Lo staff e' molto disponibile e gentile, la camera e' dotata dei principali ed essenziali confort, accogliente, pulita. La posizione dell'hotel mi e' parsa un po' defilata e quindi e' necessario possedere un'auto per potersi muovere verso le attrazioni della citta'.

Ovviamente da un Hotel a 2 stelle non ci si deve aspettare chissà cosa, ma aveva tutto il necessario per stare bene. La colazione era buona, e la sala colazione molto pulita. La signora alla reception molto gentile

Staff cordiale, stanza spaziosa e pulita,colazione discreta. Economico rispetto ad altri alberghi con gli stessi servizi e pertanto davvero consigliato. La zona circostante offre ristoranti ,supermercati ed altri servizi; insomma è una scelta azzeccata.

"not what I've come to expect of Double Tree"
The air conditioning didn't work properly for my entire stay, so my room was hot and stuffy. There was an emergency and we had to evacuate in the middle of the night and the night desk person absolutely refused to make any announcements about what was going on so that the hundred or so of us hanging out in the lobby at 2 am could know what was going […] on. We wanted a place walking distance from the Ryman and picked this hotel b/c it was half the price of the Renaissance. We have stayed in several hotels in Nashville and would stay at this one again. Overall the experience was good at this Double Tree. The concierge was great and helped give us a good understanding of the city. She had some great recommendations and definitely hooked us up at BB Kings! Location was a short walk to Broadway and other desirable sports. This was a very good choice. After checking prices at comparable downtown hotels, this was the best option for me. The service was above average. The cookies at check-in are a nice-touch. Overall the hotel was pretty nice. The location is great, which is reflected in the price. The bed was very comfy, but the room was quite small. The bathroom floor was a little bit dirty. The service here is excellent. We had booked a "Junior Suite." Upon arrival, we saw that the room did not meet our expectations of a "suite," meaning a separation between 2 spaces. This room was just a larger room. Traveling as a family of 5, we only rent suites. The manager, Josh, immediately made the situation right for us by finding a fair solution. […] I would suggest that the room description be changed. A "larger room" is not the same as a "suite" in the eyes of most travelers. The hotel was very clean, very convenient, and the staff was wonderful, but the description on the site is quite misleading. "Great Hotel -- Close to Bridgestone Arena"
Stayed one night for a concert at Bridgestone Arena ... Lots of places to eat closeby and walkable distance to the arena... Has a shuttle that will also take you 10 blocks in any direction but you might have to wait. Parking is a rip off... They have a self serve parking garage right across the street where they end up parking the valet cars anyway […] for half the price! Overall good stay would definitely use this hotel again... "perfect for what we needed"
everything was great except that the maid service banged on our door as well as everyone elses at 8:30 am to wake up even though checkout is not until noon .. We were not very happy about that considering we were in town for a concert and got in very late .Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"A few disappointments"
We were in town for a concert and our stay at the Doubletree was very pleasant. It's convenient to everything downtown. A few complaints: we had planned to spend the afternoon relaxing by the indoor pool. The pool itself was very nice, but the room itself is COLD! There was cool air blowing from the vents and it was just generally chilly - not really […] what you want when you're planning to swim and relax! We went into the adjacent workout room to work up a sweat and get hot so that we could go in the pool. Note to management: a tropical atmosphere would be better appreciated in the pool area! Our other complaint is that the Starbucks in the lobby closed at 3.00 PM. We had spotted it earlier and had planned to have a great big decadent coffee drink after our pool time, to recharge for the concert that night. What a disappointment to find that it had closed for the day! I realize that this is probably a Starbucks issue and not a Doubletree one, however. Also note: hotel parking is not provided, and runs over $25 a night. Yes, you read that right. We parked in a garage nearby ($16/day.) "Great Stay"
I booked this hotel for location and price (it was the lowest cost of a downtown hotel). We booked the hotel for a concert trip, but the concert was cancelled. We decided to stay anyway. The hotel staff was very friendly, the valet parking was great, and the location was perfect. We walked downtown to Broadway for the night and walked back. I never […] felt unsafe on our adventure.
