i have stayed here on many occasions. i absolutely enjoy my time here. the staff and hotel are top notch. and location could not be better... so please dont stay here... i may want to be staying at the same time and dont wanna miss my room... sorry.. had to make a joke.. very highly recommend this hotel

"Space, but needs a facelift"
Originally from Erie, we needed a refrigerator for some good ole fashioned food like Smiths and pepperoni balls to bring back which is why we went for the suite. We also liked the fact that a bar and restaurant were attached. The room was spacious, but that's about it. The couch had tears that were sewn together, there were water stains throughout the […] bathroom ceiling. It was convenient being on upper Peach, but for the money, the place needs a renovation. The construction going on at the time of our stay was not the perfect hotel experience but all in all it was very comfortable and the staff very helpful and pleasant.

"Great stay, with some problems"
My over-all experience was positive. My family had a great time. The pool was nice and convenient. The hotel itself had a pretty dim, musty odor and scent to it. It wasn't in the best condition. The room was clean, but a little gross. The ceiling had water spots on it, the wallpaper was peeling, and the walls in the bathroom had cracks on them. The hotel is for young famlies since there is an indoor Water Park adjcent to the hotel. If you are looking for a quieter atmosphere, go elsewhere.

This was a nice hotel and I thought it would be family friendly. However, our stay was ruined by a loud group that occupied the suite next door and across the hall from us. The doors of the two rooms were wide open in the evening-night, there were adult men drinking beer in open containers and their children were in the halls making noise and mischief. […] We had hoped to sleep in the fold out couch in the living area, but there was no way we could with all the noise.
