unico neo del soggiorno? ero in macchina ed il parcheggio interno dell'albergo è tutt'altro che gratuito...18 euro la prima notte, 8 la seconda!! parcheggiare all'esterno è praticamente impossibile data l'assenza di posti auto gratuiti....per il resto, tutto assolutamente perfetto!!

Camera familiare molto spaziosa con 2 letti matrimoniali. Il bagno non era all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle. Il percorso per raggiungere la camera era piuttosto lungo e tortuoso (2 ascensori, lunghi corridoi di cui uno con una porta ad apertura comandata dalla chiave elettronica della camera). Very large family room with 2 double beds, The bathroom was not align with a 4 stars hotel. The path to reach the bedroom was rather long (2 lifts, long corridors of which one had a door driven by the bedroom key card).

Questo ampio spazio verde è l'ideale per sfuggire al traffico cittadino. D'estate è molto frequentato dagli abitanti della città, che vengono qui per passeggiare, andare sui pattini, prendere il sole, assistere a concerti gratuiti, a spettacoli di cantanti di strada e a intrattenimenti per bambini. Il Nederlands Filmmuseum è un cinema molto famoso (con grandi schermi gratuiti all'aperto d'estate) con un eccellente caffè ristorante. L'Hollandsche Manege è un incantevole edificio e sede della Scuola di equitazione olandese.

Hotel veramente da consigliare!! Posizione ottima,nel quartiere dei musei a due passi da tutti i musei e in un quartiere tranquillissimo a mezz'ora a piedi dal centro.L'hotel è particolare e molto pulito,camere comode e silenziose e il personale molto simpatico e disponibile.Di fronte all'hotel si trova la fermata del bus da e per l'areoporto (numero […] 197,4 euro la corsa,15 minuti di tragitto) e le fermate dei tram che portano in ogni luogo della città,quindi comodissima!!! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per posizione,struttura,pulizia,cortesia,comodità dei mezzi pubblici e da non trascurare...ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (anzi oserei dire piuttosto economico!). Hotel abbastanza pulito e in zona molto tranquillla. Purtroppo nella nostra stanza c'era la moquette. Il bagno però era pulito e carino. Non è un hotel eccezionale, ma come qualità-prezzo ci siamo (soprattutto per gli standard bassi di Amsterdam).

"Close to Van Gogh and Concert Hall"
Nice small hotel with great staff and ameneties. Did I say great staff? They were great! Very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Not just one of them, but all of them. My only complaint is that some of the rooms can be a bit noisy, but - very clean and comfortable. On the bus stop for the 197 airport bus and the 16/24/5 Trams, so easy to get anywhere. "Calm and convenient area"
Very satisfied with the room and the staff's service. The hotel is situated right next to a tram stop (5 mins to Leidseplein), and also along the bus route to and from Schiphol airport (30 mins). "Conscious Hotel was our first 'green' hotel."
My 14 yr. old son and I enjoyed our time in Amsterdam at the Conscious Hotel for two nights at the end of our two weeks visiting relatives and seeing Holland and Paris. My son was exhausted and a bit culture shocked so he just wanted to lay in bed watching TV and playing on his iPad. I rented a bike from the front desk and had a fabulous time biking […] all around Amsterdam, going to the Van Gogh museum and Rikjs Museum (easy walking distance from the hotel) and visiting some modern housing on the far side of town. (I'm an architect so I wanted to see them.) It was nice to know about the healthy aspects of the hotel and their efforts to to be conscious about their impact on the planet. There is a lovely living wall in the main entry/lobby, a garden (still bleak at this time of year) and apparently a roof garden. It would be nice if there was a place to stand to look at the roof garden, to encourage others to try it at home. The staff was relaxed and helpful. The hotel is situated a bit outside the city centre but there are several tram lines that pass close by and if you dont mind walking you can still reach most attractions in 5-30 min. The hotel is minimalistic and eco friendly. The rooms are basic, but very comfortable, roomy and clean. We stayed in a family type room with four beds. The room was large and would easily accommodate four people. The hotel staff was helpful with all our questions regarding tours and directions. The hotel was very close to public transportation, so it […] was easy to navigate around Amsterdam. There was also enough restaurants in the area. The only drawback to our stay was that our room was on the ground floor near the lobby desk. We could hear everything...people coming in at all hours of the night. Voices and footsteps were amplified because the lobby is not carpeted and the rooms are very close to the lobby. Plus breakfast in the lobby was served at 7 am, so again the lobby noise was easily heard in the ground floor rooms. Ask for a room on the upper floors. great location and neighborhood. just 10 min walk to van gogh museum, rijk museum and even bus to take us to/from the airport only 5 min walk. satisfied with the room size,amenities and cleanliness. outstanding FO staff , i recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel which delivers on location (if you're not looking for rowdy) and good size rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside was lack of kettle etc in the room (which we did know before) but overall, very good value for what we paid :-)

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Close to bus stop, walking distance to museums, very clean and organized room with a really nice bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. And the world's best pastry stand is just a block away!

Really great hotel near Museum Square. It's very no frills, which we appreciated because they cut things in order to be environmentally conscious--a breath of fresh air in the enormous waste of the hotel industry. The beds were fabulously comfortable and the lady at the front desk made us a FABULOUS dinner recommendation.

