Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 29 gen 2013Ottima la posizione, a pochi passi da Union Square e proprio di fronte a due importanti teatri. Le camere sono però piccole e in due si fa fatica a sistemare gli abiti se il soggiorno è lungo. Ottimo lo Starbucks la porta accanto.

"Very thin walls and drunk neighbors"
I stayed there 4/2013 and was woken up at midnight by my neighbors coming back to the hotel Drunk. Which normally wouldn't be a problem except the walls were paper thin. I could even hear the guy snore. My children got to learn the F word. So educational! The management didn't care to solve the issue of us losing 3 hours sleep due to the drunk guys. it was good. parking was limited and small spaces for your rental car!. Overall the rooms were clean. The location was great we were close to everything we wanted to do. Parking is really crowded if theres no parking spot at the hotel make sure to ask the front desk because they have 2 other lots available. We didnt know that and we ended up driving around for a while. Hotel location is excellent if you wish to be near the wharf. Breakfast is plain toast and cereal. Rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. The staff was friendly and brought us a small fridge. If u need a microwave, they will let u use the one in the housekeeping area. Walls are paper thin and your neighbors will keep u awake. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our front desk staff and our complimentary breakfast. Over the past year ,we have managed to finish a long list of upgrades, such as Wireless-N Wi-Fi, new lobby, new breakfast room, in room safes, new Simmons pillow top mattresses with duvets. Over the next year or so we will be doing the following: fresh stone to the building, new paint, new railings, new roof and a newly paved parking lot.
