L'albergo è pulito e comodo ma veramente distante dal centro di Istanbul che è raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici in un'ora circa

L'hotel è effettivamente un 5 stelle, con buoni servizi e staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Non è in centro ma a ca 500 metri c'e la fermata dell'autobus che portava in centro a kabatash da dove partiva il tram per la parte storica di istanbul. Senza il traffico in ca 15 minuti si è nel centro . Nei dintorni dell'hotel non c'e molto ma ci sono ristoranti […] dove si mangia bene a prezzi accessibili. L'hotel ha un centro benessere bello che è compreso nel prezzo. Le colazioni sono usufruibili fino a tarda mattinata e all'altezza dei 5 stelle. Le camere nn sono molto grandi ma ben arredate e molto pulite. Se dovessi tornare a istanbul ritornerei ai dedeman hotel. Unico consiglio non utilizzare la metro dal centro verso l'hotel perche la fermata della metro dista almeno due kilometri dall'hotel, Continua a leggere

Excellent location, good hotel service. It had free car park. Where hotel located it was so easy to acces every part off the city. It was like 1/2 km to all night life and also so local to great shopping malls. I would recommend to every one to stay at Dedeman.

My reservation was for an executive room; but when I arrived, I was given a tiny twin-bed regular room. When I told them that my reservation was for a king-size executive room with a chance of an upgrade - since I have an Elite Plus membership with Expedia through which I made my reservation - they moved me to another tiny king-size regular room. Finally, […] after going back and forth, they confirmed that my reservation was indeed for an executive room, they moved me to another tiny king size executive room with no bath (just a shower) and no upgrade! The room was very hot! They resolved this issue by bringing me a fan. So, I kept the AC off, the window open and fan on! What made my short stay "Pleasing" was the Hotel Staff! The fitness is to cold. If one sweat , the cold air will possible health issue (A COLD). The gyn is to sweat so should not hvae below temp.

The Hotel was clean and tidy, It hink it is mainly for Business Travellers but the staff was always smiling and pleasent to the children. We did have a problem one day with the condition of the bath water due to maintenace work but the reception tried to pass it off that the water in Istanbul sometimes gives them a problem. tiny room, overly expensive, poor facilities....I travel the world constantly and the worst value for money hotel I have ever stayed in BAR NONE. Only good thing, valet parking was very good!

The hotel is modern and luxurious, but the location is not the best specially if you intend to visit the Golden Horn, the Bosphore, or Marmara sea. Some issues with the restroom and the bed linen. This hotel is wrongly classified as being a 5* one. Although rooms are clean, they are old and in horrible colours, they have wallpaper everywhere and it's stained. No complimentary coffee and tea in the room unless you specifically request them...what kind of complimentary service is that? Either you offer it to the guest or you don't. You don't ask […] the guest to request it! and the lighting in the room is very bad. Not enough light definitelly. The net works so and so, The air conditioning works horribly. I was given a smoking room, although I always mark non-smoking. Never stayed in one, but it is horrible. Took it because initially was told no non-smoking room available. After two hours and a phone-call one was available, which found very weird. Oh, the elevators look old as well. It needs a change this hotel. Otherwise, the staff are very nice. The hotel is not conveniently located. Our room was very small and the shower and many problems. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean, but overall I would rate the hotel as a 3.5 star facility. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

bad stinky noisy tiny and we had a superior room the wakeup cal is a school playground ful of kids no point asking for a non smoking room the entire place smells foul make sure you do your homework if you are travelling to Istanbul for the first time

We would strongly recommend the assistance of the lady responsible for Guest Relations. She was terrific in helping us over every aspect of our stay. She always advised us in respect of the right restaurant, shop, location and much more. The staff was well trained and the rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel with good sized rooms. Only problems were: the ac was useless making the room far too hot. We had to open the window which can be a problem with a child in the room. The minibar fridge was also faulty and not cooling. These problems were reported but not resolved. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are way too small, there is a luggage stand but there is no place to put it, because the space between the end of the bed and the wall is less than half a meter. There should be a standard room size for a hotel to be considered a 5 stars hotel. Breakfast was good and the room was clean but very very small.

Overall, the hotel was good. Located like 500m from the Metro station, but if it is windy + raining, you will go under rain showers (so shopping will not be a leisure unless you used taxis). Receptionists were not all good (some had problems in language, and some had problems in dealing with people in fact !!). Breakfast was above average, didn't like […] though that omlettes and scrambled eggs weren't served directly (you have to ask the waiter for them). Pool & Gym were fine, but don't forget your hair cap or you will need to buy one :). Room was fine, but the TV only provided Turkish speaking channels, except for one news channel that I was watching because it was English. Toilets, safe and some furniture were bit old, but nice and usable so no problem with them. Finally, if you are off to Istanbul for shopping/tourism, the area of this hotel is not the best one for you (it's not near from touristic areas), however, overall it was fine for me because of my business trip and the metro made accessing everywhere easy (as long as the weather was fine). Most employees, while always professional and courteous, lacked the warmth and eagerness to please the guests. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke when we walked in. Very disappointed. Not centrally located as claimed, very poor customer service. No Turkish charm. VERY NOISY. Air conditioning non functional. If you want to use the pool take a swimming cap unless you want to pay a further 5 euros! NOT FOR TOURISTS. Poor .... We will not be going back and urge you not to waste your money!

Comparison to other 5 star hotels in the region, this is the most affordable one. It is in a prime location and have easy access to many major spots. They have a good size GYM and swimming pool. Open buffet breakfast is included with several tasty options. The hotel staff is very helpful.

This is a good and very clean hotel ideal for business travellers. The rooms are large if dark and free internet access is welcomed. The location is not ideal for the tourist especially if on a short weekend break as you will need to use taxis to get to the metro or Bosphorus. Bon séjour, hôtel en ville quartier besiktas pas loin, centre commercial à 10 min à pied, bons restaurants sous l'hotel et à côté. Chambres petites, problème de ventilation, bruyante, manque d'air frais, lit pas très confortable. Prix trop élevé pour ce standing. Il faut revoir le management. Petit déjeuner fade et toujours le même.

Sehr gutes Hotel, das Personal ist absolut freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffee ist reichhaltig -- hier findet wirklich jeder etwas. Nur könnte das Personal an der Rezeption etwas informierter über die nähere Umgebung in Istanbul sein. Wir haben mehrmals nachgefragt, wie man zu relativ bekannten Plätzen kommt und haben nur verwirrende bzw. falsche Auskünfte […] bekommen. Schade eigentlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung. Der im INternet angegebene Ortsteil ist verkehrt, aber noch akzeptabel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Die Zimmer werden zwar täglich gereinigt, aber sind dennoch nicht sehr sauber! In den Ecken lagen Krümel und der Boden hatte einen verdreckten Teppich. Das liegt vielleicht auch daran, dass seit […] vielen Jahren nichts in den Zimmern gemacht renoviert wurde. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel reicht es leider nicht aus.