This hotel had the nicest staff I have ever encountered in Europe. I arrived at 8:00 am after a miserable long flight, and they found a room so I could check in early! They were very friendly, gave me great walking directions, and even printed my boarding passes when I left. They also gave me simple directions to the airport. The bus is only half a […] block away. Originally, i had gone all the way to the Central Station and back on the tram. No need. The red bus from the airport drops you just a few meters from the door.(Sorry, I don't know the bus number.) "best pillows and desk service on a trip to Europ"
The service at this hotel was stupendous. We arrived tired and weary at 8am and they were able to make up a room for us by 10am. While this is not always possible, they had our room ready with suitcases placed in it by the time we got back from a neighborhood search for large coffees (which you will only find at the local Starbucks). Never thought I would mention this kind of thing, but after staying at 3 more hotels later on in the trip, including a higher star hotel, we realized what a great night sleep we had gotten at this hotel. The location may be out of the way for some, but I chose this to be close to Vondelpark (I like to run). Turns out it was 2 blocks from a large grocery store, Albert Heijn, which we frequented every day. Close to the museums, a little away from the tourist area...we enjoyed it very much. Great location just a few minutes walk from major Amsterdam museums. Trams located just a couple blocks away. Room was clean, comfy bed. Only complaint was peeling wall paper in the room from water damage. Very reasonably priced for the market. Safe neighborhood, bordering residence so a little breske from tourist noise . very comfortable beds, choice of pillows, quiet, clean and practical accomodation; shower was good as well as quality soap/ shower gel. Staff were pleasant to deal with; they kept our luggage on the departure day + toilets available in the reception area; location was perfect for us, with galleries and concert hall on your doorstep, transport links […] are perfect, we did not have breakfast in the hotel but the concert hall's cafe was perfect for us so as the restaurant Pompa 5 min away from the concert hall. we were disappointed with the food on offer in the city center, therefore we were pleased with the area around the hotel, safe "bourggeois" type with amenieties to match. The hotel was very convenient to the two major art museums and the Concert-Gebouw concert hall. The nearby restaurants offered delicous food. The hotel was very comfortable.
"Good and friendly concierge"
I stayed the hotel while IBC. The lady and gentleman at the reception was quite friendly and keen to help, which was great for a first-time visitor like me. They even warned me about taxi fares.

"Good Hotel, Don't Stay on Ground Floor"
The hotel itself was good, nice and clean. We had a triple room on the bottom floor and we were woken up early and kept up late by the reception staff checking people in to all hours, and then banging the cutlery and plates down for breakfast. I think if you had a room on one of the other floors it would be a really good hotel. It is a long walk into […] town, but you can jump on the number 5 tram and it takes you into the centre. "Great hotel for the price"
My boyfriend and I are 26 & 24 so we wanted to stay somewhere that would be close to bar districts, coffee houses and reasonable distance to the red light district (sightseeing purposes only, haha). We found this hotel I believe the night before we arrived in Amsterdam from Barcelona. We loved the location as it was within walking distance (20 min max) […] to all the things we wanted to see! There is a nice bar/restaurant/coffee shop area about a 10 min walk away from the hotel. It felt very safe and there is someone at the front desk to let you in at night (building is secure) 24 hours a day. Very comfortable room. I would definitely stay here again. Continua a leggere
"A very basic no-frills hotel at a good location"
There was nothing particularly great about the hotel, but it wasn't bad either. It's just a very basic no-frills hotel with minimal facilities, but things were very clean and functional. Location-wise, it's pretty good, very convenient to/from the airport (bus no. 197) and trams (5, 16, 24) at Museumplein and Concertgebouw. (But then again, Amsterdam […] is a pretty compact and accessible city.) My only real complaint is that the rooms facing the street are plagued by a lot of street noise, especially if you are in the low floors (e.g. rooms 105 and 107). "Great location"
We spent 3 nights in this hotel. It's located at a very convenient location, just a walk from the Van Gogh Museum. We skipped a breakfast (recommended) as there are great breakfast places around. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. "Nice hotel, great staff, good quiet location"
This hotel gave us everything we expected except a Refrigerator. The staff was completely helpful always, Nice room and bathroom - although no refrigerator, good location if you want to stay away from the mess near the Red Light District. 16 Tram right at the corner to get around very easy. Super comfortable beds.

Bathroom soap dispenser empty. No air conditioning. I cannot recommend this hotel.
"Excellent location"
We stayed here for a few nights. The tram was a little walk away. The room was large and so was the bathroom. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we preferred to explore outside options. I would stay here again.
Enjoyable stay at a nice place. Would like more sound proofing (all hotels could use this). Loved the blackout curtains and very comfortable beds! Lovely staff. Thanks!

"Goede ligging in museumwijk in nette buurt"
Hotel is een aanrader, ligt in nette en rustige buurt, niet ver van een aantal musea. Openbaar vervoer is in de onmiddelijke omgeving aanwezig. Goet hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer voor 3 personen met degelijk derde bed!

Enig minpuntje ... er was niet echt rekening gehouden met onze vragen bij aankomst (rustige kamer, dubbel bed). Maar er werd onmiddelijk alles aan gedaan om dit recht te zetten. Ook de vriendelijkheid en de hulpvaardigheid van het personeel is schitterend om te ervaren. Het ontbijt is niet zo zeer uitgebreid maar wel heek lekker en zeker voldoende. Trevligt hotell. Aningen lyhört med ljud från gatan samt korridor med tunna dörrrar. Rummet hade dessutom kunnat ha en fåtölj till och ett litet bord. Och krokar för ytterkläder i halldelen.
