Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 4 notti ad aprile 2012. Amiamo viaggiare e quindi siamo abituati a vedere strutture alberghiere di ogni genere e tipo ma dobbiamo ammettere che questo resort è veramente unico trovandosi all'interno di un condominio di lusso che si affaccia sul quartiere di Bay side. L'esclusività dell'arredo e la ricercatezza del design vanno a pari merito con la cortesia del personale. Di facile gestione anche il parcheggio auto che richiede necessariamente il valet e quindi un supplemento di spesa. L'hotel trovandosi in un quartiere molto ricercato non ha purtroppo store di generi alimentari o caffetterie vicine. Tuttavia all'interno dell'albergo il caffè e le bevande calde venivano offerte gratuitamente. Va specificato in ultimo che la struttura, traffico permettendo, dista solo 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, una comodità che deve essere valutata. Ottima esperienza! Laura e Domenico

Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura attrezzato e tavolino pranzo.Spazio per far giocare i bimbi. Bagno un po' piccolo. Perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini. Disponibilità anche di lettino da campeggio.

Ad appena 10 chilometri a ovest dal centro di Miami, l'aeroporto è vicinissimo alla zona d'affari e residenziale di Coral Gables e a soli pochi minuti dai negozi di Coconut Grove. L'aeroporto comprende una galleria d'arte, moltissimi negozi duty free e un comodo hotel.

"Great hotel for reasonable price in Miami area"
I love Hampton Inns because they tend to be clean which is my biggest requirement. This location was no different. Good breakfast in the morning, friendly staff, nice gym and pool. Only nitpick item was the bed felt worn out and didn't offer good support. Otherwise everything else was 5the star.
"Good place to stay for all"
This Hampton is a great place to stay in Miami, the highway is near that leads to airport (10-15min depending on traffic), good restaurants, and again if you want to go to South beach the highway is close and you'll get there in about 30min.

Was glad to find this one through Hotel.com "specials" page. I needed one night near the airport with a shuttle service. The others I had been eying since November had terrible reviews regarding their shuttles,bugs, the smells and the service. One even claimed No elevators! I had four heavy bags. This hotel is clean. Had a functioning pool. Had a shuttle […] that made one trip per hour 24/7. Staff was pleaseant and spoke English.It is about 20 minutes from airport. Highly reccommend it. . Continua a leggere

"Decent Hotel for Overnight flights"
We had to stay at a hotel overnight for an early morning flight because we didn't want to wait in the airport. The shuttle does run 24 hours but you have to wait at a terminal for your shuttle. Other hotels also have their shuttles circling that terminal so you have flag yours down. Not as strange as it sounds but of course, not limo service. For us, […] it seemed at every other hotel's shuttles came, so we called and they said the shuttle just left when we got there. Make sure to read the address on the right van because there are multiple Hampton Inns. Other than that, our rooms were clean, there's a little area with snacks and beverages, included little bottles of wine and beer. Also a few toiletries for sale if the complimentary ones don't suit you. Breakfast isn't until 7am so we missed that, since we had to leave at the 6am shuttle. However, they gave us "to-go" breakfast bags with an apple, a muffin, oreos, yogurt, & a bottle of water. Our room also had a nice sized TV with plenty of channels including some cable movie channels. Bathroom was pretty large too. Continua a leggere

"Nice place - only its a trip to get to Miami"
The place is great. The room was nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was very clean. The only problem is if you're heading into Miami it's at least a $40 trip just one way to get in. There were some events in Miami the weekend I was there and it was costly to go in and out a few times.
"It was expensive and I will not stay there again"
I waited more than 1/2 to check in, the room was not ready and the bed was dirty. The breakfast buffet is almost empty all the time. I received a bad service and it was too expensive.

While the staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, our room at the loudest A/C I have ever had! I got up a few times throughout the night to see what I could do but no luck. Overall was a nice hotel, but they need to fix their outdated A/C units.
"Exclellent choice when visiting Miami for a cruise"
There was some confusion with the shuttles when we first arrived and we waited longer than I would have liked, but the staff was very friendly and you could tell that they really cared about your service. We used the free airport shuttle and took the contracted shuttle service to the cruise port. It was nice to have all these services available so we […] did not have to worry about transportation for our stays one day before and one day after our cruise. There are a few very good local restaurants within walking distance from the hotel that we enjoyed for our dinners. My only complaint is that the infant crib that we were provided was a very old and dirty looking pack-n-play and even though we requested the crib when we made the reservation, we still needed to ask for and wait for it when we checked in. "perfect for airport stays"
if you need to return your car the next morning or want to go right to sleep right after your arrival, this hotel is great. a positive surprise for an airport hotel, and can serve as the gateway to your trip through the glades through to the gulf coast. however, if you would like to go to Miami beach, it is slightly too far away

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Hotel after we got off of our cruise. We picked up a rental car at the airport and the hotel was close by. Our room was ready for us even though we got there early. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The front desk people were very helpful in giving good directions to stores. We stayed at another hotel before our cruise that had a higher stars rATING and priced higher but the Hampton was just as nice but was more economical. "Hampton Inn Miami Airport West"
The shuttle from Hampton Inn only comes to the Airport to pick up if you call the hotel. So it's important to have their telephone number handy. Coming back to the airport was not a problem. The hotel is a good price for a overnight or transit stay which was what I did. Would not recommend it for longer stays.
the staff were very helpful and accomodating, the room itself was well furnished and set up and the bathroom well equiped. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and nicely presented and checkout was fast. What more do you want?

