Ottimo, ottimo ed ottimo. In mezzo tra l'Arena e Piazza delle Erbe, vicino a tanti negozi e ristoranti, il personale molto gentile e le camere pulitissime. Complimenti.

Gentilissimi alla reception...camera bella pulita il bagno pure.L'albergo centralissimo e molto vicino a tutto...abbiamo lasciato la macchina nel garage del hotel e girato a piedi...Molto bello!!!

Staff really helpful. Parking is 500 meters away from hotel and one member from staff will guide you there and back anytime needed. Staff is extra kind, ready to help on everything, from shop location to general directions.

Hotel in pieno centro ma facilmente raggiungibile in auto con comodo parcheggio privato. Molto accogliente e ben curato camere pulite e confortevoli. Sicuramente da consigliare sia per viaggi d'affari che di piacere

This hotel got great marks! We told them we were coming for a special getaway weekend, and they upgraded us to one of their nicest rooms because it was available for that night. Beautiful! The only complaint we had was that the room smelled like smoke, but they promptly sent a chambermaid to the room with Fabreeze, and our stay was comfortable after […] that. The hotel's situated in the downtown area with lots of restaurants, shops, and sites (to include Juliet's balcony) nearby. When we had to checkout but still planned to sightsee, the hotel let us keep our bags there and ensured our valuables were in a safer place. Customer service was always outstanding. Free breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Convenient 5 minute (10 euro) taxi ride from the train station. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Continua a leggere

The Accademia is superbly placed and only a few minutes walk to the Piazza Erbe and the Arena. The only improvement would have been tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The reception staff were both friendly & helpful. Good choice at breakfast except for hot items as there was only scrambled egg and frankfurters. I only grip I can lay on this hotel was the air conditioning - it didn't work & was very warm and made the room uncomfortable. The hotel staff were aware of the problem but assured me they would turn it off but in facted didn't!

Great location, beds, staff and dining room. Loved the quaintness of the bar which was a little outdated, yet perfectly charming. Buffet breakfast was impressive for an included continental breakfast. Would not stay any where else while in Verona. Perfect.

We picked this hotel because of its location and that is as central as you can get in Verona. However the friendly service at this hotel was also fantastic. The only reason I've given 4 rather than five for cleanliness is that there was a white bit of plastic inside the bathroom door - it had been cleaned away by the next day.

We arrived by train, and a taxi from the station to the hotel was only 10 euros, quick trip. We were a little early and check in was no problem. Our room was nice and clean, with a little view of the street below. It was in a great location for walking around the city. Hotel Accademia is a beautiful hotel right in the middle of Verona, very close to all the main tourist sites. The included breakfast is good and the personnel is really nice and helpful. We were there for Christmas and received a Pandoro as a present, very nice and delicious detail !!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My boyfriend and I were traveling though Europe for a month and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at regarding customer service. They had umbrellas for all the guests when it rained, it was very clean, comfortable, and a perfect location. It was right near the market, the stores, everything is 5 mins […] walking. The restaurant that is attached is HIGHLY recommended. You will experience the BEST service and the best tasting food. You can tell they enjoy their job and boy are they good at it! We had a large spacious well equipped room only criticism if any - was no tea or coffee making facilities but breakfast more than made up for it. Plentiful buffet with so much choice lovely scrambled eggs with ham/sausage and lare selection of cereals, cheeses, fruit ,cakes, toast and juices and a waiter on hand at all times replenishing coffee/tea […] and constantly replenishing the buffet bar. Hotel was close to everything so nothing ever too far away. 25 minute walk from Verona station but only 10 euros in a cab if you dont want to walk. Verona train station is such a hub only there 5 days but managed to see Venice and Lake Garda too. Perfect. Will definitely go back. : ) Continua a leggere

