Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 14 feb 2013Ci siamo stati alla fine di gennaio, eravamo un po' in ansia perchè prenotato all'ultimo minuto e con un buonissimo rapporto di prezzo. L'hotel è molto carino, vicinissimo all'Universal studio (per il quale forniscono un pullman molto comodo). Pulito, camere molto spaziose, caffè e tè 24 su 24. La colazione è insuperabile (caffè,the,latte,succhi,hamburger, uova, bacon, pane e dolci,waffles,e frutta a volontà).Personale disponibile. Palestra piccola ma attrezzata. Wi-fi in tutte le camere e spazi comuni, lavanderia e un ampio parcheggio. Spero di tornarci presto!!! Paola e Andrea Roma

Servizio di navetta con partenza ogni 30 minuti per tuttii parchi disney anche se in realtà ce ne sono di più. Sarebbe bene indicare gli orari di partenza esatti in quanto sono abb approssimativi. Le stanze sono belle e pulite. Belle piscine, sul lago spiaggia con amache e sdraie. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la consegna dei bagagli arrivati con oltre un'ora di ritardo in camera dopo ripetuti solleciti.

The Spa at The Peabody is situated on 2 levels overlooking the hotel's new serenity pools. Facilities include 12 treatment rooms complete with 2 outdoor balcony treatment options, 2 skincare rooms, 4 massage rooms, 4 body treatment rooms with showers, and 2 couples suites. Signature treatments at the spa include Watsu—an aquatic massage therapy treatment unique to Central Florida, and signature scent facials and body treatments.

Attempted to check in at the begining of check in time and line was out the door and moved very slow after 20 mins and not moving five feet we left to be at our event ontime. "Nice not Great"
I've stayed in many hotels around Orlando and had been looking forward to one day staying at the Peabody. This week I did and I felt a bit let down. The hotel was lovely and clean, the employees were very friendly but given the price and star rating, I expected more. In particular, the bathrooms were so small that I couldn't even close/open the door […] if the bathmat was down because it would get caught under the door. There was no hook for a robe, no robe, no counter space to place anything and no fan. I couldn't even dress in the bathroom it was so small. In addition, the air conditioning seemed to work only sporadically in one of our rooms. It just wasn't what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The food at the B-Line diner was sub-par (on both days we tried) as was the service. That said, the pool and water slide was a big hit with the kids, the ducks were a joy to see, the concierge was great, and the location can't be beat. If you want a hotel with 1500 rooms and you don't mind impersonal service, this place is for you. The hotel has great amenities and the location is convenient to shopping on International Drive as well as theme parks in the area and is connected to the convention center. My double room was so-so in decor and the bathroom was not all that clean upon […] check in. The toilet sometimes didn't flush and the toilet seat was broken. I asked for assistance and in the 4 nights I stayed, no one ever fixed either/or. Checking in or any interaction with the front desk, for that matter, was difficult at best due to long lines (hey, with 1500 rooms during spring break what did I expect?) I asked and was turned down when I requested to upgrade my room as well as getting a late checkout. Because I like to end on a positive note, the pool area was very nice and there is a good selection of places to eat on the property. Overall, I was underwhelmed. I have stayed here couple times before they renovated. Great place, great pools. My only complaints were one hot tub was out of order, other hot tub had young kids and babies in it. Couldn't enjoy it. Was fight between patrons at large pool. Very uncomfortable environment since my kids were there. When I checked in, they never let bell hop know my room, […] so we waited 2 hours for luggage and had to call 3 times. Tv in bathroom mirror was my favorite part of room! I would definitely stay again! Loved the children's pool area. Top quality everything. Two things I didn't really like but can overlook in next visit. One the front desk clerk was unfriendly, like he was bothered by having to have to check me in. Other one is that the pool is far from room and have to pass by front desk before and after pool usage. "Lots of traffic"
Nice hotel but right in the middle of I-drive which makes it convenient to restaurants but has lots of traffic all day/night. Pool is nice but overcrouded for the size of the hotel. Overall it was nice and clean.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Very nice hotel, but read the fine-print"
The Peabody is a very nice and beautiful hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. It's a huge hotel with several restaurants and bars, and more than 1 pool and hottub. It's also very centrally located. The TV in the bathroom was also very cool. However, when we originally called the hotel to book our Universal Studio […] focused vacation, we inquired as to a shuttle service, so that we wouldn't have to pay for parking. We were told, during 2 separate phone calls, that there was, in deed a shuttle service to Universal Studios from the hotel, that would be included in our stay. However, upon checking in, we were informed that there is no shuttle service. The only shuttle service available does not go as far as Universal. In addition to that, we had to pay for parking at the hotel, and at Universal each day, which ended up costing us an additional $100. "Will try to stay here every time I go to Orlando!"
The staff were wonderful, even upgrading our room when I mentioned that I had never been there before. The pool is amazing and there are great restaurant just a 5 minute walk away. My husband and I spent all day there and were very content.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