"Hampton Inn Doral"
Requested connecting rooms and got rooms in opposite areas of the same floor, even when we got a confirmation email of our request. When we got there we were informed no connecting rooms were available. That messed up our logistics. Besides that, the hotel was clean, the service was good and the breakfast was excellent.

Hotel had pretty good customer service. Very friendly and helpful. There was a couple of oversights in the cleanliness of the room (leftover dental hygiene products and hair on the towels) but otherwise satisfactory. Good value and recommend.

Thought the hotel was closer to the airport. there are 2 Hampton Inns At airport ,Very Confusing as this one is nowhere near public transport sytem although the courtesy bus will drop you back at airport for public transport and pick you up ,but turn around time makes it twice as long to travel. Went to the dolphin Mall shopping centre by the couresty […] bus and rang for pick up,------Ened up at the other hotel . Couresty buses are idential and the driver was unaware we wre not his pick up, ended up at tjhe right hotel.The hotel its self was excellent,staff and amenites the same.Would recommend this to anyone for a quite stopover but if you wanted to spend a couple of days and use public transport view the Hampton Inn Dadeland Continua a leggere
"Hampton Inn Miami Airport West - close to airport"
It's not a new hotel but, hotel personel couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Room wasn't really modern but, it was clean. Bed was queen size and more comfortable than first impression gave. Good pillows. My wife and I only stayed one night and we slept good. Having a nice complimentary breakfast out by the pool was really great. Complimentary […] fresh made cookies and popcorn after 7 PM with coffee or other choices of drink was nice. Not a good area for shopping but, a couple of restaurants were within easy walking distance, with a couple of fast food restaurants just a little bit farther. Transportation to cruise dock was made available to us for a very reasonable fee, and went well. We really think the hotel was a good deal for the money, and should probably have a better rating than 2 1/2 stars. We would recommend it to be very satisfactory. Hope this response helps you. "Poor Transportation to the Cruise Port"
This was a wonderful Hotel with a very friendly staff. We were a bit surprised when the next morning when we reported for the transportation we booked through the hotel tol;d us that the hotel had oversold the vans and that they would return in 60 to 75 minutes to pick us up. When one driver attempted to say he had room the mahn in charge hushed him. […] The gentleman in change went to the front desk and came back and siad I would need to go to the front desk change our pickup time to noon and they departed. We went to the front desk and they seemed surprised and said that they would have one of the vans return which it did about 15 minutes later. I would say that we were a bit surprised when the 10 passenger van was almost empty with only four guests inside. They loaded our bags onto another van and off we headed to the port and we watched our bags go on to another pier as we were dropped off. Later the van returns with our bags. Continua a leggere

This shuttle experience was much better, we waited about 1/2 hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The breakfasts are fantastic! Kathy is a wonderful employee, very happy to help with whatever we wanted.

We waited for some time for the shuttle and when he came by, he was full. Then it took more time for another shuttle. Seemed very unorganized, the wait was long and you know your guests are coming, you should be better prepared. The hotel was great, we loved Kathy, the breakfast was superb!

"Staff wants to satisfy the traveler; good location"
Very close to Miami Airport in terms of shuttle time; about 20 minutes drive. Hotel staff very eager to please. Good traveler location since they have a 2 washer/2 driver laundry - sadly the detergent dispenser was empty. Breakfast is good; hot food and make your own waffles plus fruit, pastries, etc.

We recommend this hotel. We stayed one night between flights and found it offered quality customer service, clean and spacious rooms, high speed internet access, value rates, and exceptional and friendly shuttle service.

We arrived feeling that we were staying too far away from South Beach, where we planned to spend the next day - my booking error, as I went by the advertisement as being AT THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. But the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient, the room was fine and very clean, the bed was AWESOMELY COMFORTABLE! This was a great place to stay. Loved the free breakfast, when I travel I want everything to be easy. I didn't have to go to far for Dinner when we checked in. They were really helpful.

"Stay somewhere else!"
We arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle and after waiting for over an hour called again and one finally came. We received no apologies whatsoever. We had pre-paid for two double beds and when we arrived were given a room with one bed. We went back to the desk and they told us that the room we reserved was not availabe and offered us nothing. […] When I complained, one staff member said something to the other about me in Spanish not knowing that I spoke the language and understood. Very rude. The room we did get had an overwhelming musty stench and when we told the staff they told us to turn up the air. Went to the pool and asked for towels and were told they were out. Overall staff was apathetic with no sense of customer service or urgency. Unless you just want to be close to the airport, the location has no benefits. 20-25 minutes from the beach (about a $50 cab ride each way) you are better off renting a car. The restaurants that are in walking distance are fast food type or hole in the wall places. We would never go back and definately do not recommend. Continua a leggere

We were looking for a hotel to stay in for one night prior to our cruise. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, we had a great breakfast and we were very pleased with the price.

The front desk clerks were rude when we checked in and departed. They also seemed a bit under staffed.

"Free shuttle to airport and free breakfast a plus!"
We stayed here as a layover before flying to the Galapagos. We liked the idea that this hotel was close to the airport and that it had free shuttle service to it. It was quiet, had a free breakfast with a good selection. We'll definitely stay at the Hampton Airport Express when we're back in Miami for an overnight stay.

"Probably the nicest Hampton in the world"
I have stayed in a lot of Hamptons and I really like them. I feel that they are a good value for the money. This is, by and large, the most friendly and best kept of all the Hamptons that I have stayed in. Those people deserve a great big round of applause.