The hotel is clean and efficiently run; quite Germanic in style ( at least in contrast to Firenze where we had just stayed). The only thing that let it down was the restaurant where we ate on the first night - the food was quite disappointing, certainly given the prices charged. Having said that, the breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge choice […] of different foods. Great location and walking distance to all the attractions. Not walking distance to the train station, but taxi is only about 10 Euros. Loved the roomy and updated bathroom. Refreshments and munchies at the lobby in the afternoon is a plus. Lobby is also elegant with beautiful orchids. Breakfast has good selection. Service overall is great. Will stay […] here again. Stayed here for 4 nights in early September 2011 with my partner. The hotel had been recommended by friends, a recommendation that was fully warranted. Excellent location in the heart of "old" Verona, great room, very good rates for a four-star hotel, very good breakfast and overall facilities, including free internet access. We arrived to verona by train. We took a taxi from train station and it was about 12 euros. It was pretty far from the station, but close to all things touristy- shops and attractons. We arrived and the hotel was clean and everyone was really nice/helpful and spoke english. The hotel bar was comfortable, but closed at midnight. We were allowed to stay […] as long as we liked though. The hotel recommended a restaurant a few blocks away. Obviously a tourist restaurant, but it was good. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet. Once we had someone show us how to use the air conditioning controls, it worked great. The shower was great, with three heads! My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Accademia in Verona, Italy. We were only able to stay for one night, but enjoyed the hotel. It is located in the heart of the old city and has a great location. The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel, even with a GPS, since there are many […] small and one way streets in the area. Once we got to the hotel, we were very happy with it and the location. Three fantastic days in verona, this hotel is superbly located for the open air opera festival at the Arena. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Veronna

Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Friendly and helpful staff made us most welcome. Single rooms were larger than the norm and were kept exceptionally clean. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices. Hotel is well situated for all attractions. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was lovely, really central to all the main sites and only a couple of minutes away from the arena and juliets house. The room was spotlessly clean and an honurable mention must go to the breakfast which was great with a wide selection to choose from. My only niggle is that we booked a room for 3 adults sharing and given the price we paid […] for the room we were slightly disappointed to have 2 single beds and a sofa bed - apart from that no cause for complaint. The hotel is located in downtown Verona in an upscale area. The hotel is just off the main strip, giving you easy access to all the local attractions. Verona is a very walkable city, and all of the major sites could be reached within at most 15 minutes. Try to get a room closer to the entry of the hotel as there could be a significant walk to your room […] otherwise. The rooms were well appointed. The daily breakfast was excellent quality. This hotel is located in the middle of everything, in the heart of Verona. The service is very good, the room is clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience is that leaving the elevator you have to walk some stairs and it might be inconvenient for someone with disabilities.

Impeccable service and lovely hotel, very conveniently located between Piazza Bra and Piazza delle Erbe and with the main pedestrian shopping street right on the doorstep. Hotel was a good 4* and the position could not be more convenient right in the centre of Verona just of the main shopping street and close to the main sights.

Excellent central position, fiendly staff and excellent room service. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was large and clearly had been renovated recently. The bathroom was very large by european standards including a tub with jets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent in the heart of the old city, close to major attractions. Price was very reasonable. Only two caveats, […] in the high tourist season I expect the area around the hotel would be extremely busy. Second there are a lot of steps between the elevator and our room and at the entrance to our room. Not really a problem but could be a concern for seniors and definitely a reason to use a bellman if you have heavy suitcases. Continua a leggere

Absolutely could not wait to write this review for an outstanding Hotel and fantastic staff. The only drawback to writing a positive review is that I may not be able to reserve a room the next time we visit Verona if too many people book here. The hotel was well positioned in the old part of Verona. The rooms were quite good and the bathrooms excellent by old european standards. We never ate at the restaurant but breakfast was substantial with plenty of options. Communication with all staff was easy and the front reception was always helpful.

Fantastic hotel, great service, awesome location.

A warm welcome from friendly staff, a comfortable, clean and spacious room with a large bathroom. Excellent location in the old part of town, near the Arena and in the small, pretty shopping streets. We found it to be a perfect location, which meant it was a handy retreat when we needed to 'pop' back to the hotel for something. Very warm rooms with […] comfortable beds, fresh bedding and a turn-down service. The breakfast was much better than we had imagined-a great choice of foods-something for everyone. We are truly fussy travellers and we expect high standards, we certainly weren't disappointed with the Accademia. We will return in the Spring/Summer to see an opera in the Arena.
