn't feel gross) but could use some TLC - grout cracking, dust bunnies in the corners. The cost was reasonable and the location convenient for our weekend plans. "Nice place for a little family"
Took my family of four for the weekend, wife, 4 yr old and a 2yr old. Nice and clean hotel grounds. Rooms are a little older and small but was a nice place to stay for a weekend trip. We stayed in the family suite and my 4yr old loved his own little room with bunk beds and his own tv. "Good hotel for families."
There were a couple of maintenance items that needed attention in our room ...... no tv remote, phone was not connected, diverter from tub to shower very hard to use........but they were taken care of immediately after I notified the desk.
